Great Deal .......2007-12-26
Don't waste your money on expensive HDMI cables as there is no functional difference. These work perfect and are a bargin.
Great Price.......2007-12-24
I bought these cables to hook up my new HDTV. They worked perfectly and I saw similar cables for $40 at Sears and $65 at Office Max. What a rip off.
Well worth the money.......2007-12-24
Cables To Go - 40315 - 2M (6.5ft) Velocity HDMI Digital Video Cable (Blue)
Very good for a reasonable price, so reasonable I picked up 2 of them. I could not see or hear any difference between this cable output and the one I unfortunately paid 3 times as much for in a big box store. Beautiful picture and sound on my lcd tv.
Save your money and buy this cable.
Not been able to use it!.......2007-12-24
I would probably be able to give this product a real review, if I had received the Receiver I ordered to go with it. It's been about a month since I placed the order.
Worked.......2007-12-24
Cable worked fine which is what I require from a cable. A local office store had a cable for $67. So in comparison this appears to be a good deal.

Customer Reviews:
Ideal device.......2007-12-14
Plug your iPod in (pretty much any model created in the past 4 years) and it will charge. Simple device, and for those that have a iPod that requires the dock connector cable, an extra one is included.
I had the previous generation charger which was larger -- this one is incredibly small and still lets you use the international changeable plugs.
You can use some powered USB hubs as well for charging iPods away from computers, but having the AC adapter is convenient for traveling.
The price isn't super cheap, but considering that the USB/dock cable included is $19 on its own, it makes the AC adapter only cost $10 -- not bad.
Not absolutely necessary for everybody. Perhaps I could have gone with a generic alternative, but would be slightly worried that it could blow up or something, and I also have some of the Apple international adapter plugs that work well with this adapter. In other words, the Apple white always looks cool and the small form factor is excellent.
Not a good value.......2007-12-11
I assumed that this charger would recharge my iPod faster than the usb connection on my computer.
But it doesn't and it's to expensive. I have seen third party chargers for much less.
Great Product!.......2007-12-07
This product is a genuine apple item. It is an easy way to charge you ipod. It is compact, easy to carry with you and is worth the price!
Recharge your iPod or iPhone with AC.......2007-12-05
This product also comes with a snap-off prong that connects to the power. If you buy Apple's world traveler kit you can also use this device outside of the United States. This product also includes a iPod/iPhone USB cable that can be used either with the plug, or connected to a USB port.
I've also used it to recharge other USB devices.
Does what it's supposed to.......2007-11-21
This came with my ipod when I bought it. It's nice to have around to charge your ipod if you don't have a computer around. Just plug it in and it'll charge the ipod in a couple of hours, and you can listen while it charges. Does what it says it will.
Having said that, I think it's kind of ridiculous that people are calling this a "must have". Obviously, it's not a must have, there's already a perfectly good way to charge your ipod. It's a handy thing to have around if you aren't always attached to your computer, and have an extra $30 that you don't have a better use for. If you are always going to have your computer with you when your ipod needs charging, then go spend your money on something else, because this gadget is pretty redundant.

Customer Reviews:
Great Hub.......2007-12-26
A great hub that takes up little desk top space, and looks great too. Also doubles as a night lite(HAHA)
High quality, a little fiddly.......2007-12-22
Very nice, high-end design, made with lots of aluminum. Even the base it sits in is aluminum, which is great.
One strange thing, though, is that the base slips on the unit but doesn't lock onto it, or even hold on with friction. So, when moving it around the base slips off, which is really annoying and unnecessary. Also, the cable that goes into the unit uses a small size USB connector, so if you want to use a longer cable to go to it you'll need the smaller size (the kind that is used with digital cameras and other small devices that have USB ports). Finally, the cable it comes with is very short, so the chance of you needing to make it longer is high.
I've had mine in use for over six months, with no issues, so quality control has not been a problem.
Overall, I'm not certain I would purchase this again given that there are so many choices of USB hubs out there. I guess it all depends on your application.
Works well.......2007-12-21
Heavier than most electronics these days. The only annoyance is a stupid blue light that shines out of the top. A small piece of electrical tape fixed that.
Review at 3 months use.......2007-12-20
I purchased the hub 3 months ago, not realizing that it would have a short life. In recent weeks devices - among others, an ink jet printer and a palm pilot cradle - served by the hub have begun to "malfunction."
I discovered that the devices are ok but the hub is not doing its job.
Hoping your experience is better than mine after 3 months.

Do not use for a USB webcam.......2007-12-18
I hooked up my Logitech USB webcam to this hub together with my printer, speakers and wireless mouse but picture quality suffered considerably since during Skype video calls; parts of the picture would occasionally disappear or the whole picture would briefly become red or green. When I hooked up the webcam back to my computer USB connector it worked fine. Maybe the video data stream is too high for this hub?

Customer Reviews:
Linksys G Wireless.......2007-12-25
Cute little contraption that is fairly fast, and portable. Good price, and it looks very impressive sitting on my desk. For a USB connection it is a good value.
Highly Recommend.......2007-12-23
This is the perfect adapter for both laptops and personal computers. I bought this one for my son's computer and it works fabulous. Great connection and the signal has always been full bars.
Highly recommend this adapter!
Not reliable.......2007-12-20
It worked all right for awhile then started acting up. It disconnects from the network whenever it feels like it. From what I've found, this is a known problem. And it only showed up after it was no longer covered by the warranty.
This problem was not mentioned anywhere in Linksys' online support, but from my research, it was a known problem. When I finally got through to phone support (the times that I have called), they had some things to try but nothing that would fix it.
It has been such an issue. For about 10-15 minutes before it disconnects, it still shows as connected but has already stopped working. Sometimes I just manually disconnect and reconnect to get it over with so that I can continue working. Sometimes it will work for an hour before it disconnects, sometimes 12 hours.
Because this PC has files that we all need to access, we need a reliable network card. I know that you are supposed to purchase adapters that are the same brand as your router, but I can't purchase another Linksys adapter. Perhaps they have fixed the problem by now, but because of the way I was just left to either deal with this or buy a new one, I need to find an adapter from a company that will stand behind the product.
Happy with this adapter.......2007-12-18
I got this for my son's computer; he had a fairly old wireless adapter prior to this one. He was having a big problem with lag when he played WOW or some other on-line games. This adapter fixed those problems. Plus installation is a snap.
It didn't get a five rating because I don't care much for the Linksys software. It takes over from the Windows Configuration settings for the wireless adapters but it seems to lose it's settings a bit. So, after installation, switch back to the Windows wireless configurations and thinks work well.
60 seconds and I was on the internet!.......2007-12-06
Let me start off by saying this. People who are writing negative reviews about having a hard time with signal strength need to take into consideration more then just this wireless adapter. Your connection strength also comes from the router (the thing broadcasting the signal) your trying to connect to, not just your adapter your hooking up to your computer to receive the signal. People may not be realising it has more to do with how close you are to the broadcasted signal and how powerful it is then just what adapter your using. If your neighbor 2 houses down has a wireless router that's broadcasting a 250 foot signal and your trying to use it to get on line from 300 feet away, yes your going to have a hard time getting a connection with a good speed.
Ok, on with my experience with this adapter. :-)
A few months ago I bought my son and daughter a desktop computer for them to share. It is located in one of the back bedrooms of the house and so it's not near our cable modem located at the front of the house. I have Linksys router hooked up to my main desktop computer's cable modem so that my husband can also log into the Internet wirelessly on his laptop (which has a wireless card in it). My kids love going to the Nick.com website and the NickJr.com website and playing the free children's games they have there for free online, but couldn't do it on their own computer because it did not have a wireless card in it. So I ordered this wireless adapter to attach to their desktop. Inside the box there was a booklet with instructions for computers with Windows Vista and also XP & 2000. I used the Vista instructions. Basically the whole process took under a minute to do. I inserted the driver disk, clicked install, clicked yes to the user agreement and then plugged in the adapter to a USB port. Then it automatically found any nearby connections and told me to chose the one I wanted to use. That was the whole thing. From that point on the computer was online and the Internet ran just as fast as our desktop and laptop located in the front of the house! Very simple, no big learning curve and the adapter is smaller then a deck of cards. It even has a velcro patch attached to the back so that you can mount it to your surface so it doesn't slide off.

This USB Cable for PSP is a must-have for maximizing the entertainment factor of your new PSP!
Customer Reviews:
Wrong picture, but still a good inexpensive product........2007-06-08
I ordered this cable to have a cheap way to sync my PSP on the road. I was rather surprised when I got a retractable cable that also includes the proper charging tip for the PSP. (Not what shown in the photo.) It's an added bonus, as the retractable plays well when you just want to throw this into a bag and take it with you, and it's nice to be able to charge the PSP on the road without bringing the whole stock charger with you. If you have anything else that uses the same size AC plug (my old Dell Axim with the dongle, for instance) you can use it, as well as using the Mini-B end to charge other accessories (most new Motorola phones, for example.) I charge both my TomTom ONE and my Motorola bluetooth headset with this cable. It's multi-use *and* indispensable.
Pros: Retractable, includes PSP charger tip, compact.
Cons: Charges slower than a wall charger (limitation of the USB port...not the design of the cable.)
A++++++.......2007-05-04
Worked great with my psp and pc. To download stuff to your psp using a pc, you need this usb cable! It works great!
Sony PSP USB Cable.......2007-04-11
I over-paid for this PSP cable. It is not unique for this device.
This is an ordinary digital camera-type USB cable with two different ends - one side is a rectangle to connect to your computer, the other is a smaller semi-hectagon (see the picture). It works fine with the PSP, and other devices like cameras, mp3 players, etc.
It is a better value to purchase the Sony Media Manager for $25, which comes with the same type of USB cable, and allows you to transfer music and video to your PSP.
USB cable is great.......2007-02-19
This cable is awesome! I use it all the time to put songs and videos onto the PSP. I can pretty much put anything into my PSP now.
It works if you know how to use it........2007-01-21
When I hooked my psp to my computer I was confused when my computer wouldn't detect my psp. In order for the connection to be usable you need to to the system menu of your psp and select usb. Then the system will become connected to the computer and you can save files from your pc to your memory stick. Also if you download sony's media manager for the psp it becomes much easier to transfer files back and forth. The downside is that you have to pay for the media manager.

Customer Reviews:
Didn't work for me!.......2007-12-26
Our older XP Home PC has been the family PC for several years. When I built our new Vista PC, I thought that I had found the perfect solution to automate the job of transferring our files and settings. But no...
I'm sure the cable works OK mechanically, but the Windows Easy Transfer Wizard was simply a dud. It never successfully completed a transfer of all of our files from one PC to the other, and I tried for several days using every combination of settings.
Again, I don't blame Belkin, but Microsoft's wizard tool simply wasn't up to the challenge. I ended up re-installing Vista from disk at one point because my daughter couldn't even logon under her id. At that point, I decided to call it quits.
I hooked up both PCs to our router and manually transferred the files over the network. Applications like MS Office, Quicken, etc, I reinstalled from disk. Slow and manual, but much more satisfying in the end.
Easy Transfer non-transfer.......2007-12-20
My rating for this product is not for the cable itself, but for the braindead Microsoft Easy Transfer application when using the ET Cable. On my XP system I had user data on the 'D' Partition. In Vista the 'D' partition is used for some Vista system recovery stuff. When you use the Easy Transfer application with the ET Cable it moves data from where ever you had it on the source system (XP in my case)to the corresponding location on the target (Vista) system. The 'D' partition size in Vista is 10 GB, about 7 GB of which is used, so after transferring approx 3 GB of data you get a filespace error.
When you use removable media (e.g., CD, thumb drive) you evidently get a choice of where to put the data on the target system but not when the ET Cable is used,
If you have data on the 'D' partition on your source system, save yourself the $30.00 for the cable and invest it in a 4GB or 8GB thumb drive.

Belkin Easy Transfer Cable for Windows Vista .......2007-12-13
Extremely easy to use. Comes with its own CD. One needs to remember that two monitors are needed to accomplish file transfer, one for the old XP computer, the other for the new Vista computer. Transfer requires that each computer has a USB port available. Programs cannot be transferred using the software supplied. There is a beta version of a program transfer system available from Microsoft but I have not dared to try it yet.
Easy Mover.......2007-12-10
Used the Belkin Easy Mover to transfer files from Windows XP to new Vista computer. It worked easily and was sucessful. The Laplink system is way too complicated and not worth the effort.

simple firewire card at a great price.......2007-12-21
I installed the TRENDnet card in my Dell and it found it with no problems. I connected my Canon DV camcorder and created a short video.
The supplied cable came in handly. It would have been nice to have an internal connection to connect the camera to the front of the Dell.
cheap and works great.......2007-10-20
plug and play with vista. cheap. works. what more can you want.
firewire speed.......2007-10-19
Their site lists this item as being Vista compatible! although the packaging lists 98SE, ME, 2000, XP, and Mac 8.6+...plug & play...includes 6'(6pin to 4 pin)cable. Also required is an available PCI 2.2 slot. 2 year warranty. Great product, useful for my external HDD (faster than USB 2.0). Highly recommended to those whos PC doesnt already have Firewire.
Worked as advertised. Great product!.......2007-08-16
I plugged this card into my new Dell XPS computer with Windows Vista, and it was recognized as soon as I booted up. Plugged in my Panasonic Camcorder and transferred my videos to my PC using Roxio very easily. Glad to see a product that works as advertised!
Great Value and Performance........2007-06-04
Venturing into video for the first time, I was anxious to get a good setup that would allow me to easily move my video logs and film projects onto my PC and computer. I was amazed at how easily it worked as once it was plugged in, the PC quickly detected the camera and easily moved the video onto my PC for editing. The process was very painless and I could not have asked for more, especially for the price.

After reading reviews I bought this to work with my MacBook Pro, 2GHz, Intel Core Duo, 1.5GB SDRAM, running MacOS 10.4.10 and ZTerm v1.1 beta7. You 1st have to load the driver, then select the USA19H1d1P1.1 as the serial device from the Settings-->Modem Preferences. Works like a charm after that.

I bought this to connect a Garmin ETrex Vista gps, which had a PC serial connector, to my Mac. Worked right out of the box. (Model #: USA-19HS)
Works Great.......2007-11-23
I bought a laptop with no Serial Port and needed one to connect to our Computer to plate (CTP) machines. This device worked like a charm, just make sure you have the correct serial cable, I spend a few weeks trying to get it work only to find out it was the cable that was not working instead of the adapter. Since I switched cables it works beautifully.
USB Serial Adaptor.......2007-11-17
Very pleased with the ease of installation and the product performs very well. I have used it to connect to several different types of equipment and have had no problems whatsoever.

This StarTech.com 6-inch USB Extension Cable is a high quality A-A USB 2.0 extension cable that is perfect for use with flash drives and other USB devices on your laptop or desktop computers, where USB ports are too close to each other. Use as many of such cables as you need to plug in all your devices!
Customer Reviews:
6 Inches isn't enough.......2007-12-11
This extension will help avoid damaging your Flip USB port or computer USB port. It really should be longer, but the price is right. Mine has a female and a male end, so I am not sure what others got, but Amazon has a 100% refund gaurantee.
6 Inch USB Extension Cable A-A.......2007-10-31
Some "Extension" cable! With TWO MALE ends, you CAN'T extend any USB cable. Period! This is what this cable has, TWO Male ends. This cable SHOULD have an A-Male end AND an A-Female end to properly perform as an EXTENSION cable of any sort. Sure would have been nice if it had been clearly indicated that this "extension" cable ONLY had TWO A-MALE ends.
Camcorder jumper cable.......2007-10-25
The USB, 6 inch. jumper cable shown for the Flip camcorder is not the right item. The cable has both ends the same as the end on the pop out connection on the camcorder. Unable to use the cable w/the camcorder. I'm using the pop out USB right to the computer. Be sure to purchase the correct cable if you want a jumper or extension.
Itme received is not the item described........2007-09-25
I ordered 2 of this item. Clear AV sent me two 6 inch USB extension cables that have male connectors on both ends. The picture & technical description on this page is for a 6 inch USB extension cable that has a male connector on one end (type A) and a female connector on the other (type A).
After several exchanges of email, Clear AV was adamant they sent me the correct product, and offered no exchange, only a refund. Are the description & picture on this page wrong? Did they send me wrong item and weirdly won't admit to it? Clear AV has a really good rating overall with transactions, but I was dumbstruck by the dismissive tone of their emails to me, and the seeming lack of interest in correcting their mistake. And in fact after several searches on Amazon I could find no 6 inch USB extension cables offered by Clear AV that have male connectors on both ends.
These cables are quite cheap, and even with shipping (if you get several) they are cheaper than buying them at a retail store, at least where I live - which makes it all the more frustrating. If Clear AV had just admitted to sending the wrong product and offered an exchange I'd be annoyed but I would still buy from them. I won't purchase anything from them again.
Handy Addon.......2007-06-02
I bought this extension for one reason only. To prevent damage to my USB keys. I had the unfortunate experience of grabbing for one of my USB keys to pull it from the computer and broke the connector when I slipped. This cost me a lot of time and money finding someone who could rescue my data. When I mentioned the incident on a forum I was advised that the best solution is to use a short extension between the key and the computer (or hub). This works great.
