Yes, it says "Repair Plus" all over the packaging, so I can't complain that it's false advertising - not exactly - but the bottle in the box (you can see the white bottle in the bubble packaging) is CLEANER FLUID, not repair fluid, despite the product's name. Confusing, since no Repair Fluid was included in here whatsoever.
Amazon is using the wrong product picture.......2007-03-16
I have told Amazon a number of times that the product picture they are using is the wrong picture (green and white discs); it is a picture of the REPAIR kit. This item is the CLEANING kit not the REPAIR kit. This product line has a CLEANING kit, a REPAIR kit and a BUFFING kit. If you buy this item only from looking at the product picture like I did, then you will not be pleased when the package arrives. Amazon has a habit of ignoring customers' suggestions to improve its site and it's things like this that makes customers angry. I bought this item in December 2006 and at that time told them on the phone that they used the wrong product picture and therefore I did not receive the item I thought I was buying (yeah, I'm stupid). I told them 2 more times since December that this is the wrong product picture but they ignore my emails and phone calls. Their loss. I bought the right product at another web site that was using the correct picture and also had it cheaper than Amazon.
Amazon catalog guys, feel free to remove this review when you fix the problem. Otherwise, buyer beware.
Some confusion about contents of kit.......2007-03-08
The picture shows the disk repair kit, not cleaning kit.
The description "2 repair units" led me to believe it had two SETS of cleaning heads, when in fact, the kit has just one pair.

I bought this tool for precision work, cleaning the insides of cameras and the outsides of dried insects, to use for closeup photography. It works great for both jobs. Gas flow is stable and easily controlled from a whisper to a high velocity stream. I can't think of anything to improve with this tool.

My Nikon Digital SLR Camera's LCD panel had become messy with fingerprints, cheek prints, and so forth. Worse though, an old LCD panel protector had left behind residue when it was removed. I can't beieve I paid $20! The "cleaning mit" is actually a sack that you're supposed to stick 3 fingers into and somehow clean with then. (?) The small cloth wasn't much better, leaving behind a lot of dust. Zipper case is flimsy and doesn't open all the way.

For $15 I was expecting something barely acceptable but I needed something fast and cheap to hold my Canon XT, kit lens, remote control, 50mm lens and 70-300mm lens (+cap), plus extra battery, 4 filters, mini tripod, manual, cables. This one did it!!! The bag seems of good quality and looks great. Everything fit and I have space for more little stuff. I might need to replace it if a get another lens but for now it works great!

This bag is great for a SLR body and one lense along with some accessories in the side and front pockets, but is not the bag for you if you have more than one lense or a zoom lense. That being said, it seems very well made and it was a pleasure to do business with 47th Street.

Samsonite is a quality name and this bag is no exception to the name. The bag has plenty of pockets and is padded well inside along with a very secure detachable strap and padded handle. It is a moderate size good enough for a camcorder and a digital camera. The supplied tripod is a little goofy and can be unstable but it gets the job done and the cleaning kit I never bothered to use because if you rely on a freebie to clean you expensive equipment then you would never of bought the bag to protect that equipment in the first place.

First let me say that this bag is a good bag for the price. It is a little small for my needs but I was looking for something that, when I travel, I could bring and it wouldn't be a cumbersome as my larger camera bag. This fits my DSLR, its lens, several additonal filters and the camera manual. If I were to purchase a larger lens I doubt that it would fit in this bag. If it does it will take some good manipulation. The bag is comfortable, light weight and easy to get into. The only other "negative" that I can think of is that the zipper has a cover which has to be folded back in order to unzip the bag. It can be a little annoying at times but it does serve as a deterent from someone getting into the bag easily if your not looking. The lens cleaning kit you can put together yourself and the "table top tripod" is especially a waste of time. It actually looks like it came out of a Cracker Jack box but the bag itself is worth the money.
Over all rating is good I just wished that it was slightly larger for some additonal lens'.

I purchased this filter to go with my Canon EF-S 60mm Macro lens. I'm very happy with my purchase. I know that some UV filters have been known to negatively affect photos (increasing vignetting, mostly), but I have not experienced that with this filter. It wasn't the cheapest choice, but it certainly wasn't the most expensive, either, and it seems to do its job well. Definitely worth the $11 I paid to protect my much more valuable lens!

This fileter does nothing special UNTIL you drop your camera lens. Then it suddenly becomes very cheap insurance.
I suppose it also is good for keeping smudges off your lens.

Ok, there's not much really to rate here. I think that some UV/clear glass filters might be bad (obvious distortion, easily scratched etc.)- but most of them offer nothing much more than some cheap glass to protect your expensive glass.
(Nothing appreciable anyway - I cannot discern their different UV blocking properties.)
