It never worked! DO NOT BUY IT!!.......2007-10-24
The one I bought only turned on for a week (though it would not let me upload any file). Then it never turned on again. I would suggest spending more money in a better brand than buying a product like this one. Cheap things can be very expensive. Wasted money!!

I was very disappointed with this item.
First of all, the software came with it was not compatable with the operating system (Win XP) on my laptop. I finally got it installed but could never get it to work. After getting 3 "core dumped" I decided to call a quit. Another thing, I could not turn the unit off. I held the buttom until it goes off. As sooon as I released the buttom the unit came back on again.
In my opinion, this product has a long way to go before it is ready for market!

I never got the chance to download anything to this mp3 player because once I got it & charged it, it kept turning on & off by itself. I returned the item.
The design was nice & small with color screen. That's about all I can offer on this product.

Snapbox not good buy.......2007-09-28
I purchased the snapbox for a friend thinking it would be as easy to operate as my sansa MP3.............I was wrong, i couldn't figure out how to upload, i didn't like the play back options, do not purchase, the instructions were horrible............pay the 20 bucks extra and go with the sansa 4 GB exccellent MP3 player

Terrible Product.......2007-12-17
Snapbox X40 4GB MP4 Pink
I purchased 3 of these players, one for myself and the others for my children, as Christmas gifts.
I am very dissatisfied with mine and I know they will be too. I am unable to return the unopened products as it has been over 30 days.
I do not recommend this player as the software does not work, unable to load songs easily, and unable to locate the ones that do appear to load. No contact for the manufacturer.
Extremelly poor product.......2007-12-04
This MP3 player does not play WMA files as advertized. Poor build quiality and display. Unintuitive and poorly designed sofware and drivers to load files to the player. The player went dead immediatelly soon after 90 days warranty for labor. The repair is at least $25 plus add shipment cost for both directions. Samsonic does not provide any phone number to contact, no e-mail, no web site. There is no customer support from this manufacturer. Accepts only Money Orders!!! Products from Samsonic are a complete waste of money. Buy MP3 players from reputable manufacturers even if they cost a little bit more.
Really sucks.......2007-11-04
The instructions that came along with this mp3 player really sucks. So far I've been able to play the radio which doesn't last a full 8 hrs. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchasing this mp3 player.
