I ordered a filter wallet here: Adorama Filter Wallet - Wallet ( for lens ) and when it arrived, it was the Tiffen Wallet as shown here on this page but cheaper. Be sure to check that link, you might find it cheaper also.

The wallet arrived as shown in the image and works fine, etc.
It is not branded Adorama as one would expect from the description, it is a Tiffen Wallet. Not sure it matters unless you really love or hate Tiffen products.
