Would give ZERO stars if I COULD.......2007-01-10

After about a little over a month of owning this TV, the coax jack does not recieve input. It was too late to return it to the store, so I decided to follow up with the manufacturer and their warranty. WELL!! HAIER customer service is a WASTE of time. After a month of being unable to locate someone to 'service' the unit, I demanded an exchange from the company. I faxed in my proof of purchase, it was validated and approved, and another MONTH later still the replacement TV has not been shipped out. No one at the customer service department has CLUE. They keep escalating my issue to the corporate department, promising me a call back, but the one call that I EVER received was a request to send in my proof of purchase. All they do is give me the business day run around! Even the supervisors there are a clueless. I guess they are there to supervise the call agents, and actually don't know about the company procedures either. The TV works except for the coax input so far, but I don't even want a replacement TV at this point because if something goes wrong with that, then I have the HORROR of dealing with their customer NON-service department. All I have to say is BUYER BEWARE! I know I will NEVER buy another Haier product EVER again!
