The retractable USB cable with alternative ports is extremely helpful since I have a number of USB activated devices. It saves wear and tear on the CPU because I've only plugged it in once and I can remove and attach any one of my devices at the distal end. Likewise, the retractable feature makes is easy to transport without tangling the cable.

this is a very good cable, i abuse it a lot and it still hasen't worn out. it is very high quality stuff for that price, and it is so much more convenient than having a wound up thick cable in your laptop bag. I only gave it a 4 though because it is not as long as it should be, i fully extended it and it only measures about 1 foot 8 inch not 2.6

I own two of Iogear Mini Mouse. This one was not my favorite, but it is a good quality and gets the job done. I just perfer the other model better from Iogear.

This is one USB device that everybody should own. With the four(4) included plug types it can literally connect to anything that I own (camera, iPod, cell phone, etc...).
Now I can clean up(toss) all of the different USB cables that are cluttering up my desk because this little retractable unit can do it all. Very nice. Very small. No more cable clutter - wooohooo !!

Tired of having to find the right USB cable? Stashing multiple types of cables? This is what my wife needed for both her cameras - each camera had a different connector requirement. It's worked perfectly right out of the box. The only CON is that the winding mechanism is not designed for heavy duty, kid-style, whip-it-back-and-forth use. No, not my kids - I did it. Just to see how much abuse it could take. It does not take much to become twisted or out of center along the cord. Once out of center it will not completely wind up. It is fixable with a little patience.
But, for regular use this USB cable rocks. Neat and tidy in a container with the adapters. We know where it is when we need it.
Highly recommended. 4 stars because it's not truly durable - it is delicate.
