With 17 total watts of power, the compact and portable Altec Lansing iM600 Sound System gives you full optimized stereo sound from dual two-inch neodymium drivers, so you can enjoy your favorite iPod tunes at home or work. It features a built-in FM receiver, as well as an on-board rechargeable Lithium-ion battery that provides over seven hours of battery life before it needs recharging. The iM600 also boasts an Altec Lansing engineering innovation called the Stereo Field Expander, or SFX, which makes the speakers sound further apart than they actually are, resulting in a heightened stereo effect.
For added convenience, the stereo FM radio can double as a clock radio with station presets, LCD display and telescopic antenna for clear reception; simply plug it into an electrical outlet (the AC adapter is included). Superior bass enhancement technology means you can enjoy quality bass without a subwoofer, and the input jack makes it a snap to connect a second device, including CD, DVD and MP3 players. There's even a composite video out for playing your videos and photos for iPod on most TVs, while the built-in iPod dock allows for quick and easy data transfer and recharge. Additionally, this model syncs and charges all dockable iPod models.
Lightweight and easy to move, the iM600 conveniently folds up to 11.0 x 6.0 x 1.7 inches (WxHxD), and weighs just over two pounds, so you can truly take it anywhere. It comes with a wireless remote and AC adapter, and is fully compatible with iPod models that have the alarm clock and sleep timer features.

Nice little portable audio system for iPod.......2007-12-26
I bought one of these for myself several months ago. It is a bargain for the price. Got a second one for my daughter this Christmas
Too Good To Be True!.......2007-12-26
Just received for Xmas after reviewing all of the Bose, Harmon Kardon, etc. on the market. The sound of this product is unbeatable and the price is half (or less) of the other audio systems.
AND....this product has a built-in 6-8 hour re-chargeable battery, to boot. Would recommend to all if you can get for $150 or less. Absolutely worth the money to make your iPod sing and charge.
Good features, ok sound........2007-12-25
I love the rechargable battery feature on this devise, it is working ok with my 160GB ipod classiv, the remote is ok too. Sound could probsbly be better. Anyway, it's good.
Good Sound, FM is a good add-on.......2007-12-25
This unit gives excellent sound, inspite of not having a subwoofer. Quality is good even at loud volume. Infact, it seems that the more I use it, the sound keeps getting better.
The only bad part is the cradle for keeping the ipod, which does not "hold" the ipod properly. The iPod only rests on it, and any mechanical shock might cause problems. You need to be extremely careful with that. (This is the only reason I've given it 4 stars, not 5)
Awesome.......2007-12-24
This product was reviewed by a a prominent magazine who rated it above more expensive units, and I agree wholeheartedly. The sound is much better than you would expect from such a small and compact unit, and it looks great too. I bought a second unit for my office. it folds up for compact storage and transport. I can recommend this unit without reservation.

Customer Reviews:
Alta fidelidad portátil para el iPod.......2007-12-25
I'm proceeding in spanish because there are so many good reviews in english for this product.
Great speakers but poor durability.......2007-12-20
Got these speakers based on size, reviews and price. Used them right away and they sounded GREAT! Problem occurred only one week after use. My husband and I traveled out of state and took the speakers. Once we got unpacked we went to play our ipod and the on button flickered on but did not turn on. (must note that the speakers were carried on the plane, not checked). Not sure if it was a short in the power cord or what? Needless to say, the manufacturer is sending us a new one and I really hope we have no problems for I love the speakers!
Goood.......2007-12-19
I bought it as a gift for someone else, but after test-driving it, it sounds pretty decent. I haven't played with it too much, but it seems good overall.
great features, but problematic popping sound.......2007-12-17
I really liked the features on this speaker -- the international plug set and that it would charge my iPod -- and those features are great. The plugs are very well designed. However, two successive units made a popping sound, sometimes quite loud and frequent, when playing some (not all) files. The vendor took the first one back perfectly happily, but after the second one, I got fed up and just kept it because I wanted the plugs and because it doesn't always make the sound. But because of the popping I will probably get a different speaker unit to use around the house.
Do NOT purchase this or any other rodut from Factory Depot.......2007-12-11
I have no idea if the product is any good but after waiting weeks for a delivery I found out they can't ship. Don't send email as to why and don't answer the phone. What's even worse is that Amazon will not step in and offer a product solution.
They offer my $$ back but too late to get it delivered and wrapped and off to my son.
Bummer.
Not going to be using Amazon again
Product Description
Have you noticed that your iPod is quickly becoming the most versatile music system in your home? Electronics companies are racing to build iPod-compatible systems, and some are creating systems specifically for the iPod, like Athena's iVoice iPod dock. Building on their reputation for excellence, this innovative sound dock was designed from the ground up to play loud, sound spectacular, and to last longer than a Kylie Minogue single.
Customer Reviews:
Athena excellent value.......2007-12-24
Bought this product based on a limited number of reviews. This product is comparable to much more expensive ipod speakers. We use it in place of our main sound system in the house and are not disappointed.
Great product, great price.......2007-12-20
I agree with the comments provided by the other reviewers. This is an amazing product and priced right. It delivers strong, clear sound and even at pretty high volume levels does not distort. Worth every penny.
Great sound.......2007-12-19
This speaker system has a great sound to it. A co-worker of mine agreed and got the same speaker for christmas.
Amazing sound, trumps popular brands.......2007-12-17
After reading the reviews here, I decided to buy this unit. Simple design, simple packaging and setup (just pop in the power cord unless you're using a non-iPod music device in which case use the included 1/8" jack), and wow, what an amazing sound! For the size, the sound was very rich and full. Good low end response, non-tinny high end drive, and clean clear midrange. Volume is quite good as well, and there is very little distortion at high volumes (which fill a room and then some). Tested audio with a variety of pop, light rock, Christmas music, hard rock, and heavy metal. All sounded good, though the cleaner genres (specifically Christmas music) sounded the best - all sounded very good and clear.
Setting up was simple. Unbox, plug it in, pop in the iPod, and play. The remote is a nice touch; small yet easy to thumb. Controls are very simple (both the unit and the remote: power, volume up/down; additional on remote: track forward/back, play/pause, mute).
Features I particularly like: wall-mountable, the ability to add other audio devices (non iPods, Shuffles, etc.), and video out, which would make pairing this with a small LCD perfect for an office, kid's room, or dorm. Mount them both on the wall and enjoy.
One note of sourness not directed at the product, I'd ordered this through Vanns here on Amazon, and the unit shipped with no protective boxing. It arrived a bit worn and the box literally fell apart at the seams when I began opening it. fortunately the unit was well-packed by Athena and it worked just fine.
I just may buy another one for my office!
Noticeably better than others -- and for under $100!.......2007-12-15
I am not the type of person who usually makes recommendations on products, but this system so good that it is absolutely worth reviewing. I was amazed by the sound quality -- both based on the price point and versus other ipod speaker systems. I compared the Athena iVoice to several other small systems (side-by-side vs. Bose, Logitech, JBL, etc.) and it had noticeably better sound than any of the others. It was not "just as good" -- it truly was noticeably better. The fact that it was also the least expensive made it a "no-brainer" to purchase. In addition to our own unit, we have now bought it as a gift and also recommended it to other friends. Everyone loves it!
What especially stands out about it is that there is no perceived distortion at any volume level -- you can play it low or crank it up pretty loud and the sound remains clear and crisp. I mostly listen to classic rock, but my wife likes jazz, pop and easy listening. It has plenty of bass for my rock, but the sound also is very balanced and clear for the jazz, pop and easy listening.
The unit itself is very solid, good-looking and well made.
All-in-all it is simply a great iPod sound system!

Okay Sound Expensive Speakers.......2007-12-27
There nice and portable and sound fine, but these won't blast much then your room. Spend some extra money and get a surround sound. But if you insist in one of these then theres nothing wrong with it, just don't expect high quality sound, just okay sound, which is good enough for like 80% of people most likely.
"finiky" complaint not really accurate.......2007-12-26
I got these speakers for thirty five dollars from w00t with a coupon and they are fantastic! Some of the other, even positive, reviews suggest that you have to unplug the speakers to get it to connect with the zune. Not true! You do have to power off (not just standby) your zune first before turning on the speakers to make the connection. Here are the steps:
1) Turn off speakers using power button on the remote or the speakers.
2) Disconnect zune. Turn zune off by pressing *both* the down button on the circle and the back button (
<--). This turns it off instead of merely standby.
3) Plug in zune into speakers.
4) BEFORE the zune is fully loaded (it has that progress line on the bottom) turn on the speakers. The speakers will make a connection with the zune and you are off to the races.
Simple and as you can see, no need to unplug the speakers.
Plus the remote works better for me. All the buttons work -- forward, back, play, pause, power, and volume. True, you cannot manipulate the menu, but as others have pointed out, from far away you cannot see the menu anyways! So, you are going to have to be near the zune anyways.
With wireless sync the setup is even better. Just leave it in and sync over your wireless internet to the computer. Perfect!
Five stars! The speakers sound fantastic and for the price I got a pretty slick deal. I think I have to thank some of the negative/positive reviewers who complained too much, they really helped keep the price down!
(None).......2007-12-26
I recently received this speaker dock and overall I love it! There are some quirky things about it that I don't like, but overall I would recommend it. It's pretty easy to setup - just plug it in the wall, turn on the speaker dock, then put your Zune in place (in that order for it to work). The speaker dock itself looks pretty sleek and you have to option to hang it on the wall if you wanted. The sound is really nice and it gets louder than I thought it would. The remote it comes with is also handy, but it only has power/volume/forward/backwards/pause options. You don't have the ability to scroll through the menus on your Zune - only through the playlist you are currently on. I guess if you needed to do that, youd have to be pretty close to see anyway so you might as well just do it by hand. I've heard it has the ability to play other mp3 players and connect to TVs/computers, but I haven't played around with that yet. Like I said in the beginning, there are a couple aspects that bothered me, but overall I would recommend it.
Nice for your room..........2007-12-23
I don't have a Zune but, I connect my Pioneer Inno to it using the input in the back and its sounds awesome... The Inno home dock fits on top of the Zune dock perfect and looks like if it was part of the speaker system... This speaker produces excellent sound quality and even the bass is decent for a system at this price... The remote works well, is small, and easy to use... I wish it had a led on it though to know when the battery is getting low... I have had it for 9 months now and it still works great... I'm thinking of adding another one...
Great addition to the home entertainment system.......2007-12-21
The Microsoft Zune and the M604 have been on sale for a fraction of their MSRP value making these an important addition while adding market share vs. the iPod.
The M604 dock is of very solid design and functionality, the sound is excellent the bass very solid. The pass through video function to watch your pictures on your TV is a great bonus.
The only problem, as others have mentioned is the weak remote. Once you start playing music, you can move forward and back through your playlist, but you cannot navigate the menus of the Zune. You can additionally control volume/bass/treble and pause/play your video/audio content...you can also fast forward/rewind through a video.

Accepts all ipods including shuffle / Sleep or wake to radio & iPod / Dual alarms / Remote control / Charges iPod
Amazon.com Product Description
When the iPod was first released, most viewed it as a personal music player for traveling, working out, or other "individual" activities. But that all changed when people started storing their entire music collections on their iPods and doing away with CDs entirely. Among the many product categories that emerged in the aftermath was the iPod-specific speaker system, which lets you listen to your entire iTunes library out loud but without sacrificing portability. The jWin I177BLK is the latest incarnation--a user-friendly, compact speaker system that looks somewhat like a clock radio (and functions like one, too), but stands ready to deliver deep, rich audio playback.
The powered system is outfitted with a dock on the top surface that holds every iPod model--from the iPod video all the way down to the iPod shuffle. The dock not only grips the iPod in an easy-to-access location, making it a breeze to find specific songs or hit shuffle, but it also charges the iPod while in use. As a result, you can remove the iPod from the dock right before working out and it'll still be fully charged, even after playing through the speakers for an entire afternoon. Even better, the I177BLK isn't restricted to the iPod, as it also connects to other USB-equipped personal MP3 players. Households with several personal music players won't be left out of the playback loop.
The system's audio performance is warmly satisfying thanks to jWin's Aura acoustic technology, which adds depth and clarity to the music reproduction. And even though the system is built for digital music files, it also includes a built-in clock, a dual alarm function, and an AM/FM _radio with PLL digital tuning technology. The radio makes the unit ideal for bedrooms, offices, and other locations where an alarm comes in handy. Listeners even have their choice of waking to the iPod, the radio, or a buzzer.
Additional features include a user-friendly backlit LCD screen, a precision volume control that ensures a comfortable sound level, a remote control for maximum convenience, and an external loop antenna that improves the AM reception. The I177BLK, which comes in a sleek black housing that measures 11.25 by 3.12 by 6.75 inches (W x H x D), is backed by a one-year warranty on parts and labor.
What's in the Box
I177BLK speaker system, remote control, iPod adapters, external AM loop antenna, user's manual.

Nice iPod speaker mount.......2007-12-16
We purchased a black iLuv iPod speaker system rather than the iPod Apple equivalent, and have been very happy with it thus far. Like other shoppers, we researched the item before hand, and were amazed at the price differentials.
But more to the point, online electronic review sites gave this system very high grades, and at our price, we're very pleased.
No, this machine is not Boze. But neither are IPod speaker mounts. Having said that, the sound quality is quite nice.
In our experience, the volume and tuning dials have not been a problem, and the unit has also worked fine to charge the resident iPod. At first pass, I'd predict that this iLuv unit will last longer than the iPod it's made to dock, but for the sake of incumbent pocketbooks, I hope they both last forever.
From our household, this unit comes highly recommended, with a further caveat, that if you're not buying from Amazon, be careful to check shipping costs, and more importantly, restocking fees, before pressing the "submit order" button.
Not compatible with ipod nano generation 3.......2007-12-12
I purchased the Iluv for my Ipod Nano Generation 3 thinking that it was compatible with it, unfortunately, once I received the product i saw a sticker on the side of it that said "Not compatible with ipod nano generation 3". So I had to return it, so if you have an ipod nano generation 3, don't get this product.
I stole it from my boyfriend! .......2007-11-26
I bought this product for my boyfriend last year at Christmas. I did some research and with studying reviews and my budget I decided on the iluv. My boyfriend is a computer nerd and loves tech things. He loves this device. The dimmer causes some problems at night but overall goes unnoticed. It fully charges both our ipods and we have no problem using the click wheel buttons on the top. The alarm has never caused issues for us as far as it being too loud, but we do not have it directly next to our bed either. I recently moved and packed it and brought it with me because I love it so much I don't want to have to find another one!
Does Not Charge 1st, 2nd, 3rd Gen iPods, .......2007-11-24
I searched around and decided to go with the iLuv i177 because of the reviews. When I received it I set it up and noticed that it was not charging my iPod. When I went to the trouble shooting guide on page 17 of the owners manual it stated that the i177 will not charge 1st, 2nd or 3rd Gen iPods. However if you read the description of this product it states that it charges all iPods. I sent Amazon an email to let them know this issue so others will not think this model will charge their older iPods. On the up side, the sound is quite good. I like the ability to turn off the time display light and while the remote is small it is handy. I would recommend the i177 to anyone who has at least a 4th Gen iPod. This is why I gave it 5 stars. The description is misleading however the product works well.
Does the job.......2007-11-22
I bought this iluv for the baby's room. It works great, good sound and easy to operate. The only thing is that the remote does not work that great from an angle.

Best Speakers I Have Ever Owned!.......2007-12-27
These speakers are just amazing. The bass cranks! Makes my whole room shake with 1 click of the dial on my keyboard (10% power). I bought these for 32$ a month ago. They were so good I bought another one for 50$. They are really worth it. They are cool looking and sound great.
Totally Awesome!.......2007-12-26
I got this item from J&R and boy, after managing to hook everything together, the sound output that came through it was awesome! One thing I noticed about it though was its inability to fully support synthesized music (the likes of Raindancer, Depeche Mode, Cause & Effect, Red Flag plus many other hard-bass loops) because it easily quit delivering any sound longer than one track. I guess it only plays for Pop music that aren't hard hitters. But, as a whole, I had fun with it.
NICE!!.......2007-12-25
these speakers are awesome. i got the advise from a friend who owned them. they are very loud and the bass is great in my room, or small living room. very nice sound
Great but ..........2007-12-24
Great sound and nice design, but the power supply is only 110 V 60Hz, not fun if you want to bring back in another country like me ...
Awesome Speaker.......2007-12-23
I love these speaker a good bang for the buck. They're excellent for my computer & w/ my TV when watching movies to get that surround effect.

Customer Reviews:
Impressive sound quality! Great buy!.......2007-12-27
This is realy meant to be a multimedia speaker set for your pc but we are using it with our stereo system & DVD, etc. These speakers have fantastic surround sound quality beyond my expectation. When watching a dvd, you get the movie theatre sound effect & can hear all the little details! I highly recommend this product. I only wished it was equipped with a remote control for volume control.
BTW I originally saw these speakers at an Apple store for $170 but here at Amazon I was able to save $50 after paying for s+h.
Excellent Speakers.......2007-12-25
I had purchased these to compliment my Dell laptop which I now use as my main computer. Great sound and base for my computer gaming needs, sound very good with the music as well. I highly recomend these.
Awesome Audio quality!.......2007-12-24
I love these speakers. I am upgrading from JBL Creature II's and while they also had great audio quality, I feel like the audio quality of these speakers is much better. For the price, these speakers are awesome.
Killer Sound.......2007-12-22
This is such a great system to have in your home. The sound is very clear, the base is excellent. We use it in the kitchen a lot because we always have people in there. Oh, and it cranks some loud music too..
Fair to Middling.......2007-12-18
These were impressive speakers when I first heard them in a studio apartment, and I bought them because the sound, especially the subwoofer, had me boogeying. But in my larger apartment, they seemed muted and watered down. In short, I am not dancing and will be shopping for a different system soon.
Average customer rating:
- simply AWESOME
- Great price, great performance.
- Fan-Frickin-Tastic
- Mediocre sound, defective subwoofer, lightweight on/off, volume control, abysmal customer service.
- Large and in Charge

simply AWESOME.......2007-12-25
ok, so if you are looking for the best performing speakers, look no further. This is a MONSTER. You can expect the power of the sound and bass like that of a good disco. The house will vibrate!
however, do watch out for its size. The subwoofer is no push over. It weights a ton and is HUGE.
Not recommended for someone looking for casually compact speakers. This is the BEST product for someone looking for a high performing speaker system and for $100 bucks, this is the best you could get!!!
Great price, great performance........2007-12-25
These speakers are crisp and clear. The bass is powerful but never distorts the music. The wired remote is very convenient. Unfortunately, the wires aren't able to be switched out with longer ones. My previous logitech speakers "broke" because the audio cable connecting to the computer stopped working properly. I had to bend the wire to make it work, and then one speaker stopped, then both stopped outputting sound completely. If the wires were detachable, I could have just bought a new wire instead of a new set of speakers. Anyway, these speakers are very powerful and they're great for the Xbox 360, movies, music, pretty much anything. Look up the review on cnet for more info.
Fan-Frickin-Tastic.......2007-12-21
This is a truly a great speaker system. I have had it for two months now, and I feel I have made the best purchase. The sound rocks from the two speakers, and the sub will drive even the slightest bass grooves down your back. The volume of both the speakers and sub are independent, so you can add/subtract bass as you feel fit. If you have neighbors, you may get a few complaints if it is left to high. With this system, there is no need to get a larger, more expensive 5.1 surround sound. You get everything plus more out of this 2.1 system. I highly recommend this to you!
Mediocre sound, defective subwoofer, lightweight on/off, volume control, abysmal customer service........2007-12-21
I purchased this set somewhere else to replace JBL Creatures II-white which had been on my Mac for 34 months when the subwoofer and one speaker stopped working.
I doubled the memory, changed the OS from Panther to Leopard and installed additional software on my Mac and bought the Z-2300s. The subwoofer and one speaker did not work! I thought that it could be the new OS from Apple, a defective sound card in the Mac. I was in a hurry so, I e-mailed Logitech customer Support (Free) and received a reply the same night. The woman who answered my e-mail must have been from Asia. Her English was not very good but, even worse, she could not comprehend the e-mail that I had sent her. She thought that I had installed a CD, downloaded drivers from Logitech's website and rebooted. She recommended several very basic remedies and suggested, too, that I check my volume control and mute on/off in the System Tray (Systray). I mentioned on several instances that I was using a Mac (these are Mac compatible), OS X 10.5-Leopard. I sent her an e-mail advising her to study English, English comprehension and use a Windows running Win XP and Vista and Mac running Tiger and Leopard and get to know her job better. I did not get a reply. The next morning, I telephoned the other Customer Support Center (toll charge) and actually spoke to a man who spoke American or Western Canadian English and knew Macs. He helped me troubleshoot the problem and we determined that the subwoofer is defective. I am taking these back for a refund tomorrow.
It is really hard to find a nice, good-quality speaker set in white to go with an older Mac. Even today, there really aren't any beautiful speakers to go with the new brushed aluminum Macs.
I bought these based upon C/Net's Editor's Choice recommendation and there are quite a few reviewers here who love them, too. Perhaps the quality was better in 2005 when some of the reviewers wrote. The wired control for volume, on/off and headphone jack was so light, I had to use double-stick tape to hold it down to my desk. The headphone jack is so recessed and narrow that I could not plug in my Sennheiser headphones.
Thank you and good luck!
Large and in Charge.......2007-12-20
The sound quality of this system is excellent; once you factor in the price, it's awesome! The only thing to be aware of is the size of the subwoofer--it measures about 18" deep by 12" high and 12" wide. It didn't fit under my computer desk, but the healthy bass is worth it.

A VERY COMPLETE MULTI DVD PLAYER.......2007-12-23
Hi Everybody,
When you dee the box coming, it says it's a DVD player and that's what it is.
It's a DVD player which happens to have an integrated amplifiers that includes the speakers and a wireless kit for the rear.
The wireless kit it's an infrared module you install on the DVD player, an external amplifier where you connect an infrared receiver, both rear speakers and then to an AC outlet.
The wireless it's not what i expected but it's ok.
Take the facts and decide acordingly.

Sony BRAVIA DAV-HDX267W Theater System with Wireless Speaker Kit
I am very happy with the sound and video quality of this system. However I bought this to be a true wireless system. It is my own fault for apparently not researching it enough. I figured I would write a review to avoid others making the same mistake I made. For me I assumed that the wireless kit meant that there were no wires going to the 2 rear speakers. This is not the case there is a wireless portion that jumps from your entertainment center to a rear box which you then WIRE your 2 rear speakers to. You then have to have a spot where you can put this box. My wireless speaker kit is sitting in a drawer of my entertainment center because it would have made a larger mess of wires than just hard wiring it. Which is what I did in the end so I should have bought the non-wireless version for less money and been more satisfied. There are definitely rooms that this system would be nice for mine was just not one of them.
Great for the money - just one oversight........2007-11-12
As many of the other reviewers mentioned below. This system does NOT have any additional optical input which means you cannot get 5.1 sound out of your cable box, Xbox or HD receiver.
If however what you are looking for is a great surround sound system suitable for a room of 15x15 or lesss this is a great choice. To clarify a few things that confused me below. ANY XBR series sony will work just fine with this. There is no such thing as an XBRV or XBRS The V and S series TVs from sony are the similar LCDs with different frames and processors. The XBR2 syncs perfectly. But for what it is worth, all that means is you can use a single remote to control your DVD player and TV at the same time.
To add, if you are content with PRO-LOGIC suround sound (simulated surround sound based off of 2 channel stereo inputs) then you CAN use this system to connect to your VCR TV or other device with an analog input. It has this functionality. ALSO. - there is a 1/8" input on the front of the box suitable for playing your ipod. It just will not charge it.
Regarding the DVD player and changer - it is plenty fast - takes about 10 seconds to swap discs. The upscaling to 1080i is great and the sound is fantastic. Our houde literally thunders with deep bass and really immerses you in the film. The DVD player has some other nice features too including the ability to search by scene and time stamp (a bit better than the standard DVD menu. you can also bookmark favorite scenes. The tuner works finee. Not the worlds greatest receiver but perfectly fine for the average user.
So for me, the only downside is the lack of the optical input. It sure would have been nice - 2 would have been even better. MAJOR oversight by Sony, but for the most part, the HD channels and anything broadcast does not have 5.1 ANYWAY. So if you can live with playing your sbox in stereo or using the pro-logic function to utilize all 5 speakers - then this is a great system for the money.
The wireless set ups is easy. Infrared transmitter and receiver are realtively small and easy to mount or set on furniture. The rear spears require their own amplifier so it does require one 120v outlet and yes the rear speakers need to connect to the amp. People that are complaining about this not truly being wireless are out of their minds. Literally, yes it is not COMPLETELY wireless, but in order to achiteve that each speaker woudl require its OWN amp (making it bigger) and they would have to be battery powered (which would suck). So get over it. It's as wireless as technology allows and its great to not have to run wires across the living room to the rear set.
All in all I give it 4 of 5 for the missing optical inputs and the lack of EQ. What do you expect for $350?
Great Price and Easy to setup........2007-11-12
Had a Samsung system that decided to stop working and it was wireless. I found this Sony system and was wireless to rear speakers which is what I wanted. It is easy to setup and has HDMI. HDMI is Great for HD. I had it seup in 30 min this included taking out the Samsung system. Setup was easy and was watching dvd in HD with upscale in under 45 min. Would recommend to anyone that does not want to run speaker wires to the rear from the front.
