This is not compatible with MOST Creative media players and definitely not compatible with Zen Vision, Vision W or Zen JukeBox Xtra. Waste of money and can't return it once you pop the blister seal on the package.

The first time I used this charger on my zen v the battery was over half charged. When I plugged it in to top off the battery it locked up my player and ran the battery down. When I was returning from my trip,I left the player on charge (over 350 miles) and it did nothing. I hooked it to my computer charger (usb port) when I returned home and the player charged fine. I am still trying to find some warrenty info. on the charger that won't!

Can be used only with Creative mp3 player, I guess.......2006-03-17
Bought this couple of days and am still waiting for my Creative Zen Vision M(White). Connected this to my DELL 700M laptop and plugged in Logitech speakers and what did I observe? I found the sound clarity the worst. Definitely not compatable with laptops(DELL - as I tried with DELL XPS and does not work with it either).
Yet to check with the creative mp3 player for which this product had been bought. After the results will decide if I need to use the money back guarantee from AMAZON. Will keep you guys posted.
