I have a new pc, and it just didn't seem compatible with it. Customer support was fantastic and they spent tons of time trying to help, but in the end it didn't work. I had to return it.

Drivers were easy to set up, and the software I got it for needed a dongle on the LPT port, I tried 2 other cards and neither saw the dongle, this one did.

I easily installed this adapter into a slimline PC that didn't come with a serial port. It was a cinch to install and the drivers installed automatically with Windows XP Porfessional. Now my customer can download his PDA via the serial port. Good price too!

I bought the card and discovered that they shipped it without the drivers it needed. I found Computer Geeks completely unresponsive, and it took most of a weekend searching the net to finally find that the only thing available was generic chipset drivers from Oxford Semiconductors.
