It's very useful! Who the heck knew that 512 MB could hold so much space? And it's so tiny, you will lose it at least once if you aren't careful. But the positives DEFINITELY outweigh the negatives! I thank goodness and the beautiful and star-lit sky above for it really. I put my AIM/YIM conversations on it, as well as other odds and ends such as porn videos and reviews that I will eventually post here.
And for 5 bucks at amazon, this thing is a STEAL!

I've used this for about two years now and haven't had a single glitch. It's been plugged into both Macs and Windows machines without a problem for either one. I even slightly bent the metal end of the USB plug and it still worked fine! I only wish it was bigger. But two years ago 256 MB wasn't seen as being that small and it was a bit more expensive than now. Not sure if the newer SanDisk flash drives are this good, but this model has convinced me that I'd probably try them again.

This mini SD card worked fine in my Audiovox SMT5600 as well as using it with the adapter in my Motorola MPx200. My Printer was able to read the card and scan to it (w/adapter) and I could also use it just fine as a removeable media format on XP. The only problem I encountered was when using the mini SD was when using the adapter and trying to increase the storage of my flash based MP3 player. For some reason Windows Media Player said that the disk was invalid. So I'm not sure if that was a WMP, MP3 or SD card thing but all in all it works pretty well.
