This is a great little case. It's very hard to find anything for the Ipod Mini, so the choices were not looking too good, until I stumbled onto this case, not only is it the same color as my Ipod, it fits perfectly. It's not too bulky at all, you can charge without taking it out of the case and use the dial with ease. I'm very pleased with this product all around.

This is a good design for a couple of reasons: the iPod mini stays inside the central sheathe, which has a vinyl screen and Click Wheel guard that works just fine. The bottom flap can close to protect the mini, but if it hangs open from the bottom, it doesnt interfere with your use of the controls like a top flap would. And yet the smaller top flap manages to cover the minis top quite adequately, providing holes just large enough for the Hold switch and headphone port. Theyre half PDA cases in that they use an interior sheathe to hold the iPod mini, with a hard (cardboard-interior) back and large protective hard front flap. But the large flap doesnt flip up from Lagunas top; instead, it opens to the bottom, with a second smaller flap at top. The two flaps hold together (and close the case) with two small magnets, one centered at the top of each flap. A Kroo logo is tastefully embossed at the bottom right corner of each case. Both flaps extend a bit past the central sheathe, guarding the iPod mini against direct side impacts if its dropped. Better yet, the central sheathe covers the minis sides and corners almost entirely, so your chances of scratch or other damage are smaller than with most PDA-style designs.

Stitching, overall look, and materials were all really good, and as with the other cases, a Kroo logo is subtly embossed on the cases bottom front corner - here, the right. The case is also protective. A two-sectioned top flap opens to let you insert your iPod mini inside, and the Soho ultimately covers every part of your mini except for the sides of its top corners and its Hold switch. Executive is made from nice-looking textured leather. The case is semi-PDA-style in that it uses an internally reinforced hard front flap to protect the minis face most of the time, but opens to reveal a leather sheathe and vinyl iPod mini screen/Click Wheel protector. Executives flat back is also reinforced, while its sides, top, and bottom are soft and flexible. Externally, the case looks very attractive, and certainly conveys the appearance of being worth more than its asking price. Executive does a very good job of protecting your iPod mini against typical types of damage. The front flap wraps around the right hand side of the case, sealing closed with a chromed snap on Executives back, and Kroo has used strips of leather to cover both the minis top and bottom surfaces. When closed, the case covers the minis entire front, back, and sides, with tiny holes left for the Hold switch, headphone port, and Dock Connector port. As with many cases, there are also holes that expose the minis bottom corners, which arent strictly speaking necessary, but do ease the process of inserting and removing the iPod.

I bought a Karanga ipod case about a month ago. It looks good in the picture on their website, but when the product arrived it was scratched and dusty and very cheeply made. They don't have any kind of phone number to call either on their website or in the yellow pages (as a matter of fact, the address they give on their website is actually for an auto repair shop in New York). I tried emailing them asking how to return the case and I still haven't heard anything from them (it's been about 2 weeks).
Please don't buy anyting from Karanga. They sent me a crappy product that I am now stuck with...they seem to disappear as soon as they get your money.
