And the tube installs without any cutting or modifications to your boat. The SM8A- HP tube features stainless-steel hardware, gold-plated electrical connections, and a UV-resistant enclosure - it's certified for marine use by an independent lab. Speaker-level and preamp inputs make it easy to connect to any radio. An optional wired Remote Bass Control Module gives you independent at-the-helm control of your bottom end.

This was a great addition to my boat sound system. Can't beat the item for cost. Sounds great using the bottom of my lounge chair as a box. Item is well suited for a lost cost improvement to a simple marine sound system.
