Easy to install and pretty sturdy. Nice finish. The only gripe I have is it didn't look exactly like the picture. The back panel was different. On the picture, it had a 3-4 inch vertical back panel. The item I got was a removal full back panel. But, I just left off and looks good that way.

I was looking for a solidly made TV stand that would support my 30" widescreen Samsung tube TV which weighs approx 130 lbs. This rack turned out to be an excellent choice. I highly recommend this product.
* The product is very well-made, and it feels like I could have easily have stood on it when finished.
* Assembly was fairly easy (note: it helps to have someone assist you in holding sections as you bolt them together).
* The stand has plenty of room for my four main components (receiver, cable box, additional sub amp, DVD player) each in their own space without having to be stacked.
One thing differed from the photo, but it was a plus. The black cover on the back goes all the way across--making the wires invisible--and the cover is well-designed. It's divided into four sections, each with a gap for wires. Most of the cover for each section is also held on by velcro, making it easy to remove it during component wiring and then reattach it afterwards.
Excellent TV stand and component rack.......2006-12-23
Buy it. This is one of the best-looking and sturdy TV stands you could possibly buy. I really like it because there are no glass shelves, and it has a nice clean, simple look. Does not look cheap in person, like many of these stands.
It was relatively easy to put together (mostly just screwing in bolts with a hex wrench [included]), but the directions may not have been written by a native speaker of English. It was so simple, though, that it didn't really matter.

Solid Audio Rack Stand. .......2007-06-08
Realizing my DVD, satellite receiver, Tivo, 8-bit Nintendo and archaic VCR were stacking up and cluttering up my interior I purchased this in an attempt to put more order in my life (cables management is step 2 but that's another story). It is solid and heavy and takes a little effort to put together (though nothing as bad as IKEA) but the result is nice and the back has a decent way of putting the cables down the middle and the backs being able to be pulled off with Velcro for easier access. The black is nice but it's still not as modern as I would like it to be.

- the bottom-most shelf is the largest, and it barely fits my larger Denon receiver, make sure that your receiver will fit on the bottom shelf!

Took advantage of the free shipping offer from Amazon to ship this heavy component rack. Items packed extremely well with precise packaging and labeling of the hardware. Build quality is very good to support heavy audio equipment. I also purchased some casters from the same company, freely shipped too - to help with the maneuvering necessary when building and maintaining an audio and entertainment system.
Seems well worth the money.. sturdy, but refined and nice to look at.
