The Explorer 320 is designed for total ease of use. Inconsistent compatability.......2008-01-02

I had misplaced my other Plantronics 3XX Bluetooth Headset and ordered this one since it looked similar to the one that I really liked. Unfortunately, this headset would not consistently stay connected to my phone. Often, I would be talking on the headset then without warning my call would be on the speakerphone. (This occured when my headset was fully charge.) When I would attempt to reconnect to the headset my phone would state either there were no bluetooth devices detected or my phone would pick up other bluetooth devices in other people's vehicles (but not this one that was sitting beside my phone). On rare occations, the Plantronics 320 Bluetooth Headset would work fine, therefore I did not send it back for a full refund.

Easy to use. Sound quality is not too good.......2008-01-02

It is cheap. I loose my BT headset all the time. So, cheap is a plus. Reception is not that good and sound quality is not perfect. For the price, it is pretty ok.

Great headset.......2007-12-28

My wife loves this headset. She is very hard to please. We've tried a number of headsets and this is the only one the was comfortable. It's light and not too pricey. I'll probably buy one for myself as well. We lost a 320 so we had to buy another headset. We had high hopes for the Motorola H700. But the 320 is better and bought another.

this product works well, easy to pair up with my LG CU500 cell phone. you have to speak up when using this though, as people tend to complain that they can't hear me well.

the product looks good and feels comfortable when wearing it.

Not the best, not the worst...........2007-05-07

I'm on my second headset. The first one stopped working after only a couple months. Now this one stopped working also. The customer support was very responsive and I had a new one within a couple weeks. The first headset would not power on. Now this headset will only stay powered on while I'm in a call. I like the fit. Most other headsets I've owned did not fit well and were uncomfortable. This headset fits snugly to my head and the earbud directs the sound into your ear. I found the range is very poor. I have to keep the phone on me and on the same side of my body as the headset or I get static. I was never able to walk freely away from the phone. I have given up on this headset and I'm looking for a better one. Reading other reviews, I don't think my experience is typical for this headset.

Great value for a bluetooth.......2007-02-16

I got the black one for Christmas for my girlfriend and now I'm getting the silver one for me. Sound quality is great and fits snugly around the ear. We actually returned a Motorola (HS850?) and got this one because the Motorola hook that went around the ear was a little flimsy so it flopped around a bit too much. This one feels sturdy and the ear piece fits comfortably, partially in the ear. The only reason it doesn't get a 5th star is it's not quite as intuitive as the Motorola's design that has the boom that flips open and close to turn it on/off.

Good Product.......2007-01-11

This was my first bluetooth headset, so I unfortunately don't have another product to compare it to. However, I feel that it works pretty well for me. I can hear the other person very clearly and vice versa. It also holds a charge for a long time, and it's inconvenient because it fits in my bag perfectly. Would recommend to anyone.

This is a great headset. I was getting complaints of an echo with the Jabra that I was using before. The reception is great and the fit is superb.

Look ma, NO WIRES!.......2007-09-20

I am a long time user of Plantronics headsets and roaming communications devices. I highly recommend this Plantronics Bluetooth device. I find I am no longer fettered with hanging wires wherever I go. I can do anything (almost) with this earpiece on. I've cooked with it on, played computer games with it on, cleaned house with it on, and best of all, I can drive with it on. I find myself surprised that nothing catches on the steering wheel, or the shift or turn signal levers. Nothing gets jammed down the seatbelt hole, or the edge of the driver's seat. I work as a field tech, and have to take customer calls 24 hours a day, so now I can take them when I am driving, and anywhere else (Theaters, restaurants and other places it isn't polite to answer are excepted). The range isn't more than a few feet, so keep your cell on your person when you're walking around doing things. It really is the best thing to happen to phones since the 'hold' button.
