CUSTOMER SERVICE NO SHOW.......2007-12-16
Bought this recently, setup was super easy, looks very good, nice finish. That is the Pro's. The Con's are: 1) No specifications on how much weight the shelves will support, no specifications on the height between shelves, and no help from customer service on any of this, 2) The TV support arm leans with the weight of my plasma, not only forward but also to one side, stable who knows, although once situated I plan on anchoring it to the walls, 3) repeated emails to customer service go unanswered, I mean absolutely no response, not to my questions or to my requests for parts. This is a very good looking unit, fits my decor just right, but the lack of Bush's customer service support has soured me on buying anything more from them.

Incorrect Description.......2006-11-10
Once I got this put together it was fine. But I was not expecting it to need to be assembled and was not happy about having to spend the time to do it. Be forwarned!!
Also, although this size was fine I also bought the next size up for a larger TV and the unit could not handle the weight. Those of us that still have our picture tube TV's know how heavy they are. We have an older 24" Sony Trinitron (which still works like a champ)- but this unit cannot support it. The metal undeath that allows it to swivel simply cannot hold the weight.

Nice looking unit. Strong and stable.......2007-12-15
For some reason, simple tv stands like this are hard to find. We searched everywhere for something simple to place a TV on and a DVD player underneath. You think it would be a simple search, but everything is made three layers high and free standing on the ground. We already had an entertainment hutch and just needed something like this. Glad we found it at Amazon. Looks good, works great. Very strong and stable.

Best value on the market for this product.......2007-03-10
I looked at many LCD TV mounts up to $200 and found that this model offered what I wanted at a substancialy less price. The mount was easy to install and the instructions were well written. The mount lined up to the mounting holes on my LCD TV and the unit does everthing the expesive models claimed.
