I bought this card about 18 months ago, and I've taken several thousand pictures with it. It's been taken overseas to experience a humid Scandinavian summer, and it's been used extensively the furnace that some people refer to as southern Arizona. I have several other Sandisk CF cards, and this being one of my oldest ones, I've got "nothing" but good things to say about it (except for the speed). :-)
Pros:
* Durable and extremely reliable - Sandisk is without a doubt the most reliable brand on the market for CF cards.
* Can be found very reasonably priced - usually very good value for money.
Cons:
* Just about the slowest CF card on the market.
Personally, I'm all about reliability. I wouldn't trade my Sandisk cards for any other card, even if the price was lower or performance higher. A card that corrupts your pictures even on rare occations is a useless card in my mind. This or any other of my Sandisk CF cards have never given me any problems. I also have several friends that have used Sandisk CF cards for several years, and between us we've never had any problems with any of our Sandisk CF cards.
I would highly recommend this card, and despite its speed, I would say it's a good buy. Because of its outstanding reliability, I give it 5 stars!!!

Camera makers bundle a small amount of memory, in my case 8 MB. It is a must to order more memory. This SanDisk 128 MB CF card has worked great for me. I'm able to store 162 images at the highest setting. This card has worked over and over again, I have had zero problems with this card. It mounts for me in WindowsXP, and MacOS X. Works great with iPhoto, etc...

I received a 16MB card with mi Nikon Coolpix 2000 which wasn't enough. I purchased this CF card on Amazon and have been very satisfied with the results. I have stored upto 60 pictures and 20 videos before I have had to move it to my computer. There is insignificant lag.

Card went corrupt on our honeymoon.......2004-05-20
Well, this card was working great until my honeymoon recently. Unfortunately the problem only surfaced when we tried to get the pictures off the card. I was able to download the first 12 or so and then most of the rest of the pictures were corrupt. I haven't had any problems with the camera so it must be the media; very disappointing performance.

This card is horrible. Speed is terrible and so is the latency. Switch to a kingston or something faster. Check the web for some speed comparisons

These cards are just amazing considering their size and capacity. I am using this 128MB Compact Flash card in my Canon S230 Digital Elph camera- 3.2 megapixels. The 128MB card is perfect for my purposes. I currently have 114 still photos and 3 short video clips stored and am still going. I've erased lots of pictures, downloaded to my computer, and printed on my computer and my HP 100 printer (with no computer connection.) I've encountered no problems and the quality of my photos is excellent. Although I've only had this card for a short time I have a SmartMedia card by SanDisk that has been used repeatedly for a year now and still functions beautifully. These may be expensive at first but they last.

I bought this item, and it was exactly what I ordered, two sandisk cards. I bought it because It looked like a good buy, and I was in the market for a disk, but today as I was searching the item to rate it I found that I paid more for my two than any of the other offered cards cost, for one or two. I wish I had searched a little more before ordering.

I placed an order for the two cards, but instead I was shipped one card and a reader from Office Depot. Hence, you are not getting what you think you are. I knew the price was too good to be true.

I recently bought a Nikon Coolpix 4300 along with this 256MB Ultra card. The card is much about twice as fast as the non-Ultra one.

Just purchased this card to suppliment a standard 128 SanDisk CF and noticed that write times to my Canon G2 were literally cut in half with full resolution images. In my opinion it's worth the slight increase in cost.

This card is spectacular... I have had a Minolta Dimage 5 for a few weeks now. This card has very good download speed. For a camera with slow downloads this makes them fast. I have a jumpshot from my old camera and it is even faster. Worth the extra little bit of cash for a great card. I will be getting 256mb one next... Absolutely worth the cash...
