Great extra charger.......2007-12-25
Wasn' sure what I was getting even though it was suppossed to be a OEM charger.
For the price I paid w/ shipping I was sceptical. Product is OEM and works just fine !
It Works.......2007-12-21
Bought to use with Motorola W385 phone. It the same as and works just like the unit that came with the phone. Excellent buy!
Never Worked.......2007-12-09
As a common complaint by others, mine never worked with my Razr 3. And for the price, it wasn't worth returning it.
Charger is really an Un-charger.......2007-12-09
Product not only fails to charge my Moto RAZR, it discharges it faster than if I didn't plug it in. Maybe there's some phone it's capable of charging properly, but not the one advertised.n Don't waste your money on this dud product.
Excellent additional or replacement charger.......2007-12-07
The charger that came with my Motorola Q stopped working after the first day. I picked this one up for about a dollar from an Amazon seller and it works flawlessly. It appears to be an original Motorola charger as well. I highly recommend this item.

Linksys G Wireless.......2007-12-25
Cute little contraption that is fairly fast, and portable. Good price, and it looks very impressive sitting on my desk. For a USB connection it is a good value.
Highly Recommend.......2007-12-23
This is the perfect adapter for both laptops and personal computers. I bought this one for my son's computer and it works fabulous. Great connection and the signal has always been full bars.
Highly recommend this adapter!
Not reliable.......2007-12-20
It worked all right for awhile then started acting up. It disconnects from the network whenever it feels like it. From what I've found, this is a known problem. And it only showed up after it was no longer covered by the warranty.
This problem was not mentioned anywhere in Linksys' online support, but from my research, it was a known problem. When I finally got through to phone support (the times that I have called), they had some things to try but nothing that would fix it.
It has been such an issue. For about 10-15 minutes before it disconnects, it still shows as connected but has already stopped working. Sometimes I just manually disconnect and reconnect to get it over with so that I can continue working. Sometimes it will work for an hour before it disconnects, sometimes 12 hours.
Because this PC has files that we all need to access, we need a reliable network card. I know that you are supposed to purchase adapters that are the same brand as your router, but I can't purchase another Linksys adapter. Perhaps they have fixed the problem by now, but because of the way I was just left to either deal with this or buy a new one, I need to find an adapter from a company that will stand behind the product.
Happy with this adapter.......2007-12-18
I got this for my son's computer; he had a fairly old wireless adapter prior to this one. He was having a big problem with lag when he played WOW or some other on-line games. This adapter fixed those problems. Plus installation is a snap.
It didn't get a five rating because I don't care much for the Linksys software. It takes over from the Windows Configuration settings for the wireless adapters but it seems to lose it's settings a bit. So, after installation, switch back to the Windows wireless configurations and thinks work well.
60 seconds and I was on the internet!.......2007-12-06
Let me start off by saying this. People who are writing negative reviews about having a hard time with signal strength need to take into consideration more then just this wireless adapter. Your connection strength also comes from the router (the thing broadcasting the signal) your trying to connect to, not just your adapter your hooking up to your computer to receive the signal. People may not be realising it has more to do with how close you are to the broadcasted signal and how powerful it is then just what adapter your using. If your neighbor 2 houses down has a wireless router that's broadcasting a 250 foot signal and your trying to use it to get on line from 300 feet away, yes your going to have a hard time getting a connection with a good speed.
Ok, on with my experience with this adapter. :-)
A few months ago I bought my son and daughter a desktop computer for them to share. It is located in one of the back bedrooms of the house and so it's not near our cable modem located at the front of the house. I have Linksys router hooked up to my main desktop computer's cable modem so that my husband can also log into the Internet wirelessly on his laptop (which has a wireless card in it). My kids love going to the Nick.com website and the NickJr.com website and playing the free children's games they have there for free online, but couldn't do it on their own computer because it did not have a wireless card in it. So I ordered this wireless adapter to attach to their desktop. Inside the box there was a booklet with instructions for computers with Windows Vista and also XP & 2000. I used the Vista instructions. Basically the whole process took under a minute to do. I inserted the driver disk, clicked install, clicked yes to the user agreement and then plugged in the adapter to a USB port. Then it automatically found any nearby connections and told me to chose the one I wanted to use. That was the whole thing. From that point on the computer was online and the Internet ran just as fast as our desktop and laptop located in the front of the house! Very simple, no big learning curve and the adapter is smaller then a deck of cards. It even has a velcro patch attached to the back so that you can mount it to your surface so it doesn't slide off.

Customer Reviews:
Works well and config was easy.......2007-12-07
I was looking for a BT adaptor for my laptop that would support a stereo BT headset, and do dialup networking over bluetooth with my mobile phone. I'd never used bluetooth on a PC before, but the setup was very simple. RF is very strong - I can listen to my headphones from way more than 30 feet without distortion. Overall I'm very pleased.
Not much help.......2007-11-12
I am updating my first assessment of your product. I would give it two stars rather than one because I can get it to do something but it is not doing what I want.
I installed the software and rebooted the computer then plugged in the Bluetooth. I wanted to download pictures from my cell phone to my laptop. The laptop can see the cellphone but I cannot drag and drop any pictures. It has a serial port connection but I cannot access the phone with it. The cellphone shows the laptop and can connect to it but I cannot transfer any pictures. I have to go through quite a bit to get it to connect. If anybody has any hints as to how to make this work I would appreciate it.
Great little bluetooth adapter!.......2007-09-24
This adapter works perfectly! Follow the directions in the manual and it's ready to go in minutes. It recognizes my phone 3 rooms away. I use it with a W810i and have no problems.
Works Great.......2007-09-23
I had the belkin bluetooth adapter which killed my wireless. I got this and there were no problems ez install......no lag
Bluetooth USB Adapter.......2007-08-14
Worked first time with plug-and-play capability plugged into a Kengington hub on a Apple MacBook. However, my Bluetooth mouse keeps dropping the connection and there is a delay in making the mouse connection when the computer display has been dark. That may be the mouse rather than the adaptor, though. Overall I can recommend this product.
Product Description
The Wireless-N USB Network Adapter uses the very latest wireless networking technology, Wireless-N (draft 802.11n). By overlaying the signals of multiple radios, Wireless-N's Multiple In, Multiple Out (MIMO) technology multiplies the effective data rate. Unlike ordinary wireless networking technologies that are confused by signal reflections, MIMO actually uses these reflections to increase the range and reduce Dead Spots in the wireless coverage area. The robust signal travels farther, maintaining wireless connections up to 4 times farther than standard Wireless-G.
With Wireless-N, the farther away you are, the more speed advantage you get. It works great with standard Wireless-G and -B equipment, but when both ends of the wireless link are Wireless-N, the throughput can be increased even more by using twice as much radio band, yielding speeds up to 12 times as fast as standard Wireless G. Your wireless connection is protected by industrial-strength 256-bit encryption. The included Setup Wizard will walk you through configuring the adapter to your network's settings, step by step.
Amazon.com Product Description
The Linksys WUSB300N Wireless-N USB Network Adapter lets you access the fastest and most advanced wireless solutions currently available. With this unit enabling your PC or laptop, you can run media-intensive applications at amazing speeds, without the hassle or expense of stringing a lot of wires.
The Linksys Wireless-N USB Network Adapter uses the very latest in wireless networking technology, Wireless-N (draft 802.11n). By overlaying the signals of multiple radios, Wireless-N's Multiple-In, Multiple-Out (MIMO) technology multiplies the effective data rate. Whereas ordinary wireless technologies are confused by signal reflections, MIMO actually makes use of these reflections to increase the range while reducing dead spots in the coverage area. This means the signal travels farther, maintaining wireless connections at up to three times the distance of standard Wireless-G, so the farther away you are, the more speed advantage you get. This Wireless-N adapter is fully backward compatible, so it works great with standard Wireless-G and -B routers, but when both ends of the wireless link are Wireless-N enabled, you can experience increased throughput by using twice as much radio band, which allows speeds up to 15 times that of standard Wireless-G.
To help protect your data and privacy, this wireless adapter can encode all its wireless transmissions with iron-clad, 256-bit Wireless Protected Access (WPA2) encryption. Yet, despite a robust and deep set of features and functionality, configuration is simple and easy with an included web browser-based configuration utility. The incredible speed of Wireless-N networking is ideal for media-centric applications like streaming video, gaming, and voice-over-IP telephony, and gives you plenty of headroom to run multiple media-intense data streams at the same time, without worrying about a degradation in performance.
The Linksys WUSB300N Wireless-N network adapter is easy to use, and can be plugged in to any open USB port. To experience the full advantages of Wireless-N technology, it is highly recommended that you use USB 2.0. This unit is FCC, CE, and IC-03 certified, receives power through its USB connection so it doesn't require an external power supply, and is backed by a manufacturer's limited three-year warranty.
Customer Reviews:
Linksys has lost my business forever after this adapter.......2007-12-13
I bought the WUSB300N for my Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit system, only to find that it didn't work after spending hours of trying different drivers and searching for a solution. I finally called Linksys support who told me that they have not released the drivers for this adapter for Windows Vista 64 bit machines. When I asked him when and if they would plan on releasing these drivers, he told me that they possibly would release them in late 2008. He was not helpful either. The thing that really stinks is that Linksys advertises that this adapter works with Windows Vista. But it apparently doesn't. I think I'm gonna try D-Link or Netgear in the future.
Likes Vista Premium 32.......2007-12-09
Good stuff. I bought this after fighting with two D-Link PCI adapters. This product did what it claimed and ran under Vista. No calls to customer support were needed.
I am wondering now whether I should have sent back the D-Link router also and gone all Linksys.
Works great.......2007-12-08
I know Linksys 80211.n routers are supposed to be backward-compatible, but that's true only if you want to spend money to have a weaker connection to the router. Basically, if you want to get what you're paying for with the router, you need to get the adapter. With it, the difference in my network is breathtaking, and the days of pulling my hair out about slow/poor network speeds are over!
For laptop users: Before you get a notebook adapter, make sure it'll work with yours. I got the notebook adapter first at Best Buy, but ended up exchanging it immediately for the USB adapter after getting home and seeing it doesn't snap in to my notebook's slot. To be on the safe side, if you're buying online, either get the USB adapter and deal with it jutting out of your laptop (or using the usb cord or stand), or find out for sure that it'll work with yours. (I've got a Dell E1505--not an uncommon model!)
I have Vista... not a problem after several day's use.......2007-12-07
I have a Gateway MT6451 Laptop with Windows Vista.
A seperate "Vista Installation" pamphlet was included within the box and the outside of the box had a sticker "Certified for Windows Vista", so I may have an adapter from a recently manufactured lot (although the box does say copyright 2006, if that even matters).
Nonetheless, after following the install instructions provided for Windows Vista users, I was able to receive "excellent" signal ratings where before I had "weak" and "very low" signal ratings, and can now detect wi-fi transmitters that had been nonexistent to the interal antenna.
You can either plug the cell phone-size unit directly into a USB slot or plug it into the top of the included 6-ft extension cord and base (which then allows you to move the antenna around within a 6-ft radius of the laptop to find a "sweetspot", kind of like we used to do with our dog-ear TV antennas).
Thanks
Great Wireless N spec.......2007-12-07
This item works as advertised!
I use one in the Garage Desktop and one in my Lap Top that already had built in Wireless "G" spec. I wanted faster through put for thew Web and D/L items faster and the Linksys system works great!

not the right usb cable.......2007-12-08
this cable looked like it would work with my z525a but it did not. i was disappointed.
Works great! .......2007-11-04
The cable works great. I got it for the i300. I had been wanting to get it for the longest time, and I'm glad I did. Now I can transfer pictures taken with this phone to the computer. The best thing is I can make my own ringtones and transfer them to the phone. Plus, you can't beat the price!
Speedy Shipping, exactly as promised.......2007-10-21
Sppedy shipping, works great to interface my phone with my computer. File transfer was easy.
No bones about it.......2007-10-11
What can I say? It works. I mean, it's a data cable...the information either reaches the other end of the cable or it doesn't. It always reaches the other end for me...so therefore it deserves 5 stars out of 5.
Sony-Ericsson USB Cable DCU-60.......2007-10-08
Great price, way lower (~85%) than if I bought it through Sony-Ericsson or my cell phone provider. Received the product in a timely manner.

Customer Reviews:
Good, not quite there yet........2007-12-24
I think this is a good product but not quite there yet. Since, I am by myself, it is expensive for me to get an internet. So I tried this prodcut. I catch some signal from around my neighborhood. But the thing is every one uses internet security wep. Only one provider I can catch, but far I guess, not a good signal. Overall, it works well.
RV park signal.......2007-12-20
Before purchasing this device we had a weak WI-FI signal using a D-link airport card. With the Hawking Hi-Gain USB Wireless-G dish adapter our signal strength was much improved and more reliable.
Great product.......2007-12-19
Needed a lot more range to reach the WiFi hotspot at our resort and this really did the trick. We must be 800-900 feet from the source and we get an acceptable signal that let's us hook up without having to go outside and close the distance. We can take it with us and use it as we travel too.
Maybe it's my computer?.......2007-12-11
But this thing isn't working at all. I was able to get into MetroFi several times but the signal strength is less than 20% even though my building is within 300 feet of a router. I have a Pentium 3 with Windows 98 so I'm going to try it on another computer but if that doesn't work I'm sending this thing back. Also, signal strength was 2-3 bars until I tried adjusting the dish, then went to zero and stayed there. Maybe this thing is defective.
More of the same.......2007-11-26
I purchased this Hi-Gain USB wireless-g dish hoping to improve a relatively poor coverage area in my home. From only 100 ft away (around a corner), reception did not improve over the Linksys USB device it replaced.

Customer Reviews:
Heat Issues.......2007-12-17
As always, a crucial point to look for as a gamer is whether or not a wireless adapter will have heat issues down the line. I had this product for nearly fourteen months, and out of the blue it started getting heat issues, giving me 1.0mbps for hours on end if I was on Warcraft or even surfing the internet. After reinstalling the driver, I had about 36.0mbps to even 11mbps with a perfect signal, clearly indicating that it had heated up, or started working improperly. All my anti-virus scans and my spyware scans came up empty (as they should, since I do them regularly), and I have concluded that this heats up.
Simply stated, it heats up quite quickly as other reviewers have said, it is too fat, and that 1.0mbps stuff annoyed me.
Buy Linksys or D-Link instead.
No problems at all.......2007-10-29
I have this and use it with the matching router. I think if you do not have the matching router it may not be the right item. Many negative reviews, but few if any negatives with people using the matching net gear router. This is in my daughters walk in closet as far away from the router as can be and behind as many walls as in my house and still gets a signal strong enough to work. Just beware if you are using any other router than the net Gear wireless 824 V2. 4 star because it does disconnect about once a week.
Not bad.......2007-09-27
It was a little tricky to get it to work. Because, the first time I (unknowingly) was picking up a wrong signal. When I called Netgear, they were helpful (although I had difficulty understanding them, they are in India.) A couple of months ago after a bad rainstorm I completely lost my connection. I called Netgear, but they told me the problem was with my router. So I called Linksys and they told me that I needed to set up a new network. Apparently they claimed that it was "erased" and my connection from the router to my adapter was lost permanently. But they (Linksys) walked me through the steps; they were helpful but also in India so it was again challenging to understand them. Since I got my new network set up I have had no problem getting online and keeping a connection. Other reviews state that their adapter cannot keep a connection for very long. Of course, I'm not a computer expert, but that sounds like either a manufacturer's defect or maybe the adapter or router isn't configured correctlt?
Nightmare! Major issues with connection and overheating.......2007-09-22
Oh, how I wish I would have read all the reviews before buying this thing. I had a terrible time getting it to connect with my router, but eventually got it to work. I noticed the device ran quite hot (within in minutes of being plugged in), but foolishly ignored it. I left it on for 24 hours and came back to find my hard drive *and* motherboard blown. I can't pin it on Netgear's device, but it sure seems odd to me. After getting a new hard drive and a new motherboard, I am looking elsewhere to find a wireless Internet adapter. Save your $12.00! My little purchase cost me over $200.00, huge data loss, and a ton of time to reinstall it all.
Turns off frequently! Irritating!.......2007-09-08
I ordered this when I got a new Dell desktop and needed to connect with the wireless network in my home. It was easy to set up but that is the end of the good news.
This adapter just randomly looses its connection to the network. In the space of one hour, it will loose its connection at least twice, if not three times. Reconnecting is no problem - I just click on Repair and it goes through the motions and connects back right away. I reinstalled it a few times but the same thing happens.
This is a very irritating feature, especially when I am using Skype! I have had enough and I am ordering a new adapter from a different manufacturer!
Average customer rating:
- Works great - no complaints
- Nice adapter, good value.
- Great purchase for the money
- Poor signal strength and problem staying connected
- Great! You should buy!

Customer Reviews:
Works great - no complaints.......2007-12-27
I have had the USB wireless adapter from Iogear for 2 months now and have had no problems. My Windows XP based Dell PC recognized the adapter quickly and started working immediately. The PC with the adapter is in a room that is about 50 feet from our router (with 2 walls between)and it has had no problems receiving a very strong signal.
One note for new users. The adapter has software for wireless networks that must be used to find and control links to wireless networks. The Windows XP wireless network utility can not be used with this adapter (or at least I have not found a way to use the Windows XP utility). However, the utility supplied with the adapter works fine.
Nice adapter, good value........2007-10-22
With as many problems that wireless can have, this adapter was a sigh of relief for me. Installation was straightforward and I didn't have to spend a lot of time getting it to connect to both an Apple Airport Extreme network or a 2Wire modem. The UI looks somewhat antique, and I haven't quite figured out how to disable it. However, it works fine on limited accounts with Windows XP Pro and 2000 Pro if installed on an administrator account. On W2K machines, it (or the software) resets itself during user login making remote administration cumbersome. But, it's a good adapter and a good value.
Great purchase for the money.......2007-10-15
I bought this adapter to connect my desktop machine to my home's wireless network, and I'm happy to say that it's up and running smoothly without a hitch. Unlike some of the reviews, my computer didn't crash, and I didn't have to be a techie in order to get the software to install properly on my machine. The installation instructions are lacking, but if you have the slightest bit of software installation knowledge, you should be able to figure it out.
The signal strength is great (95% right now), although my wireless router is just in the next room. For the price, I'd highly recommend this to anybody needing a cheap, no frills wireless USB adapter.
Poor signal strength and problem staying connected.......2007-08-06
Bought this to be able to set up my mother's desktop computer about 50 feet away from the router (through 3 drywall interior walls, and we had a wooden fireplace shell installed on one way). Setup took a reboot or two before the software would show up and connect to the already working wireless network in the house.
Every 10 seconds, the adapter disconnects from the internet and reconnects. This is not a decent connection as both laptops in the house have full signal capability when in the same spot as this adapter.
To test it out, I installed it on my own desktop system in the same 3 foot area as the wireless router is. Not 3 feet away from the router, this adapter only gets 83% of the signal most of the time, but does not disconnect like it did on my mother's. Only occasionally have I seen it get above 90% signal strength and the router's AP is less than 4 feet away. Piece of junk. The only reason it got 2 stars is because of the price and the fact that it didn't disconnect on my own desktop.
Great! You should buy!.......2007-08-06
I got this because I'm a student and couldn't afford to get a wireless card from Best Buy and pay for installation fee. It was definitely affordable and easy to install. The only thing is that I have a Toshiba notebook and their internet wizard conflicted with the card's software wizard so my IT savvy friend had to do some tinkering (only took him two seconds) to have Windows run the program. I've heard this about other Toshiba notebooks so be prepared if you have one. It works wonderfully and makes my life a hell of a lot of easier. The card lets you set up different profiles for different wireless networks too; I was able to set one up for home and for school so all I have to do is select that profile and it automatically brings up that information. I highly recommend that everyone get this instead of paying to have a wireless card installed!

If you love all the new media applications, such as video and music streaming, you know you need a wireless connection that operates at lightning quick speeds to keep things running smooth. These new applications are nearly impossible with the old 802.11b wireless protocol, but they are certainly attainable with increased wireless speeds. The WG111T delivers the speed you desire. At 108 Mbps, it is up to ten times faster than 802.11b, and extends your network coverage up to four times more than standard Wireless-G protocol.
NETGEAR also helps you keep it simple with an easy-to-use, intuitive USB 2.0 interface. Just plug the WG111T into the external USB slot of your desktop or notebook PC, and you'll be ready to connect. Plus, you can keep your network private with WEP encryption, and this diminutive device is even upgradeable to the more secure WPA encryption (Wi-Fi Protected Access).
Setup is made quick and easy with the Smart Wizard install software. The WG111T has a compact, pocket-sized casing and with the included five foot USB cable, you can place this device near your computer for optimal signal strength for the best performance.
System requirements include a Pentium class PC, an available USB port, two MB of free hard drive space, and Microsoft Windows Vista, XP or 2000. Microsoft Vista drivers are available at www.netgear.com/vista.

Customer Reviews:
works as expected, but runs very hot.......2007-10-03
The device works as expected and even looks nice, but the blue indicator light is too bright and the device heats up quite a great deal more than I would have expected. Still, it is seemingly robust and I expect no problems with it.
Works like a champ..........2007-09-01
Purchased 2 of items for a client to put a couple of aging desktops on their wireless network. Ran the setup CD, plugged the unit in when prompted using the supplied USB cable and bingo, we're cookin' with 4-5 bars of signal strength at 60' through 2 cement block walls! Experimented with placement a little bit, then velcro-ed the units to the wall using the supplied plastic "shoe." Well worth the $45.00 each to avoid pulling cable.
OK in XP, not so OK in Vista.......2007-08-25
I have been using Netgear for many years. I have the 624 router & the WG311T adapter in my son's computer, both have worked well now for a few years now. Got a new computer, dual booted w/XP & Vista, & thought I would try the WG111T USB adapter. BIG MISTAKE!! I got it to work in both OS's, but constantly had to reset in the 2 months I have had installed. Installation was not easy, took several attempts in both OS's before I got it working. I have been using Vista more often & was constantly having to reset, so I attempted to reinstall driver. BIGGER MISTAKE!!! This adapter is not VISTA friendly, I could not reinstall. When I uninstall driver before reinstalling, it does not completely uninstall in Vista. Reinstall just keeps adding additional adapters, same name followed by a number (I got up to #11). Called Netgear for help, after several failed attempts, they blamed it on Vista & told me to call MicroSoft. Did an internet search & found several other users having this problem, but found no solution. Ended up going out & buying anoher WG311T, which is what I should have done in the 1st place. I give it a 2 because it does work most of the time in XP. But I would not reccommend buying.
Wireless Technology.......2007-06-27
This product is absolutely terrible. It will not work with Vista. It gives you the blue screen of death, and has a dialup + connection. It's got broadband speeds but disconnects from the wireless network just like a dialup connection. It kills hard drives by making Vista freeze up. Vista is unstable because of this piece of junk which overheats and disconnects from the network.
DO NOT BUY NETGEAR PRODUCTS.......2007-06-16
I bought this wireless adapter about 2 years ago, and discontinued using it after about two months because the connection was very sporadic and slow. Their customer support staff was totally and completely unhelpful. I later found out that part of the problem was the Netgear wireless router, which was unreliable in its ability to transmit the signals, and I had to unplug and then fully restart both the cable modem and the router several times a day. I switched to a Netgear wire router, which was only slightly more reliable and was able to deliver higher speeds, but I still found myself unplugging and restarting every few days.
I recently bought a new non-Netgear wireless router (Linksys, which works great), and the Netgear adapter seems to be working well, that is, until it starts to overheat. It only takes a few hours for it to overheat and it just stops working, so I have to unplug it to let it cool down then replug. I've read that others have been experiencing the same problem with their wireless adapters.
After trying 3 different Netgear products, I would NEVER AGAIN buy another product from them. Their products are inferior and prone to problems, and good luck getting technical support. Save your money and avoid headaches, DON'T BUY NETGEAR.
