The cable will be able to display up to 1080p. Please remember that since the signal is digital, it is not like analog cables such as component cables so there is no need to get expensive "Monster Cables" There are no differences in PQ.

If you're looking to switch from an analog HDTV cable (component video) to HDMI digital cable, then look no further for value and quality. Similar cables sold in retail stores will retail for almost five times this price and will not deliver greater results. This cable delivers great picture results at 1080i and 720p from a computer to an HDTV. I would recommend this product over Monster cables any day.

Works pretty well. Most cables are 6ft which makes you think there's some kind of HDMI cable limitation... but i guess it still works.

dvi to hdmi cable worked fine 1st try.......2006-03-14
The cable worked perfectly 1st try, had to get it since my new tv didn't have a dvi input only hdmi. I thought it wouldn't work since the number of pins on the dvi port was different than in my old dvi-dvi cable, but I guess that's how dvi-hdmi works.
This is really good value compared to the old Monster dvi-dvi cable for which I paid ~$100 and was only 6 ft.

This is a great cable. I bought it to view my computer games on my HDTV and have not been disappointed. Keep in mind you may have to adjust your computer resolution to get the results you want.

For the price of this cable, you can get a Monster Cable cheaper, that is a little shorter in length, but far better. I had this cable, and the picture was no where near the monster cable, plus it broke if just a few months. Even though the Monster cable is the lower end of their line, it still is much better.
