...matched by not very good sound. I wish I liked this better, but the sound is bad enough that I'm shopping as we speak for a replacement.

Just to say something nice, it uses batteries sparingly.

I bought the tune a fish at walmart about four years ago, it still works but not as good as it used to (thus I'm searching amazon for a new one). I'd recommend it.

My only beef I have is that I ordered the blue fish and got the green and yellow one. Otherwise, I can't complain. The music comes in clearly and the batteries last for quite awhile. It's not fancy, but if all you're looking for is a shower radio, this is a good choice. Who wouldn't want a fish radio???

I bought one of these in 2001. After five dependable years of daily use, it has just now been replaced because it finally konked out. Not only is it totally worth the price, but it is easy to tune, hangs securely by the suction cups (unlike some that fall off right away) and sounds loud and clear over the noise in the shower. I recommend this little radio to anyone in search of a compact, battery operated bathroom unit. I gave several over the years to family and they all agreed -- it's the best quality they've had in an affordable radio.

Nice Design - Poor Reception.......2006-01-24

I bought this a few years back and it was pretty well designed and actually pretty decent volume, though the speaker would distort with volume all the way up. The reason I didn't use it much is cause even in NJ with 30+ stations I could only tune 2 and they were ones I didn't want.

Probably OK for a bath with a window on the outer side of a house, but my master bath was in the center of the house leaving me very poor reception.

Ive had this product for well over 8 years and only now is it beginning to fail (still works though!). In addition to its long lasting life I only remember changing the batteries a few times, the sound quality is good and it is easy to tune. I love this product and am getting another one for my college house!

Much better than I expected!.......2007-03-18

I have had this for 7 years. I paid about $15 for it then. I didn't have much hope because of the price, the kid-like appearance. Even the manual tuner picks up great reception. Just within the past year, one of the suction cups has lost its suck, so it kind of hangs like it's on a fishing line. Kind of cute, actually. It did not work this morning, but I noticed that I was stupid and didn't turn it off all the way last time I used it, so hopefully it is just the battery.
