We didn't have the case 2 days and it tore up. It was just a bad case and I would have liked to of either have it replaced or my money back but I am not gonna complain about it. We really needed the case for our phone but because it tore up we had to just take it off the phone.

Design
The 6103's inner LCD display sports 128 x 160 resolution and support for 65,000 colors. Good Simple Phone.......2007-11-04
If you need a simple phone this is for you. I lost my phone. AT&T wanted $350 for an unlocked Razor. No way that was going to happen. I still had a year on my plan so I needed an unlocked phone. I don't take pictures, text or any of that stuff. I just want to call out and take a few calls when I wish to. Why pay for extra features you do not use. The buttons a good, large and the menu is easy to use. The phone is compact and the sound is great. No issues. I just put in my sim card and went.

I bought this phone after being a loyal Motorola customer for years. After starting with a Nokia phone, I wanted a clamshell type phone, so began using a Motorola. I recently purchased this Nokia for the performance that I rely on from Nokia phones. I was not dissappointed. I am very happy with this phone. I purchased it 'unlocked' and have been very happy with its performance. I am a Cingular customer, and did not want to sign a new contract just to get a new phone. Great buy!

I ordered this phone and was looking forward to enjoying it but to my great disappointment the phone had a technical defect from the day i received it. The ear piece or voume control was faulty causing me to experience difficulty in hearing. I tried adjusting the volume controls several times but that didnt work so i ended up returning the product. I love nokia but this phone was the phone from hell!

Nice phone, not so durable.......2007-09-22
I really liked this phone for about 9 months. It had great reception and battery life (really all I care about in a phone) and survived a few drops. However, one day the main LCD developed a crack (manifesting itself as a big black spot, making text messaging and accessing the phonebook impossible) for no apparent reason. I don't know if it is just my bad luck or if the problem is chronic with this phone. You have been advised!

I have to agree with most of the positive reviews for this phone.
To address problems some people have-- it's main purpose is as a phone, not a camera, video camera, FM radio or speakerphone. You can't expect it to perform exceptionally well in comparison to their full-size relatives.
I haven't had any real problems with anything else-- reception is good, bluetooth is good (even with my $8 eBay headset), most functions are easy or can be made easy to access. The phone is fairly sturdy, and the rubber has only recently started to wear after 1 year of use.
I've also had no problems sending 'business cards' and pictures back and forth between my Palm m130 and 6103 using IR (which isn't often advertised), and with other cell phones with bluetooth.
Cons: the silver/white backing surrounding the camera lense and exterior display appears to be overheating in a couple spots (although I've never felt that area warm); while the hinge is sturdy, it has allowed the top and bottom half to wiggle back and forth enough that the buttons have scratched the main display.
While I do have some problems with glare on the scratches on the main screen, I highly recommend the 6103, and the cons are nowhere near bad enough for me to change my mind. This phone has served me extremely well for over a year.
Very disappointing phone.......2007-07-31
This is my least favorite phone I've ever owned. The ring tones it comes with are a joke. Every one is dreadful. And the phone's user interface is completely non-intuitive, and I've used a lot of cell phones. I usually keep a cell phone for at least two years, but this one is going to have to go.

First Disappointing Nokia.......2007-06-22
My wife has this phone, and I have used it once in awhile. Reception with T-Mobile service around Atlanta is great. When I talk to her she sounds very clear on this phone. The camera takes nice pictures. However, the display picks the most inopportune times to be 'blank', meaning you can't see who's calling and/or you can't see the number you're dialing. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. Sometimes it occurs immediately after powering it off for awhile and then turning it back on. Other times it runs for a week before doing it.
I got sick of listing to my wife complain about this undocumented feature and just bought her a new phone. Setting her up with another Motorola flip like the one she had before this Nokia.
After personally owning numerous Nokia non-flip phones which were all excellent, this one fell short. The phone is only 9 months old and has never been dropped or damaged. I suppose I could go through the whole troubleshooting process, and possibly get it repaired or exchanged, but what a pain....

I have been charging my phone for the past 9 hours and it still isn't done. It doesnt continuously charge the phone. I keep getting messages from the phone that alternates between "charging" and "low battery" continuously. This can go on for a minute even though I just left it lying on the floor. I guess this is the kind of quality you get for the price you pay. I'd suggest paying a few more dollars and getting a authentic nokia charger instead of a generic one. Saves all the hassle and frustration.

I have tried 4 different branded, and other car adapters for my phone (have tried with 3 different phones as well), and have yet to have one that actually charges. My extra dc adapter in my truck is on a 15 amp circuit, which works and has more than enough power. I am now using a DC to AC adapter, and a regular wall charger.
I don't know if this serious design flaw is the phone, or the charger... For me, it just doesn't work, and may well drive me to another brand of phone next time after 10 years of being a loyal nokia customer, on my 3rd model of phone with them...

Genuine Nokia Product.
I have the Nokia 6133 and found a really good buy on this charger. I have seen the same charger being sold for 3 times what I paid. No problems so far.
If I *HAD* to complain, my car has the plug on my console and I have a stik shift. Since this charger doesn't bend (some do), it can get in the way.
But I have a light plug extension which I use for other things that has a low profile plug - this resolves that issue. Since I didn't buy the extension to resolve the issue, this is a non problem for me but some people may have to go the extra step and find that an annoyance.

I've been using this charger and i got to tell you it helped me a lot i have a nokia n80, my battery runs out very fast because i use the cell a lot, so i charge it whit this little thing and whithin one hour or less i got a full charge, this is very good and look at the price!

The drum (the pin) which connects to cell phone is not lengthier enough. It takes two three tries to start the charging, unlike my original charger which I lost.

It is not stereo!.......2007-12-10
I have bought the adapter in August, 2007 for N75. It did not work properly so I did not use it. Recently, I have opened it with intention to fix it. It has only two wires attached to the female mini jack. It is mono, and it is not what I need. Very disappointed since they announce it to be stereo.

Mic works well with clear sound, but it cannot be located too far from you mouth though. It becomes a pain if your headphones do not have an extremely short cable.

Bought for my phone pretty much plug and play, allows me to buy any off the shelf headset with the std. 3.5mm plug. The sound quality is good but just as a word of warning you can't answer calls unless you unplug the unit first.
