I wasn't thinking when I got these. I just needed something to make $25 for free shipping. If you plan on using the same speaker cable forever, they are great. If you want to make changes in the future, get ones that you can reuse. As this add states, they are crimp on, not reuseable. Every crimp (failed or not) is about $1. These must cost about 2 cents to make. The markup on these things are incredible. It's that way eveywhere for banana connectors now. I may just wait for Walmart to start selling them. They are Sooo much easier to use though! That being said, this sale is about the cheapest with free shipping. 32 connectors shipped for $25. Parts Express is close, but shipping is not free.

Value and performance.......2007-06-28
I recently purchased a high end yamaha receiver to power multiple rooms with high end in-ceiling speakers. After years of using bare speaker wire I decided not to sell my system short and use clips to improve any possible performance. I priced the monster cable and several other brands and determined that I would have to spend over $200 to do so. Then I found the GLS Black Chrome. My first thought was that for the price something had to be wrong. They came out to about $1.50 per unit versus $4.00 or more for others. I decided to take a chance and was not dissappointed. My first impression out of the box was that these were solidly made and exactly as advertised in the pictures and description. I found that the connections with both the wire and brackets were easy to make and very secure. I cannot believe I never used clips before, I noticed immediately that the sound was much cleaner and pure. My wife and friends have commented how professional the connectors make my system look. These are a great buy and well worth the small investment.
