I have the DLO PodFolio for the iPod Nano and although it has some good features, it has a fatal flaw in that the back ripped apart after only a couple months of use.

I've had this case for about 14 months and it has held up great. It still looks good (except for scuffs that come from long term/frequent use) and it has saved my IPod from a few drops. I especially like the fact that you never have to use the "hold/lock" button since the flap covers the IPod face.
The only "drawback" would be that the wheel and screen are not covered by any plastic, so you may want to get a clear skin (or keep the one that came from the manufacturer).
Overall I am very happy with this case, and just about everyone I know that has seen it has commented on how much they liked it!

At this point, I have been using this iPod case for 15 months. I remain completely satisfied with this purchase in every respect. Now with long term daily use I can attest to its durability. The case has a very classy, executive look and feel. My son in grad school wants one for his iPod. So, I am back here at this amazon webpage ordering one for him.

Being located in Los Angeles were some of my favorite stations have peer reception I was hesitant to order any under the cabinet radio. When I found this iPod unit I figured if the radio didn't live up to the reviews I'd at least have my pod. The installation was fairly easy, clearing the bottom cabinet shelf, marking holes from underneath with the easy to use template, drilling, fitting the spacers, and tightening the four mounting screws. Took 10 minutes from start to finish. I swung the iPod connection bracket down and fired it up. I was pleased with the sound. I switched to the FM radio and dialed up my favorite NPR stations and was amazed at the reception! I switched to AM and tried the talk and news stations and loved the results. All stations I want are clear, little interference, volume is good, tone is good, remote is useful, I love most aspects of this unit. The only thing I can think of to say about that is annoying is the volume setting when turning it on is not the same as I had it set to when I powered it off, it is louder than I would like it to be. If I can figure out how to change the default power on volume I will be perfectly happy with this. One interesting feature that I puzzled over until I thought about it was the volume down button is double the size of the volume up button. I guess it is a tactile signal so you can turn it down with less attention in a hurry.

This unit sounds pretty good for the price.
Features are nice and controls are intuitive.
The one criticism I have is the AM tuner. This was one of the features I really wanted, however I was unable to tune in a single AM station.
The FM is Crystal clear.
Ipod control is nice, also nice to have aux input/output.
Be sure to plan for room for swing down cradle the that holds Ipod. Once in it can be tucked out of the way.

You DO NEED the scroll wheel.......2007-10-20
to fast forward or reverse. So it is dumb to lose access to this important function. If you listen to books, talk radio shows, or even long concerts encoded onto one file, you'll have difficulty if you need to reverse/forward. The manufacturer should have thought of something better. Heck, the firmware for the player seems to be programmed by a 14-year old (in fact, 14-year olds can do better!).

Pros: The player feels very protected in this case, and not very bulky at all. Protects the screen well, which was my main concern. Also makes the buttons less likely to be pressed by accident when the player is not on hold. All of the bottom ports (headphone and miniUSB) are easily accessible.
Cons: Sometimes it's hard to get the Vibez out. Also, you can't scroll the wheel while the Vibez is inside and there's no 'up' button, so if you skip whatever artist/album/track you're looking for, you have to re-enter the folder that it's in and start over. I got used to this pretty fast though and it's not a huge problem.

This is a great case for the Vibez. Made of neoprene rubber, fit is snug. Should help protect against drops and scratches. Although you can not use the scroll wheel, you do not lose functionality, since other buttons do the same as the scroll wheel.

I like this neopren skin case - it fits perfectly to my Vibez, covers it completely with only bottom opening for easy access to all inputs, including USB. Even the screen covered by plastic. It doesn't add any bulk to the player. The only feature will be unavailable - scrolling wheel. You have to use arrows, pressing on them to get anywhere on a menu or change volume, etc. But I don't see this as a drawback because I didn't really use wheel that much. Also, because of that, I don't have any problems with accidental changing of anything - only pressing the buttons will have affect on stopping the track or changing the volume. So it's a must for the workout.

cons: the coiled cord makes placing your ipod, say on your car seat, anything over 1 foot away difficult. you need to strategically place the ipod near the car charger outlet.

PNY 128MB on a Dell 350 MHZ processor.......2006-11-03
Bought 2 of these for my old Dell to help speed things up a little. Brought my system up to 384MB of RAM. Did not notice much of a difference in speed. My processor is only a 350 MHz and is 8 years old. However, installing the additional memory was very easy. My computer recognized the extra RAM upon boot up. It may be time to get a newer computer to get the speed that I am looking for.

User reviews have been very beneficial to me in the past ... so the following is offered as a little payback.
I have an older Presario 5BW250 PC running WinME that only had 64MB RAM. Needless to say it was slooooow. Being somewhat anxious over going into the PC, I delayed the upgrade for a long time. It came to point of upgrade RAM or get rid of PC.
I spent a lot of time researching different memory options, and concluded that going with PNY would be the best long term, trouble free decision. Installed 2-128MB memory in March, 2006, and they have been working great.
Support/instructions from Compaq Presario support ([...]) and PNY ([...]) were very helpful. Installation was easier than expected.
Great price, great support, and reliable product .... Should have upgraded much sooner.

The hardware performed very well with high quality transparency and opaque scanning (prints, etc). There was little documentation on the use of the hardware, though it was not hard to figure out. The HP software that came with the unit was junk, preforming slowly (5-7 minutes per scan of a 35mm slide) and very poor quality output. Using 3rd party software (e.g. Vuescan) allowed the hardware to perform well.
While the detector takes a few minutes to warm up, the scanner will purposely delay a scan until the lamp/detector stabilize. While initially perplexing, this is more of a "feature" than a "bug."
The auto document feeder performed well, even with the included HP software. The feeder could certainly take many duty cycles.
