I needed this item to hook up my computer to the router since for online gaming wireless connection is not a good choice; For advanced applications such as VOIP, online gaming or media streaming; wireless always suffers from lags and pauses which can get really annoying over the time; Specially if you are looking for the highest quality then stay away from wireless;
So after doing lots of research I figured out this is a good cable, I am on a DSL connection with a speed of 1.28 Mbps and so far this cable delivers a good experience for speed and quality both; There is no lag while online gaming and while watching online music there is no pauses as it was before; I am enjoying music videos and Online games way better than before;
