The TV stand was delivered as promised and the unit was relatively easy to assemble. It has very good quality/appearance of blond oak wood veneer over particle board.
I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a high stand to view from, say in bed.

its OK but not the easiest to assemble.......2007-03-24
I have assembled many pieces of furniture. Most are extremely easy. This one was not as well designed for assembly - especially putting on the door hinges. Also, without being bumped a piece of the finished surface peeled off requiring touch up when new, little dissapointing. It was a great price however & fits a small space well.
