Work well, but very delicate, but then almost all of them that I can find are. If I could find a labeling system for slim disks so I could see them on a shelf I would not be buying these.

Other reviews mentioned problems with cases breaking. I've had ZERO problem with these breaking when taking them apart to insert artwork. Buyers should be aware that the plastic is a little thinner than the jewel cases most CDs come in, but I'm pleased -- especially for the price.
Memorex CD 50 Pack Jewel Cases - NOT BAD!.......2007-06-08
A very good deal and price! These cases are great for replacing old broken ones or creating your own CD music storage. While not as thick as the original CD case, exercise care in pulling apart the insert for the paper catalog label. I am a part time musician and use these cases to store my own musical arrangements. A good product, nonetheless!

More and more computer products are being packaged with their software CDs in paper sleeves rather than jewel cases, driving my need to buy blank jewel cases. While thin cases are abundant, it is getting harder and harder to find full size CD jewel cases. Personally, I highly prefer the full size cases as they allow you to write software/album title on the spine, making it much easier to look through multiple cases stored on a shelf. I therefore much appreciate that Memorex is still making and selling these. However, as others have mentioned, they are of poor quality. Most every one of them will break when attempting to pull them apart to install backside labels/inserts.

Excellent Replacements For Your Scratched Clear Jewel Cases.......2004-03-18
These Memorex jewel cases have the clear cd mounting tray that allows you to view graphics/photos thru it instead of the regular black plastic tray. The downside to the clear tray is that it is more prone to break when removed for replacement as opposed to the standard black plastic tray which is made of a heavier plastic. Also, the clear jewel cases (with clear trays) are very fragile and often the center mounting rings will be broken during shipping, so my advice would be to shake the box to see if any pieces are rattling around and if so try another box of jewel cases. I've had to return several to my local Target Store because of damaged center mounting rings. Other than that the Memorex clear cd cases are excellent replacements.
