I purchased this product to replace the DLO Action Jacket Protective jacket for iPod® shuffle that I purchased with my Ipod Shuffle Gen2 since its velcro strap was rubbing my arms raw after much use.
I was extremely disappointed when I received this product. The velcros were very visible and shabby-looking. And when you use the extension band on it so you can wear it on your upperarm, it looks more ugly. The extension band looks like an afterthought expecially since the extension band that came with mine wasn't even the same color are the band itself (the main band was charcoal gray and the extension band was light gray, silver almost).
Sad to say, I don't think I will actually be using this thing.

Great case, but it crinkled the corner of the screen protector when I slid the iPod into the case.

Just a nice all around case. It may not hold two much but the sound is good for a small speaker, plus you can fit a few extras in it.

The quality of materials: zipper, hard case, strap and light
weight are outstanding. When I connected my MP3 player, the
sound was impressive for a-carry along- portable stereo speaker.
Next, I took the MP3 out of the speaker case and loaded my DT
200V pocket radio; again the sound was very good and even loud
at a low volume setting.
Now the minor negatives: changing the volume, etc.
requires going into the zipped case.
Other than the ipod, be careful in
selecting this speaker. The player, radio... cannot be
more than 4" high, 2.5" wide and .75" thick;
larger and you may not be able to zip closed
the speaker case, which is necessary.
My items just do fit. So the Quality Sound
and Materials make this a fine product,
especially for the money.

I use this speaker outdoors to play bird songs. The sound quality for this type of use is very good. Plus the hard case, and the carrying strap, make it ideal for handling in the field.

This is a terrible armband! I bought it for my dh to use while he works out and it is waaaaay to big the Ipod nano. If you have an older and much bigger mp3 player it might work but if not don't waste your money. I am sending it back.

Very good product! Stays fastend tightly to arm or forearm ! Keeps I pod safe and dry! only problem is the headphone hole is in wrong spot for any of the newer 30 GB I pods!
Comfortable armband for iPod.......2007-09-04
This is a comfortable armband. It doesn't close tightly enough for people with small arms, however. It is also not as nice for the newer iPods because the headphones jack is not in the middle top of the iPod.

The XtremeMac SportsWrap ArmBand is a descent product, but there are some flaws which would stop me from whole-heartedly recommending it.
Flaws:
- This is a 4th generation iPod product. To make it a fifth generation requires an X-acto knife or other sharp implement.
- The strap is sized for the bicep of the incredible Hulk. A lot of strap is left over after securing it.
- The velcro on said strap is not sewed down well enough to let me cinch the arm band to the appropriate tightness for my Bruce Banner biceps.
Gems:
- Love the full clear surface. Works with both my wife's 3rd generation and my 5.5 generation iPods.
- Feels like the iPod is secure. This my be a bi-product of it's size, I definitely know when it is moving.
- Outside of the arm band velcro, feels well constructed and relatively bomb-proof (gamma or otherwise).

This is a great holder for my ipod mini. It was easy to figure out and attach to my arm. My only very small complaint was that it made my arm a little itchy after a while.

I workout regularly and vigorously and thought an armband holder for my mini would be better than the included belt clip. I was wrong. The neoprine is supposed to keep the moisture out but after three uses my mini was slightly damp. Also on some machines (e.g, ab crunch) the armband got in my way. I went back to the belt clip and am much happier. These things are pesonal though so this product may work for others. I also want to note that Amazon is letting me return the item, no shipping cost and no questions asked. That's good customer service.
