I've been using this 4-6 hours a day for 3 months. I works great for podcasts from my razr. Surprizingly good battery life. My only gripe is that the clip is about to fail from me changing it from right ear to left ear.
Plus, very stylish and quite comfortable. I think everyone will be wearing these soon.

This product is good...battery life is great, the only problem is voice recognition does not always work...so I have to dial from the phone instead of via the bluetooth. Other than that...it's great.

Can't figure it out! It beeps and
1 - the pretty blue light goes away - Is it on a "screensaver" mode?
2 - Did that beep mean needs charge? Color stays the same then it dies :-(
3 - A call is coming in, press button nothing, press longer - turns off - Aargh! call went to voicemail.
4 - Pick up a call....It's disconnected from the phone!!! How did that happen?
This device seems awkward on the ear and I really haven't figured out all it's function so I am going back to the manual. On a very good note - when I get it going - quality sound! That's why I bought it in the first place! Yippee!
Overall I think if the blue light could turn different simple 2 - 3 colors like red when needs a charge or yellow on stand by - It would be a 5+!

This blue tooth works fine except that every two weeks or so you have to re sync it to your phone. I use a Sprint Palm and for some reason it drops the link. No Biggie. GREAT sound quality.

I purchased the Motorola H500 to replace my plantronics 320 that I accidently dropped and stepped on causing the on/off volume control button to get stuck in one position making it impossible to raise or lower the volume. I was very pleased when I received the H500. Its smaller than the 320 and fits very comfortably on my ear. Half the time I don't even know that I'm wearing it. Pairing it to my LGCU500 couldn't be simpler and I especially like the feature that shuts off the blutooth light after 5 minutes of inactivity. It increases the battery life quite a bit. It was a great buy for the money and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive bluetooth device.

The ear piece is not universal - it didn't fit me at all. Just fell off. Other than that, it seemed like a quality product. I gave it away.

I bought and loved it at first. There arent any problems on my end, but everyone I talk to on the other end complains of a buzzing when I call and talk to them. I rarely use it now because of the problem.

I rec`d it rather quickly. The packaging did not make me feel it was a new unit but instead a refurb. It does work well, at least everyone I talk to can hear me clearly & I hear them clearly. There are a few times a little distortion sets in however, I`m told that`s common w/ these headsets.
Works OK........2007-03-23
This device works OK with my KRZR but you get what you pay for. Sometimes the sound is "crackly" and broken up. I need to have the volume all the way up most of the time.
The volume buttons are also hard to find when I'm using it. It's hard to tell if I'm pushing the buttons or not. Since the headset fits so loosely I have to hold the device with my thumb while pushing the up volume button. The problem is that my thumb ends up pressing the down volume button at the same time. This causes the device to mute unintentionally.
Same problem with the other button. It's used for all of the other functions. Since I can't really tell if I have pushed it I don't know if I have ended a call or just put it on hold. I always have to open the phone to check and make sure.
It seems to add a lot of latency to the conversation, but that my be true with any BT headset.
It fits loosely on my ear. If I turn my head fast enough if flies off. I don't mean whiplash fast either.
I doubt that I would purchase another one of these.

Works great, fits well and is easy to set up and use. I'm not sure if others have this feature but I'd sure like it if you could tell how much charge was left in the battery. I hate going out with it just to have it die in the middle of a call. Battery life is not bad but I just cannot tell how much charge is left so I end up constantly charging it.

Since purchasing my Razr, I've done some extensive shopping and comparison to improve upon my Motorola H820 Bluetooth headset. After trying a couple other popular brands, I've returned to this model and am very happy with it.
For Razr users, the H500 uses the same charging attachment as the Razr, which is HUGE plus. The button placement is simple, and easy to master. I had no problems whatsoever getting the headset to connect with my phone, or using it to place calls.
Sometimes less is more -- that's certainly the case with this little Bluetooth headset. It's the best all-around value in a Bluetooth headset, especially for use with a Razr.

The Logitech Bluetooth headset that I had been using for 2 years broke and while waiting for the replacement part from Logitech I ordered this inexpensive Motorola for the meantime.
In my opinion it sounds much better then the Logitech, my callers said it sounds MUCH better on the other end, and it's smaller, lighter, and easier to put on/off.
It was also half the price of the Logitech. I can't imagine that the customer support is even close. Logitech has been by far the best company that I've had dealings with, but its just over $20! Great, and even better for the price!
