Terrible, Uncomfortable, Low Audio Volume Headset.......2007-12-18
I purchased this headset to work with an original Panasonic wireless 5.2 gig telephone. This is the recommended headset.
The headset is uncomfortable to wear. It has a very low volume, even when set to maximum. People at the other end of the conversation also tell me they can't hear me. After I switch back to the handset, they can hear me perfectly well.
I would return the product if shipping weren't the same price as the product.
poor speaker but acceptable mic.......2007-12-17
This is my first-ever headset. I'll be using it primarily on my cordless Panasonic phones, but there's also a headset jack on my corded phone and my Motorola cellphone, so I may put it to use on those, too.
The speaker (in my ear) isn't crisp (what do you expect for $30?), which is why I dropped it from 5 stars, but for long conversations the convenience of not having to hold the receiver will be good. I've been told that the sound quality (mic) is good, though. Downside: you have to press AND HOLD the Mute button - it doesn't lock - so that's good only for short interruptions, else use the Mute button that's on the phone itself.
I considered the KX-TCA80 but it doesn't have volume/mute controls on the cord so I spent the extra $10 for those features.

this is a very comfortable, inexpensive headset. I do have to turn up the volume on the phone to hear properly with it, but the sound is clear. It folds up compactly and works on both cell and cordless phones.

The sound of my new Panasonic KX-TG6051 phone impressed me. I was using my old headset, a Panasonic KX-TCA60. Panasonic does not recommend that headset for this phone. I bought a KX-TCA92, which Panasonic recommends. It was a waste of money. On this phone, this headset doesn't render voices as clearly and naturally as my old headset. I don't know why Panasonic recommends the 92 and not the 60.

Looks good, but dose not work good.......2007-11-12
Had another headset before but the headband broke. My fault as I am a bit tuff on things. I like the looks and fit, however every time I have used this headphone with my Panasonic phone ( I have 2 units and have tried both), people can't hear me very well and say I am breaking up, whereas I can hear them just fine Hope this helps.

This was the best $13 that I've spent in a long time. My wife and I work on the phone a lot, and this add-on to our Panasonic cordless phone literally saved our necks. True, there's no volume control or other bells and whistles, and the headset pressure behind the ear can get tiring, but for moderate length calls (say up to 40 minutes), it's been great.

I've been using headsets for my cordless phones for years. I've tried so many and been disappointed with most of them.
Finally, I have found a headset I really like. In fact, yesterday I purchased two more of them from Amazon, just in case the company stops making them.
I recommend them! I love being hands-free and this one is good!

What I thought was amazing about this headset was both the quality and how comfortable the headset felt for a relatively low price. If you're looking for a high tech/big money headset, this one might not be for you. But if you're working at home, this Panasonic headset is ideal.

This is a good value for the price paid. However, even though the product seems new, there was not formal packaging. It just came in a sealed small plastic bag. I don't remember anything that showed me the product was new, which is what I wanted. I must say, though, it is working fine so far.

The 56320 earpiece fits wonderfully and the sound is great with very little noise from the boom mic. When useing the earpiece and the T5420 you have to be careful what you say, the VOX operation will pick up your voice all the way down to a whisper, (don't curse or cus at friends or others on the same channel-they will hear it. I really like this product.

These mics work just fine in quiet places. I wanted these for my husband and I to communicate when we're riding our ATV's. Unfortunately the ATV's were too loud, and the mics wanted to stay on constantly. But the point is they work. I would recommend them.

I purchased Coby CV-M25 Hands-Free Headset from amazon and was absolutely disappointed. Description tells how it will fit PC notebooks. We'll it does not. The jack is only 2.5mm. I had to return the item the day it arrived. Hopefully refund won't take too long.
When shopping for headsets for your laptops (for the use of messengers and Skype), make sure it is 3.5mm.
