I got this for my daughter who cracked the screen on her previous MP3 player. It looks sturdy enough, but is not too big. Should prevent damage when shoved into the backpack with everything else. Not sure I would have paid the $30 they wanted for it at Best Buy, but the Amazon price made it worthwhile.

Nice quality product. My only disappointment was that the slot provided for the headset plug doesn't leave enough room for the plug. There is a bit of pressure on the plug that worries me, though I have had no problems.

This is an EXTREMELY NICE travel case that allows storage of all the needed items. The leather case that the unit slips into is high quality, and fits the MP3 Player perfectly (and the control buttons are still accessible). Both the leather case, and the carry case have a belt loop and a "D" ring on the back for either strapping it on, or suspending around the neck with the included necklace cord (nice cord, too). The cord has an excellent latch clip on the end which provides a secure connection. The outer zippered case is internally padded, and has a "netting" compartment on the inside cover. One draw-back is that the "ear buds" can be tricky to position inside of the case, but it can be done. I feel that having the Player inside this case will provide extremely good protection from potential damage. This is a very inexpensive way that you can protect your SanDisk investment. I would highly recommend it.

I was a little scared to buy these headphones after reading poor reviews I bought these anyway and they blow my stock ipod ear phones away. I barely have to turn the volume up to get great sound. I might be ordering two more of these one for my brother and an extra for me. Yes the cord can be annoying and makes no sense why sony made one cord longer than the other,but who cares when you get comfortable fit and nice sound. If it wasn't for the cord design these would get 5 stars. These are my first set of in the ear headphones.

I love the sound quality and I used them every day at work for 11-12 hrs this summer - very comfortable. I personally like the long length of the cord when walking around campus, easy to put my mp3 player in my purse or in my coat. Granted I dont know why you would ever need such a short cord.. so the extension is necessary. The silver piece that goes over where the wires connect broke for me.. it doesn't stay in place. If I'm not careful with them I have bare wires showing where they connect - this happened after about two years of heavy use. Over all I'm pretty happy with these headphones.

Sound okay. Assymetrical cord is ridiculous unless you like all the weight on one ear. Cord material is some garbage rubber that tangles up on itself much easier than anything I've used. Rubber disintegrates very quickly from normal perspiration. They're junk, period.

Bought these a few weeks ago... they work great. They are comfortable in your ear. It blocks out a lot of the background noise so you can actually hear the music without having to turn the volume up! The earphones come with one side longer than the other. This is because the longer side is supposed to go BEHIND your neck. It also comes with an extension. Without the extension, it's too short for normal use. However, if you have an ipod shuffle or an armband for your ipod, then it's perfect length. Otherwise, you'll have to use the extension. The sound quality is great! I love these earphones

Pros:
1) Comfortable build and easy to access the camera without removing the bag.
2) Padding is adequate and adjustable.
3) The space is great for a beginner or someone who is just carrying a couple of lenses and a flash.
4) All weather cover is nice and hidden away.
Cons:
1) Doesn't allow much room to grow. Now this is not the fault of the bag per se, since Lowepro does offer a bigger size. I carry a 30D and the 24-70 2.8L lens and it takes up the whole center slot. I have room for a couple filters, a prime, and a flash. This is about all this bag will hold easily. There is also some good space in the top compartment.
2) Because the stuff is stored sideways, the weight ends up on the lens to keep the camera from moving. This isn't a big deal, but it isn't quite as nice as certain other styles to hold the camera.
3) I wish the area that sits against the LCD had a soft padding (non-scratchable). As mentioned in Con #2, the camera sits sideways, so there is some movement that the camera body will experience.
Still overall a solid bag for a serious amateur, but if you are a pro, or have some large glass, you may want the Slingshot 300.

I have been toting camera bags all over the world for the past 40 years, and the Lowepro Slingshot 200 is the most comfortable I have ever owned. I loaded up my bag with a Sony A-100, and a Olympus C-5000 along with all of their support equipment (battery chargers, exteranl flash, etc.) and took a trip to the Yucatan in Mexico. The design of this bag gave me the most comforatble and functional photo trip I have ever had. This design really is a step forward in comfort and functionality!

I already own a 200 model and needed something bigger. The 300 model seems to be 50% larger in capacity. I can fit my Canon 5D with a 70-200mm f2.8 lens attached, a 24-70mm f2.8 and three other lenses, along with a flash, batteries, filters, cables, etc. Everything I'd want to bring on an extended trip fits in this bag except the tripod. The bag will fit under an airplane seat!

I bought this product based on the excellent reviews it had gotten here on Amazon, but I admit that I am sorely disappointed. I bought this knowing that there was no handle as depicted on the case, so I will not count this against the product in the review.
My main complaint is with the CD sleeves. Both the cloth and the plastic parts do not meet expectations. The cloth is extremely thin and light, and feels like I could poke my finger through it if I tried. It is almost translucent when held up to a light. Secondly, the clear plastic part of the sleeves feel low quality, like they would tear or stretch after extended use.
If this is being used for its intended purpose of carrying CDs on the go, the hard shell exterior provides adequate protection. However, since the sleeves are of such low quality, my CDs fall out if the case gets shaken a bit. And, just to reiterate, there is no handle as shown in the product image.

As a college student with over 50 CDs in my collection, the Case Logic CD Wallet saves me plenty of valuable space. The cover is durable enough to protect your CDs from dirt, water and the occasional fall, yet is soft enough that it will not slip out of your grip. Not to mention that this is a great value at only $13 (at time of review). The only downside is that it does not have a carrying strap, but it still is easy to carry and like I said earlier, it won't slip out of your hand. So definitely buy this case if you need convenient storage for your CD collection.

A sturdy case. It does what it's supposed to do, which is to securely hold 72 DVD's or CD's. There appears to have been a slight design change as the handle that's shown in the picture is no longer there. None the less, I'm happy with it and have ordered another one.

I have a couple nylon softer-sided cases. Because the sides are stiffer and bubbled out a little bit on this one, I think this one will provide a little more protection when banging around behind the seat of the car. The item I received doesn't have a handle like the one in the picture; I'm fine with that, but it's worth noting.

This product says "sport" in the title, but it really isn't designed for use while being very active. I run on a treadmill at the gym and the sleeve leaves the Ipod far too floppy on my arm. It really bounces all over the place and becomes an annoyance. The quality of the sleeve's parts are great, but the design is poor. If you ride a bike or are only lifting weights it will do the trick, but I would avoid it if you are doing anything more.

I was looking for a sports sleeve for my ipod for a while now and finally decided on this item.
Great price but it doesn't skimp on how secure your ipod is when inserted into it. It comes with a nice screen protector that I have just left on even when I'm not using my ipod in the sports sleeve. The Velcro belt is very secure no matter how big or small your upper arm is. I've read other people have trouble getting their ipods in and out of the sleeve, I insert the bottom end of my ipod into the screen opening and slide it down. 1,2,3. When taking it out, its just like peeling a banana at the top.

I've had this case for about 14 months and it has held up great. It still looks good (except for scuffs that come from long term/frequent use) and it has saved my IPod from a few drops. I especially like the fact that you never have to use the "hold/lock" button since the flap covers the IPod face.
The only "drawback" would be that the wheel and screen are not covered by any plastic, so you may want to get a clear skin (or keep the one that came from the manufacturer).
Overall I am very happy with this case, and just about everyone I know that has seen it has commented on how much they liked it!

This is a great overall case to protect your player, but the wire management feature adds some thickness to it. Therefore, if you need wire management, get this skin. If you can do without wire management, stand alone silicon cases are available.

This skin fits your Zen nicely and allows you to access the controls through a thinner area. The thick banding around the edges will give you a little more confidence if you accidentally drop your player. Another advantage of the silicon cases is that they have a little more "grip" to them. I have a relative of mine that is big into bird watching. I have tried bird watching in the past, but found myself getting irritated with my perpetually shaky binoculars. No matter how hard I tried to hold the them still, I simply couldn't do it. For me, the constant "shake, shake, shake" makes using binoculars frustrating, as the picture is never as clear or stable as it should be.
Recently, I was shown a brand new pair of image stabilized binoculars from Canon. I don't remember what particular version it was, but I was extremely impressed with it. The moment I pressed the IS (image stabilization) button, the picture became solid and crystal clear. Wow, what a joy to use...
After a few more weeks of using "regular" binoculars, I finally gave into the temptation to upgrade to a brand new pair of 10x30 Canon Image Stabilization Binoculars! Wow, I am so glad that I did... The picture is amazingly clear and the range is excellent. Besides this, anytime that I want to a stabilize the picture, I simply press the IS button -- and PRESTO! ... A clear picture without those annoying shakes. It truly makes bird watching (or any other hobby in which you need binoculars with an IS feature) enjoyable again.

The glasses are remarkable. I was really impressed when viewing the moon. The picture was clear, but when I pressed the button fto stabilize the view, the craters popped out very clearly. The size is also convenient.
Canon IS Binos - Excellence for a Great Price.......2007-12-16
I purchased he Canon IS 10x30 binos for my wife a couple of Christmas' ago and since then they have been used, weekly, for daytime and astronomy purposes. I use them for quick views of the night sky and daytime for observing wildlife during trips upstate - or in the back yard. Excellent build quality, optics and image stabliization (that really works well) for only $300 dollars! The soft case is well padded and fits the binos like a glove. The 2-AA batteries don't last a long time under continued use, so we keep a 4 pack in the case as backup.
The optics are made so well that the sharpness and brightness are equal to other quality name brand 7 x 50 binos that I own.
Highly recommended little binos that pack a BIG punch for the bucks.

I have nothing original to say about these binoculars beyond the other expressed sentiments. They are incredible. I use them primarily for star/moon/(and currently comet Holmes) gazing. As an example, I can readily split certain double stars which are un-splittable with my 10 x 50 non-IS binoculars. The image is very bright, the stabilization is amazing. I wear eyeglasses and the eye relief is excellent. Excellent field of view. The star images are crisp all the way out to the edge of the field. The binocs are light and easy to handle. The requirement to keep the button pressed for IS to be engaged is simply not a problem at all. Yes, I wish Canon had supplied caps for the objective lenses but this is not a big deal. My other binoculars have become instantly obsolete. I have a hard time imagining anyone buying these things and being disappointed.

Bottom line...this was the ideal combination of features and weight. I didn't use the IS feature too many times but I was glad to have it. Some recommend a 40X but I think the added weight is a negative at least in this setting. You are either close enough to the animals or, the animals are hiding in the brush.

I bought this case so that I could see my blue iPod and its engraving. This case compliments my iPod perfectly, some people didn't even notice that the iPod had a case!! It has saved my iPod on numerous occasions from falls and dings and scratches, as well as looking elegant. Terrific protection for the entire iPod! The hard case prevents the iPod from snapping in two when it's in your jeans pocket. I definitey recommend this case for your 2nd generation iPod over any others.

This case would not close with my nano 4GB. The spec should clearly state that it is only intended to work with thinner ipods.
A quick fix for ipods that rattle in this case..........2007-11-17
I read a lot of reviews of people complaining that the case is slightly too large for the ipod and therefore the ipod rattles in the case. Here's an easy fix for this if you aren't using the carabiner clip:
When you put the little plastic tab into the top of the front half of the case to block the hole the carabiner was to use, don't push the tab in all the way. Push it in far enough so it doesn't fall out, but don't push it in till it's flat with the top of the case. Then put your ipod in, you might have to force it in gently, because the little plastic tab will be a bit in the way. For the record, this has not scratched the top of my ipod and I have taken it in and out many times. Now your ipod is secure and will not rattle because the little plastic tab is jammed right along its' top and holds it firmly in place.
Hope this helps those of you who have this problem. I think the case is fantastic, I love that it's clear and thin, it looks stylish, feels good in the hand, and yes, it does get scratched - but it keeps my ipod looking as new as the day I bought it.
The case that can't keep up.......2007-11-15
I always wondered why users would house their iPod in cases that hide the color, are often at least as big as the iPod itself, and that scuff the iPod anyway while it is in the case. For this reason, I didn't use one with my red 8GB nano, and for 3 months I wrapped the headphones around the case and kept it in my coat pocket. A month ago, my coat got stepped on, and the earbuds dented the back of the casing, stopping the screen from displaying data. I spoke to a Genius, who recommended an acrylic case to protect my new refurbished iPod. So I looked for the smallest one that still showed the color of the iPod, and purchased the Belkin F8Z130. The first thing I noticed was that there was extra room in the housing, which means that over time the inside of the case would rub on the outside of my iPod. I had seen this happen on a friends iPod. The Belkin case looked nice and clear right out of the box, and the clickwheel covering worked well, although often I hit the center button when trying to pause. Also, the hold switch is somewhat difficult to reach. As others have said, the case allows for only stock Apple headphones (without modification). After using the case for 2 weeks (usually keeping it in my coat pocket), the front of the case is so scratched up with tiny scratches that it is difficult to read the screen through the case. For comparison, the actual screen (and casing) on my crushed iPod had NO scratches on it after 3 months, even after the earbuds dented the back. I got slightly less than what I expected from this case--better protection from crushing at the cost of being twice as thick, slightly more difficult to use, and much less pretty.

Best protection you can get for ipod nano.......2007-11-11
Great protection for the ipod nano while leaving the hold button, wheel, and adapter port open and easily accessible. I use the toughskin generally only for running with my nike + ipod kit and both products are terrific! If you have an ipod and like to run I can't recommend both the toughskin and the nike products more!
Only reason I didn't give 5 stars however, is because the clear clip is a POS! The first time you clip it to anything you can feel the plasic bending to the brink of snapping right off. However, for me personally, I actually had a perfect black clip to replace that one with and couldn't be happier.

Nice product, looks good and it protects the ipod. I'd give it 5 stars if the belt clip hadn't broken after 6 months. The clip is made of plastic or acrylic covering a steel clip. The problem is that the steel does not reinforce the part that you pinch to open up the clip. So after a few months of daily use it developed a stress fracture in a straight line just above the steel part of the clip. There is no way to fix it and the only thing to do is purchase another one which I won't do until the design is improved. Too bad, because otherwise this was a very handy addition to the ipod.

All iPod accessories are over-priced, that is just a fact. On the other hand, you generally tend to get what you pay for in them (compare a $5 case to a $25 case sometime).
I'd have to say that of all the cases I have tried for my iPod nano, the ToughSkin is by far the one I feel keeps my nano the safest. The size of the plaer itself always made me nervous, as if I might snap it in half just picking it up. This case gives it some bult and some weight, but not too much - it still feels like a light slick machine. Now when I set it down on my desk it makes a nice "thunk" sound, I know it is protected for the many times I am likely to drop it in the coming years.
The swivel clip it comes with was extremely easy to remove, and that is what I did as soon as I got the skin. With the case on, the nano still fits easily in my jeans pocket.
Headphones and charger areas are very easy to get to, as is the Hold button. The screen is totally visible (some cases cover part of it, bad designs), and I have no problems at all using the buttons/dial.
For anyone who wants rugged drop-protection, this is the BEST I've found for it. If you are looking for something that won't change the look or the size of your iPod, you might want to check out a thin silicon, neoprene, or leather slip-on case.
