Bought two of these for 46" LCDs. Heavy Duty and very secure once mounted. Two considerations. Plug in all connections to tv before hanging on bracket. Need small hands to adjust manual thumbscrews for tilting.Looks great on the wall.
Easy Install, yet Disappointing Tilt.......2007-12-27
I bought this wall mount for my Sony Bravia 46" LCD, which I also purchased at Amazon. It was an easy install using the enclosed hardware and following the directions. Didn't take long before it was up.
The description stated tilting wall mount, so I bought it instead of the regular one, which was a little cheaper. I guess I should have read the description more thoroughly. It only tilts downward at a very slight angle, but more upwward. I would assume that most people tilt downward, as they probably hang them above fireplaces, etc. Therefore, I was hoping (assumed) to have a bit more tilt.
I'm not dissatisfied whatsoever with the product. But I could have paid less with the same result. Overall it was a good purchase.

Great Bracket for your Flat Panel.......2007-12-25
I installed this bracket in about 2 hrs. with my dad's help. I put a 32" Sharp Aquos on it. It was really easy to get on the wall and then place the LCD panel on it. The only thing I regret is that it doesn't allow me to get to the back of my unit without having to uninstall it. Luckily all my component and HDMI slots were used up, so now when I get a new item, I just replace it with whatever I'm discarding.
Good Mount.......2007-12-25
I bought this to go with my Toshiba 47HL167 LCD TV. It hooks up easily, comes with an amazing number of bolts so it can hook up to any TV; but they are separated in nice little pouches so finding what you need is easy. It attaches to a stud wall with 4 screws and installation is quick.
This is the only mount I've used, but I can't see what a $150 mount would offer you. So long as it doesn't crash off the wall - that's really all you need. It also pivots but I set mine vertical.
The hardest part was deciding where to mount it. I used blue painters tape to layout a 'TV' on the wall and looked at it from lots of angles, chairs, sofas, etc. My first inclination was to go too high, I found that was uncomfortable on the neck. Final TV center height is 50". This is comfortable to look at from a chair, but also high enough to view while laying on a couch (and looking above your feet). But your room and furniture will be different - so try the "tape" TV for 30 minutes of so.

This case will protect your psp very well i have had it since day one and one year later my psp has very few scratches on it and those are from me opening it up to put a game in and dropping it. It is also nice because you can recharge it in the case when it is closed and it doesn't add too much extra weight or room. If you want to protect your psp i highly recommend it.

I have the new psp 2000. The fit is not as snug as the older psp, but it still protects none the less.
I dropped it from about 3 feet, in the cold, down 3 concrete steps. The case did it's job, both survived. The case did pop open and the psp did come out, but it dampened the impact greatly. Buy this case you will not be disappointed.
Not for PSP Slim & Light (PSP-2000).......2007-12-05
The ordering process and delivery was as smooth as possible (thanks, Amazon.com), but this product is not designed for the new PSP Slim & Light (PSP-2000), which is what I have. I wish the product description made that clear. The new PSP sits loose in the case, and the earphone socket is covered by the case while the unit is inside the case. Luckily, Amazon.com took it back, no hassle, and even paid for the return shipping. Can't beat the service.
I had to rate it in order to leave this review, so I'm giving it four stars. It looks like a superbly made and sturdy product, and enough people seem to be happy with it.

Sturdy but you may need special screws for your TV.......2007-12-20
The stand is sturdy and comes with quite an assormant of screws for mounting different televisions. I was using it for a Sony W3000 52" TV. It had my TV listed in a book that said which of the sets of screws to use. I tried these and they were too long. It had another set that was the same diameter but they were too short. After reading the manual that came with my telelvision I found out that I needed an inbetween size that did not come with the mount kit. After going to 2 Home Depot's and a Lowes I was unable to find the right size bolts, so I ended up buying a set of washers, and had to use 3 of them for each of the bolts that came with mount kit so that I could tighten them with out poking a hole through the front of the TV. I was actually also surprised with Sony for not including the mounting bolts for their with tv.

This mounting system is very strong, well made, and the tilt mechanism works great. The locking screws that secure the TV arm brackets to the mounting plate add an extra level of security.
However, it's a real shame the wall bracket isn't just a couple of inches wider, so it would span 3 studs (on 16" centers). I should have read reviewer G. Knight's comments about this, before ordering.
I should have checked my stud locations before ordering this mount. I discovered that the centerline of my optimal TV location on my wall, was almost directly over a stud. So, I had to shift the mount left to the farthest recommended holes. After mounting the TV on the bracket and shifting it to the right to compensate, the wall bracket flexes by an undesireable amount.
If you are going to mount a 50" or larger TV on your wall, and want a precise placement, I recommend that you avoid this model and go with the ST670 series instead.
On the other hand, if you have a wide latitude for positioning your TV on the wall, or are lucky enough so that your TV's centerline lies directly between two studs (plus or minus 2"), this mount will do the job very nicely. My advice is, determine where you want your TV then check to see if your stud locations are optimally placed, before ordering.
Three stud mount needed for larger, or not centered studs.......2007-12-18
Unit comes with a two stud mount, I am mounting a 60 LG plasma and feel I need Peerless part 200-1901/2. I am finding out that part is about $45 plus shipping. Not available on Amazon and not available retail. Am in the middle of mounting the tv and now I have to wait....something I don't like to do.

said my installer. I'd add a lot cheaper too. Why on earth should a few pieces of pressed steel cost so much? Better than the Sony (or other brand-name wall mounts) and much cheaper. And by the way, get a local installer, not a chain like Firedog to do the work if you need a wall mount, even one on a chimney. $400 - $600 for a hour's work is simply robbery.
Low profile, strong, option to tilt or lock in place.......2007-12-17
This is a very good choice for a mount if you don't need the ability to swing the TV left or right.
It will handle a great deal of weight, which is not as important with LCDs, but plasmas are very heavy. In my case, I have a Samsung 52" LCD mounted to it, and I feel good knowing I am nowhere near the weight limit.
It is very low profile, which is one of the reasons you bought a flat screen. Why use a mount that holds it farther out from the wall if you don't have to?
It can be locked in five degree increments. So, if you always leave your TV at a certain angle, you can lock it in place and it won't shift over time. I have a much smaller LCD in the kitchen on a fully articulating mount, and I wish I could lock that one as it tends to sag forward over time and has to be readjusted. Very annoying.
There are large screws that have to be drilled into studs to install this. If you have a strong hammer drill, this is a good chance to use it. It cannot be installed without a good drill as the giant screws screw directly into the wall studs to keep all the weight securely mounted. Use a good edge-finding stud scanner to find the center of the studs so that you know the screws are secure.
After the mount is securely affixed to the wall, and the bracket is screwed into the back of the TV, it is a fairly simple matter to just hang the TV on the wall. Just make sure you use two people for the last step so that you can maneuver the television in place without dropping it.

purchased this wall mount for my sony 46" bravia hidef tv paid about 50% less than in the store that i bought my tv from came in just a few days or so free shipping mounted very easy directions were great no problem at all i got the bracket that comes closest to the wall there is also a tilt bracket if you so wish had a little problem before i got it but great customer service dept cleared everything up for me. just make sure this bracket fits your tv once it's up sturdy as can be slides very easy to make sure you get it in the right place you want for the money can't be beat

Slim Sturdy and Easy to Install.......2007-12-20
I bought this wall mount for my Samsung 46" LCD. Installation was a breeze. The kit comes with an assortment of screws and a look-up chart so you can cross refernce TV make and model with cortrect screw length. The wall mount was very easy to install. Took approx 20 mins for the wall mount to be secured to the wall studs + 5 mins to attach bars to the TV + 1 min to hang it up. Add another 5 mins to tighten all reamining safety screws.
One word of caution: I strongly suggest you carefully mark the location of the the wall studs. In my case, I wanted to hang the TV in the center of the wall but the stud positioins were not in my favor. As such, I had no choice but to install slightly to the left. The problem is you only have limited room to slide the TV on the maunt/rail to the right before you reach the end of the mount. If your TV allows it, go for the next size up in wall mount. That way, you have more room to sldie the TV left/right to center it in the wall.
Easy-To-Install, Low-Profile, Flat-Panel Mount.......2007-12-17
Used this mount to hang my new 42" Panasonic TH-42PZ77U on the wall. Couldn't have made a better choice. I will start by saying that the packaging/instructions are written by people who speak English, and are very easy to follow. More importantly, this flat-mount provides a very low-profile mount to the wall. This is critical to creating a clean, professional look. This mount trades a "tilting" feature for it's good looks. Keep in mind that this requires you to mount it correctly the first time. The simple answer to this is to resist the urge to mount it too high... Don't do it! 5-6' high looks great when you walk in the room, but as soon as you sit down to watch TV, you'll regret it. Keep the center 4-6" above eye level when seated. Also, Amazon's "Free Super Saver Shipping" turned out to be Overnight! Kudos to the shipping dept. Good Luck to you.

I got this router back around Easter time, and ever since then, I have been a happy man. Everything this router provides are solid - and don't get me started on the RANGE this thing has. It is truly remarkable, and I would strongly recommend this for those who have a two-story house and a basement, so you can receive excellent signal strength and speed WHEREVER you put it.
I tested this router out in my two-story house in Florida (the house is quite the size) and I got 100% signal into my garage apartment which isn't even connected to my house! There is one small thing about this product though - it does have the tendency to stop sending internet through its radio, and it happens to me a few times a month. However, this is no big deal because I disconnect my cable modem and router, then plug in the cable modem after waiting 10-20 seconds, and then the router when the modem finishes the restart process. Otherwise, it really isn't a big issue for me since my modem and router are within reach.
Overall, excellent product and security setup isn't that hard at all. If you do choose to get this product, don't forget to update the firmware (that's what I did).

I went through 3 other routers and finally arrived home to the WRT330N.
At first I tried an older D-Link Router which couldn't pass VPN. Then I tried the Netgear RangeMax NEXT Wireless-N Router Gigabit Edition. That one kept losing it's internet connection. Next I tried the Linksys WRT300N but the wireless performance was weak and kept dropping off. When I installed the WRT330N, it was like a breath of fresh air. All wireless devices in my house work perfectly. The signal strength to each device is 70% and above (2200 square foot house). Internet speed via wireless G is close to the wired computers. Wireless N performance is perfect to my D-Link USB DWA-130.
I also have 3 D-Link webcams (DCS-900w (2) and DCS-950). Works with those as well.
Don't listen to the negative comments. This router has excellent range and great speed. It works as designed.
Worth the price.......2007-11-30
I bought this product to replace another Linksys 802.11n router. The old router only did 100BaseT over the wired connections but had decent speed over the wireless links. The rest of my network was already running gigabit over copper.
I did not use the setup program which Linksys provided. Instead, I opened the user guide in an acrobat window and connected to the router via the html configuration page. As I stepped through the menus, I found that the instructions in the guide were organized well for this process. Novices may want more information about some of the options than is provided in the guide. Experienced or expert users probably won't need it.
I did not get this gaming router for gaming, but because it had received better reviews than the other wireless/gigabit routers and the price was acceptable. therefore, I turned off QOS. Also, I set the router for a pure Wireless-N network. My two wireless computers were already running Linksys wireless-N network interfaces.
In the security section of the guide, Linksys provides solid advice for configuring your network's security. Turn off SSID broadcast, use strong keys, use the strongest encryption for your situation, if feasible restrict wireless access by MAC address, change keys and passwords periodically.
I configured the router off-line from my network. Then, I removed the old Linksys and inserted this unit. The WRT330N was configured to use the range of addresses I had been using on my Netgear gigabit firewall. The wireless segment was on a different range of addresses.
When I plugged in the router, all the wired segments (two PCs, one D-LINK D323 NAS, and a print server) worked fine without any need to re-boot. I did have to re-boot the wireless systems.
Performance is good across the copper links and I can't see any noticeable degredation. On the other hand, there does seem to be a degradation of wireless performance. Distance is still good and connections are reliable. However, speed seems to have declined by 10-15% at a PC about 30 feet (through two walls and a floor and across ducts and wires). I haven't tried adjusting the antennae on the router yet, but I don't have too much hope for improvement. That PC still gets 110+ mbps, so it's a workable link - even with streaming video from the networked drives. I haven't done a firmware update (version shipped was 1.00.3 Jan 2007) or even checked if one is available.
That loss of performance is the reason I gave this unit four stars instead of five.
It would be nice if the firewall offered more actual options, but I can live with that. If worse comes to worse, I'll run the outgoing circuit through a dedicated hardware firewall. That would probably be overkill, though since I already have four firewalls (internal and ISP) in line.
Best router experience I have ever had .......2007-11-29
Set up took less than 15 minutes, and that included transitioning from my old Linksys router. No one in my house experienced any interruptions. The speeds are as advertised - I'm ususally running 5-6 PC's at a time, and everyone has experienced better speed and no down time. I have been recommending this router to everyone I talk to.

So many problems - where to begin?
- The antenna point is week, one small bump and the plastic breaks off.
- Software very buggy. Windows Defender will shut it down every time because it's unsigned and unnamed (suspicious flag).
- Huge firewall issues. If you're willing to KEEP your firewall off, fine. I'm not.
- Two-way doesn't work, even on multi-function printers that were supposedly supported. My HP DJ 4180 is fine, when hooked up via local USB - wirelessly wouldn't scan. And _PRINTING_ was incredibly slow.
- Wireless discovery is awful and unreliable - put the computer program on 8 laptops and desktops around the house - half of them _NEVER_ found the print server.
- The three printers I tried all pretty much REQUIRED the printer be hooked up to each by USB for initial driver loading _THEN_ remoted - this is impractical. Not necessarily this product's fault, but you will spend TOO MUCH TIME trying to get this work. Just go back to printer sharing.
- Linksys support was awful. First time, the guy tried for 45 minutes, then said he'd kick it up to his immediate supervisor and I should try back in 30 minutes.
- Second time I called, that support person couldn't even find evidence of my previous call, and wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor, and wanted me to try to do a bunch of things all over again, including permanently uninstalling Windows Defender.
3 Linksys Devices and NO JOY.......2007-11-18
Purchased three new Linksys devices including this one and not one of the Wizards worked on XP or Vista. After working with technical support for two hours in chat and trying everything under the sun, never could get this unit to work. Got good reviews by many, but after this experience, I will never buy Linksys brand again. They have really gone down hill with both design and quality.
Does not work for Windows Vista at ALL.......2007-11-04
It also somehow corrupted the system restore database. Installation is two part, the wireless part UI does not even start right. I have to configure that on XP system. Using the method on the Linksys system to configure the wireless found out the WEP method it support using different key length than our wireless AP -- which is not made by Linksys. By the WEP standard, the WEP-64 key length is 13, and WEP-128 key length is 26. This Linksys printer server using WEP-64 max key length 10! We already have the access point programed with max WEP64 key length 13, so this device will not work, unless we re-program the access point and all the devices and notebook communicate with the AP. Why Linksys does not allow the max length the standard specified?
Second part installation is the printer server driver installation, which hang at 99% compeletion on Vista. After reboot the system, it shows the driver installed, but it does not work with a failure sign on the driver on Vista.
Try to remove the partial install by run Vista System Restore to get rid of the Linksys driver to the OS change. However, the system restore can not run successfully, this Linksys installation corrupted the system restore database!
Can not believe After a year Vista release, Linksys still making device that is not Vista compatible!

The print server works as I expected a Linksys product to work, flawlessly. I tried connecting it to a Linksys wireless router ant it worked like a charm, then I tried a Verizon Actiontec router (the new model with a silver band) and it works well on that wireless router, too.

I just bought a RVL200 and completed deployment.
It supports both IPSec and SSL VPN, and several authentication types for SSL user management. I use the existing Active Directory Server for user management with easy configuration, and my colleagues in branch office, work at home and outside mobile sales people can access network resource and their desktop just like they are at office.
You could buy one and give it a try.

I want to be able to view and control my IP cameras installed around my home when I am away. The IP camera I have comes with a web interface for realtime viewing from a PC in the local network. This SSL VPN router allows me to connect back to the web interface of my IP camera when I am at work. The out of the box experience is good - I have no trouble in setting it up and connect to the internet with my cable modem. After I changed my default password, created a few user accounts for my family members, and enabled the Remote Management, I put the device into test. First, I have to find the ip address that my cable company assigned to me and the ip address of my camera given by the router - all available from the router administration web interface at http://192.168.1.1. When I was at work the next day, I was able to get to the internet address of my SSL router and connect to my home network within a minute. Just want to share my success story with the community that might have the same need. The QoS feature may come to rescue when I am working from home, using my company's VPN, and my kids are playing bandwidth extensive internet games. I have to see how well it would work.

I bought this card to install on an older windows 98SE PC. I had purchased a Linksys card for this machine. The linksys card would not install. So after many wasted hours, I returned the Linksys card and bought this Belkin.
I had the Belkin up and operational in less than an hour and had no issues during install. The system has been running on our home network for a week with no issues.

I had to replace my old net card since my internet conection was slow. The instalation could not be eaiser. All I had to do was replace the old card and put in the new card. Windows xp did the rest. It found the new card and installed it all on its own.

Saw the previous comments so I had the Realtek drivers to hand but they weren't required as I didn't have a single problem installing it on my older Win98se machine. And a bonus - it seems to transfer files faster than the previous 10/100 card that I'd been borrowing from a friend (and thought it was time I returned it!) - a sound purchase at 9 GB pounds, and that was from a High Street retailer!

If not for the comment left by Keith Peterson from Bridgeport, CT USA I would not have been able to get this working. I spent hours frustrated because the Win98 drivers that came in the box would not install. There online chat tech support left me waiting for upwards of 45 minutes before I gave up on them. I had to install the Realtek drivers to get it to work.
Great card, little trouble setting up.......2004-04-03
I installed the card on an older Gateway machine with Win98 installed. The card was recognized in the Device Manager but not seen in the Network area. After some surfing I discovered the chipset it uses, Realtek 8139A, downloaded that driver and after installing, everything was recognized and now my network is humming along with no problems. I would have given the card 5 stars if it wasn't for the small driver issue.

JVC surprisingly SHARP!.......2007-10-31
I bought this TV for $699. I thought it was an average value with free shipping and no tax. I have this TV connected to an over the air antenna. The picture is superior to my 37" Olevia LCD HD TV in every aspect. I also own a 52" Toshiba DLP, of which the picture is awesome. But the JVC is just as bright as the DLP, much brighter than the Olevia, and I have it in a well lit room. The color is amazing, and best of all, when the signal is not HD, but just regular (ananlog?) like commercials or non-HD broadcasts the picture is superior to any other HD TV I've experienced. The speakers are not great, but that's not what I bought an HD PICTURE TV for! I never thought JVC would be in the same league as Sony or Samsung at this price. If you need a 32" LCD TV, this one gets it done. Based on my short ownership, I recommend it highly.
NICE ALL AROUND LCD.......2007-10-19
This JVC LCD is a fine TV for the price. I paid $700.00 for it while the local stores was carrying it for $829.00 or so. There are a lot to learn about the LCD TV industry. I probably would not have bought one yet if I would have known some key issues. For one, we have digital cable with about 10 HD channels and the HD channels look incredible on this TV, but the digital channels really don't look that impressive. In fact some of our other old tube TV's look better. The reason is of course LCD's are really engineered for running HD and for playing DVD's. In February of 2009 the gov. said all channels should be in High Def., which will be awesome.
So basically what I'm saying here is why go out and buy an LCD now when 90% or your channels are still in digital, and of course you will probably get an LCD of this model in 2009 for nearly half the cost.
The good news is the 10 HD channels you get with cable are the popular ones meaning local network and your sports channels.
All in all this is a great LCD for the price and I gave it a 5 star because it has nothing to do with digital channels not looking that great meaning a little blurry.

A perfect TV for gaming or movies. I think LCD's are priced right and deliver a crisp clean picture. They are quiet and perfect for gaming or Blu ray disc. This TV is not too big or too small. You can hang it on the wall or keep on a stand. You can watch in 720p or 1080i. Either will do just fine. The sound is great although I have a home theater system. The most surprising thing is the digital tuner. A great buy and a contenter with anything else out there.

I bought this LCD TV after trying out Polaroid and Sanyo brands.
I am happy with this product. except that the sound out level is too low for a big size room.

I purchased this TV from Best Buy in April 2007. It was working well.. good picture quality, sound, good deal (I paid around $700 at the time), but then just seven months later the screen went blank. First it was blue, then there was just one line down the center. I could change the channels via the cable box, and could perfectly hear the audio, but there was no picture.
Best Buy has had the TV for 3 weeks, and I was first told it was the tuner that needed to be replaced. Now they are saying that the cost of the TV is less than the total of required repairs, and so they are waiting from word from Westinghouse (since it's under their 1 year warranty) to get approval to give me a brand new one.
I strongly suggest that you run from this TV and spend a bit more to get a better brand. Don't waste your money!
Beautiful TV!.......2007-11-17
My wife and I could not be more pleased with this TV. The picture is simply beautiful, whether you're viewing something in HD or not. When we were picking it out, we compared this TV with other models with the same size, and our choice was obvious. Everything priced above this model was priced WAY above it, because those models were the top brands like Sony and Sharp. Everything priced similarly to this model, or below, had clearly lower picture quality.
We have used this TV for over a month and have experienced no problems whatever. The "overfill" mode for non-HD TV stations works great, and the sound quality is what you would expect for built-in TV speakers. I honestly have no complaints about this TV!
If you don't want to fork over the money for the top brands but want a high-quality TV whose picture looks pretty much the same as the top brands, you should give this Westinghouse TV some serious thought.

Review Westinghouse SK-32H240S 32" LCD HDTV HDMI PIP
Great job Westinghouse! Excellent picture for a 720 (1080s are better but much more$$).
Has 2 HDM inputs!! DO NOT buy a TV with fewer than two HDMI inputs. Later you will inevitably end up with at least a DVD & Satellite if not other HDMI devices. One great feature is that one of the HDMI inputs has a separate analog audio input. Normally, the HDMI carries its own audio, but if you run a Dolby 5.1 amp with center channel, you can run the center channel directly to the TV as your center channel with the HDMI analog audio input!! The TV has excellent speakers with great Bass & Treble controls and two 10watt amps.
All the cords run down the sides of the back of the TV so they do not get smashed against the wall. This means you can purchase a $20 HDMI cable from Belkin @ WalMart instead of an $80 HDMI MonsterCable at BestBuy. Furthermore, the side access makes it easy to access your hookups while the TV is against the wall.
The TV does have PIP (Picture in Picture) which is not always present on entry level HD TVs. Unfortunately, it seems that only the VGA (PC input) works as a second source for PIP. By the way, the VGA looks phenomenal with your PC. Run the VGA at 1280x768 or whatever has closest proportions to 16:9. I hookup my notebook computer and let my digital pictures play on the TV on my wall... just gorgeous. Also, work on your PC while using a small PIP window to watch TV (but you will not be able to use the HDMI in PIP so will need to use alternate inputs on the TV to accomplish this).
This TV has a Great remote control to boot.
In summary: Compared to other TVs in the same price range:
1) Better Picture
2) More inputs/outputs
3) More features
4) Better remote

An excellent TV.......2007-07-21
I scored my 32" Westinghouse LCD HDTV at my local Best Buy. It was on sale for $599, plus the guy getting it for me accidentally brought me an open box, so it came out to about $529 after tax. I got an absolutely CRAZY deal, I would have been more than willing to pay full price for this TV.
One thing that I really like about this TV are the avaliable hook ups. It has two S-video hookups (pretty much the standard thing for most DVD players and video game systems) and two composite hookups (pretty much a high definition hook up, I use it for video games, it looks super clear) as well as an RF adapter for the antenna, and if you have an old video game system like a SNES in my case, you can hook that up through the RF too.
Another thing I really like is that it has an audio out. You can hook up external speakers, and it also allows you to select the internal speakers, external speakers, or BOTH. Both is something I really wanted, because I can get better surround sound with the use of both the internal speakers, and my external stereo speakers. Though the internal speakers aren't bad, and certainly do their job, external speakers will ALWAYS sound better. :P
For actually using the TV, I purchased a HD antenna, which ran about $60. When I was in the process of setting the TV up, I plugged it in and it automatically turned on, so BEFORE I plugged the antenna in, I flipped through a few channels, they were all pretty clear, though the intenna did help a TINY bit, I think something cheaper would have done just as well.
The LCD is nice and crisp, on HD broadcasted TV stations and video games (both S-video and Comp.) everything looked like it was real and was super crisp. Overall I have absolutely no complaints, and I am very pleased with this product.
