I recommend purchasing this if you have an older Dell PC. It upgrades you video graphics so you can play newer games. The 8mb Dell gives you for your video sucks (if you are a gamer).

I must say, I bought this product 2 months ago, and the card has been working perfectly - no down time and no "fatal errors" like my old graphics accelerator, an Intel Extreme 64 built in chip, once had - ever since I bought it.

Honestly, for the price I paid on Amazon this card rocks! It's fanless which means it's quiet too. With 256MB Ram and the latest nVidia drivers this card is an unbeatable value. Granted it won't run the latest games in full resolution and speed but it will run them just fine none the less. The 2D portion (text) that this card produces is simply beautiful
Contrary to the other poster, this card is the eVGA card which is much better than the Diamond he mentioned. Get one and play with it, you'll be impressed!

256MB ??.......2005-03-11
I sent in a request for Amazon to de/re list this product, saw saveral reviews that Tiger Direct shipped 128mb card even though description says 256mb. After I recieved an acknowledgement back from Amazon, it appears this item has been relisted, and all the reviews are gone, but it is still listed at 256mb.
I'd contact Tiger Direct about this listing to ensure that Amazon has corrected the problem.
BTW - Get a 5900 or higher if you want any real performance.
