5 Stars for Fun & Quality Pics!!!!.......2007-12-27
Bought this one for my 11 year-old and 13-year old and gave one to my Mom too. This camera is simple enough for point-and-shoot. Yet, it has enough settings to keep the curious interested for a good long time. GREAT camera for anyone! This camera is GREAT! Particularly good for beginner photographers, kids and those folks who are a little intimidated by too much technology at one time. With a little practice, anyone can take award-winning pictures with this camera! AAA+++
The camera is just bait, the delivery is hell..........2007-12-26
I purchased the case and the SONY 7.2 MegaPyxel camara... yes it sounded good, free shipping, over nigh delivery, You are the customer and we are here to help... what they don't tell you, once they have the money my overnight delivery was change from PROMISE DELIVERY on the 18 of December to the 21st of FEBRUARY 2008. Now I check with the availability of the products... they have it IN STOCK. yet they can delivered the item overnighth (today is the 26 of DECEMBER) and after I complained at the delay delivery they are going to send it to me at their cost, OVER NIGHT DELIVERY on the 21st OF FEBRUARY 2008.
Amazing.......2007-12-25
Absolutely magnificent camera.
was bought as a Christmas present and is probably the best camera anyone can find for the money.
I'd recommend this camera to anyone looking for a digital camera and actually taking great pictures.
It's Pink and It's Good.......2007-12-25
Bought this for my wife because she wanted a nice new small camera. I got the pink one so my son wouldn't "borrow" it and knacker it like the last one. It's as per normal for Sony, well made. Good and small but not too daft where you can't see it properly or operate the buttons. Wife loves the colour but it's slightly on the red side of pink (although still well pink)- more than it appears on screen. Great pictures and easy to use. I tend not to advocate using Sony software because it's normally as crap as the hardware is good, so I can't tell you about that side of it. Good value for money.

Work-horse.......2007-12-18
For those new to U3 this chip is awesome. I can carry my applications and all my work on this chip and can work with it on virtually any PC. The password protection is especially good in case it gets lost or stollen.
Great Flash Drive.......2007-12-12
I really shopped online before settling on this drive. Its a great price for a good & large capacity drive. As a student I need plenty of capacity at a good price. Plus I always know I'm going to find a good price and can count on the good service here at Amazon.com. Thanks!
Works great also WITH VISTA.......2007-12-03
Only want to say that my SanDisk 4GB Cruzer (bought it today at Circuit City) is vista ready and works fine with it.
So, if you use Vista make sure you get a newer one. I think the solved the problems with Vista.
Also I don't have any problems with the U3. I think it's a real good feature.
Ready Boost works fine too!
As an addition: On my package there was a label calling "enhanced for Windows ReadyBoost"
So if you use Windows Vista make sure you got a drive with this label than you will have no problems.
A Waste Of Money.......2007-12-02
I bought this on sale at Best Buy for $30.00 The information on the disk made it seem as though you could use it for software on different computers. I bought it for my Hallmark card software. Simplicity? I think not. With 4 GB of space I was sure that the card software would work from this drive. NOT. It seems that only U3 programs work with this so called "travel disk". Wish I'd never wasted my money on it. I wish I would have known about the U3 issue. I thought it was a 4 GB drive that I could use with ANY software. It hangs up my brand new VISTA computers (desktop AND laptop.
Currently, this product sucks.......2007-12-01
Not only is it not compatible with Windows Vista, it *HANGS* my windows vista machine (most recent udpates).
I loaded the Cruzer micro into my Windows XP SP2 machine, and updated it from the Sandisk site.
Still hangs my Vista machine. Can't eject it, can't shut down the machine.
Have to hold the power button down for five seconds to shut off the machine...

Terk HDMI-31 Smart HDMI Switch.......2007-12-26
Great product! no issues or complaints about it. Installation was quick and simple. The Auto Switching function works as described. The switching function works best when all units are off and you turn one on. It doesn't always switch when you have one unit on and then you turn the second unit on... in that case you need to walk up to the Terk Switch and push the button (not exactly a big deal). Audio and video both look good. My DVD player is hooked up with Monster cables and the XBox with inexpensive, generic cables. Both pictures look good!
My system. Currently I have a Sony DVD player and an XBox 360 as inputs and an output leading to my Yamaha Receiver.
The ONLY issue I have is that I can't get my XBox 360 to output in 1080p. It will output in 1080i, but not 1080p. I'm not sure if this is caused by the Terk Switch; however it could be the cause.
This thing makes me sad .......2007-12-24
Would not work with my dvd player. Would not auto switch. The people who sell this thing should be ashamed of them selfs. This is the worst waste of money I have ever spent money on!
Getting the needed upgrade........2007-12-24
Upon receiving this item, I was ready in ten minutes. One of the easier thing in my life to do. Of course I managed to get my feathers ruffled when I forgot to plug the HDMI into the HD-DVD player and nothing happened. Got my 50" TV three years ago and at that time I did not need more than the one HDMI that came installed on the set. Times changed and this product worked great. The two blue LED's on top make a great nightlight also, great bonus!
Works Great!.......2007-12-18
I purchased this item because I bought an Xbox 360 Elite and wanted to use the HDMI to my tv...oops, I forgot my TV has only 1 HDMI port and I also have a HD Cable Box that occupies that spot. I was a little hesistant buying this product because of people saying it wouldn't switch over automatically. I bought it anyway because the price was too good to pass up. I read the instructions and installed it and I couldn't be happier with it. It DOES work! Whenever I want to play Xbox I simply power the Xbox on and the switch knows when its turned on and switches from the cable box automatically. When I'm done playing, I power off the Xbox and it switches back to the cable box automatically. It's great because I don't have to fiddle with the TV remote trying to change the video source. I recommend this as a great buy for something under $65.00.
Works well with some devices, will not switch with others.......2007-12-16
This product works well with some devices, but will not switch correctly all the time. Switching will only occur cleanly when one device stops sending a signals to one of the inputs and another starts. When I use my universal remote to switch between the Dish Network DVR and the DVD player, I get a "sleep" screen from the DVR and the Terk does not switch to the DVD input. If I turn everything off for a second or two and then turn on the devices I want to use it all works OK, but that is more hassle than I will deal with. I don't think this is a problem with the Terk, just a limitation of any switch that relies on auto-detecting signals on the inputs.
I am swapping the Terk for a switch that has a remote instead of auto switching. I can program the remote codes into the universal remote and all should be good.

Dead on Arrival.......2007-12-25
I am generally a big fan of HP products (the computer I'm using right now is an HP) but I was sorely disappointed when I went to set up the HP EX470 on Christmas morning to find out it was "dead on arrival". When I contacted HP about it they told me that they were aware of the problem (4 red lights on the hard drives) but they don't have a replacement process in place so the only remedy is to contact the store I bought it at and ask for a replacement, which isn't much comfort since the EX470s are currently on backorder.
Chancy--no HP product support.......2007-12-25
Could be a good product, but I've had a file copy problem with one of the PCs on our network, where that PC can't copy to the server, though the PC has full access privileges. I'm sure it's a simple issue, but there is no HP support of the product. No email support, no live chat. The phone help is a joke: the first call resulted in 30 minutes of trying to find someone whou would recognize that this was an HP product, then the support person who finally got stuck with the call had absolutely no suggestions, then dropped the connection on me after an hour on the phone. The next call had me on hold for 30 minutes, with no pickup.
This is very unusual for HP. I don't know if HP wants Microsoft to carry the freight on product support or what, but I've been left high and dry.
Would not buy until the product has matured.
A Microsoft product that works - REALLY WELL.......2007-12-24
It's hard to describe how happy I am about this product without sounding like an idiot.
First of all the basics; it's a nice looking device. It's VERY quiet, and cabling is nice and simple; power and ethernet. Included in the box is the device, the cables you need, a set of CD's and a getting started guide.
On the back is an eSATA port (not shown in the Amazon photos or mentioned), 3 USB ports for more storage and a USB port on the front.
You plug it into your network, install the CD and you are good to go. No fooling around with product activation, no 30 minute setup.
The software; it's spectacular. Microsoft made this easy to use without treating you like a fool. Setting up shared storage and scheduling a backup couldn't be easier. If you ever need to restore, then you just pop in the included boot CD into the target machine and it'll let you restore backups stored on the server.
The 500Gb (or 1Tb) drive is fine for most people, but in my case I added some more drives. You just pop them into the cradle, slide them into the server and select "add" in the control panel. It automatically turns them into one large drive you can access. You can then select in the control panel which directories you want to duplicate (mirror) and it will make a backup copy onto one of the other drives. If you ever need to remove a drive, it will let you copy the contents onto the other drive(s) before doing so.
Another cool feature is the iTunes server; it will copy your local iTunes library onto the server in the background so you free up space on your PC and have a network accessible iTunes server on your lan.
All in all $577 WELL SPENT. There are other solutions out there (Drobo, Infrant, FreeNAS) but this integrates perfectly in Windows and is in my opinion the best value for money.
Awesome!.......2007-12-22
Everyone else has pretty much summed this up very well. I've been a WHS user since the beta version for the past 6 months. This little HP box is about the size of a regular coffee maker. It is VERY quiet, but not silent.
The install process is very easy also.
Overall, I couldn't be more happy.
Remote Access Doesn't Work With Vista Home Premium.......2007-12-22
Great system but it seems te remote access feature cannot be used unless you are a Ultimate, Enterprise, or Business user of Vista. This is a Microsoft's restriction not an HP restriction.
HP is to blames somewhat as I have not found this anywhere in the documentation and you won't discover this flaw until you purchase it.
I give one star because remote access to my PC was the reason I bought the server.
Alas, it cannot be done without an upgrade.

Disappointed.......2007-12-27
The item is not what I waited. I disappointed because I use this keyboard close from my laptop and sometimes the signal is lost, I don't know why the signal is fall. The keyboard is big and it can't use it from afar to your computer. I'm very disappointed
Beware of the 666 cordless set!.......2007-12-27
After approximately nine months, my faithful Logitech MX3200 Cordless Laser set stopped working dependably due to age and extensive use (and nine months is not a long time for a keyboard and mouse, but nowadays manufacturers are not making products that last a long as they used to anymore, and I won't complain too much about it here). Specifically, the keyboard no longer accurately typed my character inputs. I would type on it, and the keyboard would lag, and then miss some of my stokes, so it became a challenge to type accurately. I decided that I couldn't continue using the keyboard, so I searched for a replacement.
I went to local stores, and I found it hard to find a wired keyboard to replace my old set, so I ended up settling on another wireless device. Since I just wanted the basics this time (no bells and whistles, just solid usage), I decided to go with the Microsoft Wireless Multimedia Keyboard 1.1, since it was the least expensive for me. I tested the keys on the store display model, and I found them to be perfect for my use. I type quickly, and on the MX3200, the keys were perfect at first, but got very stiff over time. I wanted a keyboard that had a good spring to the keys, but wasn't too firm to push down. It also didn't hurt that the whole set only took four AA batteries (two for the keyboard, and two for the mouse).
When I got the product home, I set it up just like the manual said: I installed the software first, then I plugged everything in. Software installation was SLOOOOWWWWWW. I am used to Logitech products, and the drivers for them are usually a little slow to install, but I could have installed the drivers for Logitech twice over in the time to install the drivers for this set. I don't understand why the install was so long because the keyboard does not have any advanced functions in it. After the installation finally completed, I tried to type with the keyboard and got nothing. The mouse was working, but not the keyboard. I troubleshot the device and found out that only the mouse was paired to the receiver, and not the keyboard. So I manually paired the mouse and keyboard to the receiver and then they worked. Why couldn't Microsoft have sent the set pre-paired like almost every other wireless desktop manufacturer does?
Then when I tried to use the set, I noticed it acted strange. I took a quick look at the settings, and that revealed that even though I had chosen "Microsoft Wireless Multimedia Keyboard" as the device (and this is the label that was on it), the installation chose a completely different wireless combo as the device, and the keysets were all wrong. After I reselected my device, the set started working.
My initial review of the product was going to be "good but not great," but as I was typing my review with the keyboard, when I pressed the caps lock key, I saw my screen flash, and two of the programs I had open, including my browser, were gone. I was perplexed; I wanted to know where my screen just disappeared to. So I pressed the caps lock key again. My taskbar disappeared, and my computer asked me if I wanted to shut down. I was completely surprised.
I decided to restart my system to see if it was just a glitch. After the restart, I tested every function button on the device. Everything worked fine. So I went back to my browser and I started surfing the net again. About five minutes afterwords, I got a notice on my screen that said that the wireless signal quality was low. I had the keyboard and the mouse in the direct line-of-sight with the receiver, and the batteries were brand new.
I packaged the keyboard, mouse, and receiver up and took them back to the store. This set did not only not work properly, it messed up the functioning of my computer in ways that were remarkable. I just bought it, and it gave me more trouble in one hour than my old Logitech gave me in the whole nine months that I had it. In fact, I would have done better to keep my old keyboard and mouse than to use this one. I am very disappointed with this set, and I would advise any prospective buyers to stay away from it, unless you want a possessed keyboard and mouse combo that does whatever it wants to.
works as discribed.......2007-11-15
it works as it said it would but do not seem to work on all plug and plays
All that it should be!.......2007-11-13
We bought this for a business application. It is working out well - have no complaints at all!
Terrible keyboard/mouse.......2007-11-09
I agree with the comments on the key changes and on the mouse. Used mine for a few weeks, and then the mouse started 'going' bad. 10 clicks and it might finally 'click'. @@
I had read all these reviews and still tried it...I suggest a different one. Am now trying a Logitech S510.

Amazon.com Product Description
Equally suited to entertainment and utility, the Timex T617S is perfect for any bedroom or kitchen, offering accurate auto-set timekeeping, CD and radio playback, stereo speakers, onboard nature sounds, and an external audio input. The unit's stately silver finish and translucent CD door add visual touches of class, and its versatile CD playback modes include repeat and random play. Once plugged in, the clock will set itself, drawing on its factory-installed 100-year calendar (year/month/day, 2000 to 2099). The clock will even self-adjust for Daylight Savings time and leap years.
It features a programmable sleep mode with independent sleep volume, too (select 15, 30, 60, or 90 minutes), so you can drift to sleep or wake to your choice of a favorite radio station, a favorite CD track, or any of the unit's 4 nature sounds: ocean surf, rushing brook, forest spring, and wind chimes. The T617S's 2 alarms each function independently, so both can be set for either the same or different wake signals.
For radio listening, you'll enjoy drift-free digital PLL (phase-locked-loop) tuning with 12 preset stations for 1-touch tuning convenience for your favorites (6 FM, 6 AM). Use the clock's handy Smart Knob to quickly and easily adjust all settings and major functions.
Ideal for a portable MP3 player or cassette player, the T617S's auxiliary audio input broadens your listening options to include any source you deem appropriate. Hookup with portable audio devices is a snap using the supplied stereo minijack-to-minijack audio cable.
And, just to make sure you never miss an important appointment (if only some quality time with your shower or morning coffee), the clock also comes with Timex's Sure Alarm battery backup. Just install 3 AAA batteries (not included) to activate this feature. In the event of a power failure--or if you disconnect the AC power cord to move the clock--Sure Alarm will maintain your clock and alarm settings for the life of the batteries, ensuring that the alarms will sound at the appointed time (while operating on battery power, the alarms will sound only as buzzer).
What's in the Box
Clock, FM wire antenna, a stereo analog audio interconnect (minijack to minijack), and a user's manual with warranty information.

Only One Flaw ... But It's A Biggie.......2007-12-27
I loved every feature of this CD/clock radio: the design, the easily programmable functions, and the several options for audio (Radio, CD, MP3).
But Timex totally went cheap on the speakers. They are simply awful. There's no bass output and the mid-high ranges warble so badly you wonder if the speakers are loose or cracked. The unit does sound great with headphones or stand-alone powered speakers, but who wants to wear headphones to bed? What's the point of buying $100 speakers for my $60 alarm clock?
One other small irritant. The volume is weak. I'm getting a little irritated with audio products that produce imperceptible volume until you dial it up past level 4. I mean, it's not my stereo but level 1 - 3 of volume should be level 1 - 3 ... not level 0. Wouldn't you agree?
Defective unit received, then had to repack & lug back to post office.......2007-12-22
Received the product promptly.
It worked for two days and then dropped dead. The radio just wouldn't run. Reminds you of what a hazard it is to buy stuff like this via internet. Had thrown the box out, then had to find new box, repack, and take to post office. Not worth it at all.
Last time for a Timex product.
BEST CD Battery back up alarm clock on the market.......2007-12-16
This covers all the important things i was looking for:
#1. Dimmer!!! on the clock, 3 settings, one being almost off
#2. REAL Battery Backup, works even if the power is out (so far tested batteries will last for 8+hrs maybe more-days?), time won't display but alarm will still work!...other models fool you in their description, you have to read the manual.
#3.Higher quality cd player (for an alarm clock) it's a few inches taller for the speakers but then gives it better sound.
#4. mp3 plug in and headphones
#5. 2 alarms if needed
----nature sounds were not important to me, but the clock had everything else, worth paying $30 more for this model, where other cd/alarm clocks were $30 for a reason.
Terrible Quality.......2007-11-20
After just a few months, the speakers are not owrking properly, making the cd player a joke. The nature sounds are ok, not as relaxing as one would like.
Junk. Don't buy........2007-11-13
This product has a "smart" knob that's supposed to control tuning and volume. It didn't work well when I first unpacked it, then it stopped working completely. Now we have one station and the volume turned way up and no way to change it. I'm online buying a new one now. THIS IS JUNK. Don't buy this product.

Works perfectly.......2007-12-26
I bought this charger to re-charge my ride-on mower battery which was drained. I charged the battery overnight and I could instantly start my mower. This charger has a cooling fan which runs when it is plugged in. It produces a bit of noise but is no big deal.
Nice Little Charger.......2007-12-24
We've owned this charger for two months. I ordered this to charge up a spare battery. We use this battery to pump up tires, jump start cars and for emergency use when there is power out. The charger charges up the battery nicely. I always use the slowest charge setting. It will stop once it is fully charged. I am very satisfied with this product.
Handy little charger.......2007-12-02
This unit works very well for topping off a battery that is low or maintaining the charge on a battery in storage. However, if the battery is fully discharged, the units automated protection feature will give a fault status and refuse to charge it until you use some other method to force a partial charge on the battery.
Gets the job done.......2007-11-11
When I first opened the box it looked like a toy, being very small. But I used it to recharge my 2 deep cycle batteries for my RV and it gets the job done just fine. There is some fan noise but that doesn't bother me. I would recommend this product and by the way the warranty was even longer than was stated on the Amazon page.
Does not do as advertised........2007-11-06
I bought a new battery for my lawn
