Great TV stand.......2007-11-17
I've had this stand for ~4 years and I've been very happy with it. I have a very heavy 35" CRT on it and it holds up very well. Very sturdy. Aside from that, it looks great and assembly was easy.
I was going to give this stand a 4 star rating, because the cord management system is a little difficult to use, but I gave it 5 stars because some other moron gave it a 1 star rating because the seller screwed up his order.... IDIOT.

clearly states tv and stand when i went to cancel this order customer service rep got very nasty with me told me it would be up to 30 days to get my money back when they state on line money back with in 3 days i will never order from them again

The stand is well built. It looks great. The first one was damaged in shipment by UPS. The second one had one small part missing. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting on the small part to be sent from Sanus.

Very sturdy and attractive.......2007-09-19
This stand is quite robust -- it feels like I could stand on it (I didn't) -- and it looks great. Nice clean lines and the open-sided design makes accessing wires all the easier. The one issue that kept this unit from getting 5 stars from me is the choice by Omnimount to use two little screws in the back as "leveling feet." Instead of nice, big plastic pads like the front feet have, the back of the unit rests on the heads of two small screws, making it very easy to scratch a floor or put dents in a soft material (like wood). That seems like a poor design decision and is not consistent with the quality of the rest of the stand.

Great Style and Quality, but Overpriced.......2003-07-15
Very nice style, durable heavy quality construction, easy-to-follow assembly instructions, good for concealing A/V wiring. This stand serves well for putting various audio components on the shelves and a turntable on the top. Also can be used for a TV on top and VCR/cable/DVD on shelves. Although it's a very nice product, the price is much too high for what you get. Design is modern and a very nice additional piece of "furniture" for an image-concious consumer.

A good stand -- very sturdy; I was nervous based on the picture. The quality of the wood is good too.
If you have enough components to fill it, and plan on connecting those to other items (speakers, tv, etc.), it can be very challenging to run all of the cables through the cable hiding system in the back. A very minor complaint for an overall very nice stand....

Be warned that the product shown is the maple version, not the cherry. I own two of the Cherry stands, and the stands are well made and beautiful. I use them on each side of a 50" plasma to hold components, and I put the L/R front speakers on the tops. Works great!

After searching for many different av and tv furniture we picked up a Sanus NF 204 in Cherry. It's great. I'm getting rid of my oBello TV stand and replacing with the Sanus TV stand to match the AV stand. Construction is Far better than the oBello for about the same price. Looks great with a flatscreen tv. Also you might want to check out quadraspire furniture.
