I am way happy with this product. It looks great and protects the ipod. I got it in blue which looks alot cheaper than it does in black (my co-worker has it in black). It fits well and does the job.
iskin eVo3.......2007-07-13
I have had ipods before this one and have always had some sort of silicone-type case for them (and had another case before this one), and this is my favorite one so far. There are only three things i dislike about this case:
1. It does make the ipod about twice as heavy (it's not a huge issue);
2. It detracts from the efficiency of the case if you remove the belt clip. The clip has 2 two parts: the actual clip on the outside and an anchor on the inside. If you just remove the outside clip, there are two small but hard pegs sticking out of the back of the case; if you also remove the anchor, there are two small holes to let in dirt and a circlular area where the case doesn't sit against the ipod.
Therefore, the case is a little bulkier than the others.
3. The hole for the earphones is a little deep; sometimes my earphones slide out a little (but they're usually all right; this isn't a huge problem).
Other than that, I love this case. My favorite thing is that is completely covers the ipod, except for the hole for the earphones. Even the docking port has a small flap on it. In the past, the cases i've had have had a hole for the screen (this one does also, but it is covered by the plastic front) which let in dirt and grime even to the back of the ipod. Any case of this type is going to attract lint, but I've never had a huge problem with it (probably because I don't usually carry it in a deep purse or let it sit in the car). The case has a nice feel, the plastic front is easy to clean, and the click wheel cover is probably the best one i've seen so far (it's not super-thin, but has raised symbols and is still nicely sensitive). I get a lot of use out of my ipod, and can occasionally be a little harder on it than i should be, but this case feels sturdy enough to provide bump protection and protect from scratches. I'm not sure if the plastic will become scratched or not, but it seems pretty resistant to that. My last silicone case became all stratched out after a few months, but this one is thicker and looks like it will not do so.
All in all, my only complaint is that the case is a little bulkier than others I've had and the belt clip cannot be reasonable removed. I would definitely reccomend this product if you're looking for a good silicone-type case for your ipod.

Ok I understand what its like to wade through countless reviews, you automatically skip the 5 star reviews and go directly to the negative reviews to try and see what could possibly be wrong with said item. At least that's what I do.
HOWEVER I am glad you are reading this because mine is an honest assessment of the product. I truly do believe it is deserving of 5 stars.
It fits the iPod like a glove. I feel absolutely confident that my iPod has the best protection I could possibly offer it. It is a lovely carribean blue color which in my opinion does not detract from the looks of the ipod considering how much security I am granted. It has protection for both the body and the screen. All ports are covered but accessible. The clickwheel is actually MORE usuable, because for me the regular setting was too sensitive.
All in all considering the wide array of colors (inclduing white and black if youd like to preserve the colorscheme of your iPod) I couldn't recommend this product more highly.

Great Product, Great Color.......2007-04-05
Just got my new ISKIN and I love it. Such a cool bright color and the skin is very functional and provides excellent protection. I previously had a clear hard case and it scratched too easily and I had to always take it out of the case to do recharge, listen through my stereo, etc. With the ISKIN, the hard plate cover is an excellent added feature and the skin itself fits nice and snug. A much better buy, wish I got this the first time around and didn't waste my $$$ on the hard case.

I love the eVo3. It's such a snug fit, very attractive, and protects my iPod's screen as well as the wheel. The color is deep pink - not pale like the name "Blush" implies. I love the vibrant pink. The skin is substantial in quality, but doesn't add bulk. I have no worries about scratching the screen of my iPod or an accidental drop with this rubber protection in place. One of the first people I showed this skin to has already ordered one for her own iPod.

I really like this iSkin for my 30 GB Apple Video Ipod. It is a nice snug fit...and offers awesome protection for my screen and wheel. I also love the nice magenta color. Very vibrant!
The only concern is that I have to remove the cover every time I use it in my transpod (in my car) because it won't fit. You also have to be very careful about taking off the pink cover because it can tear if you do not. It has not happened to me yet but I see the potential of it happening.
It also has a clip that makes it handy to clip on my pants!

I love eVO3. I love the fact that it not only protects the screen but it protects the wheel. The only thing that I do not like is the fact that I can not leave the cover on if I am using my dock with speakers. It won't go down far enough to make the connection with the cover on. So if you use a dock a lot this may not be a wise choice, but if you don't mind having to take it off then you'll be happy.

I am very, very pleased with my eVo3 iSkin. I needed something that would protect my new iPod from scratching and dropping, but also something that LOOKS attractive and wouldn't make my iPod bulky and inconvenient to carry around. I was really concerned that I would receive the eVo3 and be disappointed--but I was pleasantly surprised! The product fits perfectly, and I was pleased to see that it doesn't make my iPod look ugly and is still slim enough to allow me to slip my iPod into my coat pocket or even the back pocket of my jeans. The iSkin is great. I love the color too! ... it is NOT hard to get the ipod into the case, I did it while I was walking to my car. The hold button is NOT that hard either, if you have a little nail you can do it no problem. Protects the ipod great and to clean just wipe with damp cloth.

I am very satisfied with this product. It protects my entire ipod from scratches (including the scroll wheel). I have read previous entries about how lint attracks to this skin, but I haven't seen that to be a huge issue. I definitely recommend purchasing this skin for your ipod.

I was researching iskins, and found that this was the best. It is a little difficult to put on, but fits very snuggly and has good grip. The thin membrane over the click wheel is great,and the plastic face protecting the screen is a great idea, NOTHING is going to get in the ipod. I didn't know why there is a button covering the entire hold button area, but as long as u have a nail you can move it back and forth without too much of a problem.
The only problem I have with it is that it is not meant to be taken off and on too many times. I got an ipod boom box for Christmas and had to remove the skin so it would fit in the dock, then when I went to put the skin back on for a trip, it fits a little looser than it did before, it seems like it stretches a little bit when you take it off.
Great skin, as long as you plan to never take it off.

Great quality case- it is exactly what it says it is. It's great to protect your iPod. However, it cannot be used if you want to put your iPod in the iHome, you have to remove it. That's the only thing I dislike. The red silicone kind of collects dust, but it still works well.

This case was purchased for use with an IPod Video 60GB.
The case was sturdy and nice looking on the whole. I was worried about it scratching up my IPod but it came lined with felt and a piece of replacement felt. It was easy to use, the click wheel is very accessible, and no part of the screen is covered by the edges of the case. That said, the case needs to be significantly redesigned to be considered a good product. As others have mentioned it most certainly doesn't fit the 60GB. There is a simple snap-clasp on one long side that is supposed to keep it closed, but with my IPod in the case it is not even close to closing. There is about a 2 mm. crack all around the case that lets in all manner of dirt and dust, besides allowing the IPod to shift in the case. One of the good things, the felt, quickly began to peel off around the edges and especially in the corners from the shifting weight of the IPod. Also, while the metal of the case is thick enough to be protective, the edges were not finished off well. I have sliced my finger more than once spinning through playlists - nothing terrible, but like getting a papercut from a thick birthday card. Finally, the belt clip is terrible. It might as well not be there it's so useless. The clip slips off the "button" that attaches it to the case with the slightest of bumps. Even clipping onto my pocket backwards (with the case actually in my pocket and the clip showing on the outside of the pocket) did not stop the clip from popping off the case. Also, it has no grip. Clip it to anything, thick or thin, and you can easily slide it off with the push of a finger. Because the clip swivels the weight of my IPod has actually caused it to simply slide and drop off when I've had it clipped to a belt loop.
This case does not serve the whole purpose for which it was designed. A simple protective case - if protection is all you're looking for - can be had for less than we paid for this one (at Amazon) and won't come with the annoying addition of a clip that won't clip on and a clasp that won't close.
A protection that do not protect..........2007-11-13
You see, when you first buy this product and receive it, you can actually see why it's so cheap ! The belt clip is really dangerous, if you don't want to give your ipod a look what concrete is like, do not EVER clip it to your belt ! And what about the protection ? Well, apart from the fact that dust comes inside and slowly but surely cover the screen, that you can't plug a headphone correctly (Take a Sony XD-100 for instance, it will always unplug when you run or walk a little bit faster than average !). Still, it's a protection, it protects, but if you have to choose one, do not take this one !

The Speck ToughSkin is a must have for IPod owners on the move. I dropped the machine from about 5 feet of height. It hit a wooden floor, bounced and kept on playing. The material makes slipping difficult when I put it on a airplane dining table. Great protection.

I bought this after reading all the reviews and recommendataions for ipod cases that I could find. Wanted something simple without any flaps. This works nicely. Installing the ipod in the case was easy. It was a little tricky figuring out how to unlock the clip to remove it from the back, but this case comes with very complete instructions - not something I normally expect from a case.
Was a bit worried about the shade of green, but this is really quite a nice color.
Cover tedious to apply & requires constant readjustments.......2006-09-17
Quality cover protects all elements of the Ipod G5 Video. My problems are 1) the rubber skin is difficult to pull on and 2) the plastic front difficult to fit correctly. 3) The cover for the hold button is not 'raisable' so the cover has to be pulled back to move the hold button into and out of position. 4) The cover is heavy and has to be removed to fit in the Bose dock and, finally, 5) there's no way to actually carry the Ipod with this cover. The belt clip is less than effcient for the heavier model. In sum the cover is tedious to use and requires constant adjustments.
