CUSTOMER SERVICE NO SHOW.......2007-12-16
Bought this recently, setup was super easy, looks very good, nice finish. That is the Pro's. The Con's are: 1) No specifications on how much weight the shelves will support, no specifications on the height between shelves, and no help from customer service on any of this, 2) The TV support arm leans with the weight of my plasma, not only forward but also to one side, stable who knows, although once situated I plan on anchoring it to the walls, 3) repeated emails to customer service go unanswered, I mean absolutely no response, not to my questions or to my requests for parts. This is a very good looking unit, fits my decor just right, but the lack of Bush's customer service support has soured me on buying anything more from them.

In spite of the first review, we decided to order this swivel. It performs exactly as advertised! We have our 32" Flat panel TV on it and it swivels effortlessly! We would highly recommend this product!
Deceptive picture for a poor functioning product -- stay away.......2007-09-07
I am so disappointed at this product that I feel compelled to write my first review on Amazon. First, the product does not work. It turns only with a lot of force exerted, and that is unloaded. This is certainly not rated for up to 75lb of load as claimed. Second, the picture of the product is extremely deceptive. The product is only the oval disk, and does NOT include the glass stand underneath. There is a disclaimer about the glass stand not being included, but that's INSIDE the box. Needless to say, I sent it back for refund. Didn't even want to risk a replacement.

Great For SOME Applications.......2007-03-24
The material and workmanship of this TV mount is top notch and the assembly was easy enough if you have modest capabilities with a drill and screwdriver, however, the TV mount does NOT hold my Sony 24" TV when placed in a corner. The detailed instructions on "set-up" were non-existant. After leveling and drilling and mounting, the TV was too big for placement in a corner. Probably would be great for a 20" or less if you want to corner mount. Otherwise, the swivel arm would need to be mounted quite a distance away from a corner.
Basic Mount Capabilities.......2007-01-19
The mount works well if you don't intend to swivel the tray at the end of the arm. Installation was straightforward and easy. However, when you rotate the tray at the end of the arm, the tray tilts from side to side. There was about 1" difference from one side of the tray to the other. It ends up making the TV picture tilted. The support people at Sanus were very polite and sent a replacement part to me right away. The replacement part had the same problem so I am assuming it is a design problem. The box clearly states that rotating the tray is acceptable. It is very disappointing that I have to compromise how my TV is adjusted so that it doesn't have to look like it can slide off the tray.
Tv arm.......2006-08-23
This is a great product, it made alot of extra space in our children's playroom by hanging the Tv on the wall. It was very easy to install and works well with the Peerless Universal Vcr Dvd bracket. It's a must have if you want to free up extra space in any room.
