Traditional Southwest Style Oak Finish Wood Magazine Rack.......2007-07-15
The magazine rack's parts were easy to assemble. Unlike in the picture, the magazine rack is a darker brown color. Rack has a nice handle to where you can move the rack any place. I enjoy using the rack by putting my paperback books inside that I will read or I am currently reading. The magazine rack has a nice authentic design.

Worthless trash.......2006-03-18
The item arrived fine and intact, but upon opening the box I found myself staring at what I can only assume is someone's sick and twisted joke. I spent 45 minutes trying to "assemble" the rack, with the side pegs falling out on me every time I tried to put another piece in place. I finally got down to the bottom and the last side and noticed the piece meant for the bottom is curved in a way that makes it impossible to put in place. I'd attempt to bend it straight but it seems about as brittle as dead tree bark. I finally just figured with a bottom that brittle it would be all of a week before it was broken anyway and threw it in the trash, which is where it belongs I feel.

Contemporary Style Cappuccino Finish Wood Magazine Rack
This magazine rack is simply not worth the almost $50.00 I paid for it, including S/H! When it came and I opened the packaging it came in I was immediately disappointed and knew I had paid too much! It uses the locking cams that all cheap furniture uses. As I was assembling it one of the cam locks broke into several pieces, some of it getting wedged into the pre-drilled holes. The other cam locks do not fit well into the pre-drilled holes, either.
I emailed the company asking for my money back. The following is a copy of their response to me: "Please reconsider. Our policy is the customer need to accept the part replacement. And we can send it, Locking Cams, out to you ASAP. Please confirm the quantity of the part you need and shipping address."
I sent them my shipping address and they did send me replacement locking cams. I finished assembling the product and it is holding magazines.
My only satisfaction is knowing I will never buy a product from them again and I can write a review of the product and their policies toward dissatisfied customers.

You can tell this table is not an expensive piece of furniture, but it fit my needs next to my old fashion bathtub. It looks good and is sturdy. The side of the table only holds about 4-5 magazines, but there is a space for more on the bottom shelf area as well as the top and still have room for a small base lamp.

MR-16 has a unique art-deco inspired contemporary look with beveled edges. Very sleek and modern in design, but doesn't require you to cut any holes or figure out where studs are located. This is perfect for those of you who want a magazine rack, but don't have the ability to put it in your wall. You'll find many magazine racks, but you can't find anything like these in a store or online except at our website. It can easily accommodate 6-10 NORMAL size magazines such as Newsweek or Time. Not quite the quality I expected........2007-01-12
The Magazine Rack functions adequately. It holds the magazines and some books. However, it does not have a back. In other words the contents rest on the bare wall behind it. At the very least, it should have had a finished plywood back. Speaking of finishes, if it had a finish,it was barely detectable. In other words, it looked unfinished. That was no problem. I went to the hardware store and bought a small can of polyurethane finish and applied two coats. Now it looks fine. It does apply to the wall with 2 screws because it is so light. If you want to buy this type of wall rack, I would suggest that you look for one which has a better finish and has a back on it.
