We bought this for my 7 year old son who wanted an "IPOD". The price was perfect, and the ease of putting music on it is great. My son, who knows computers better than I, can put his own music on to the player!

got product, powered on, no display visable. the sound from the fm radio was nice, but there was no display. spoke with coby customer service, they had never heard of this problem. suggested return to amazon. wont try that brand again.

Being a dinosaur in the download world, I was surprised at how easy it is to work this thing. Had tried my son's iPod and got lost. This was simple. I downloaded from my favorite CD's and have 174 songs on there right now with room for more.

I purchased the first one as a gift, then I ordered one for myself.It holds over 8 hours of music. I like the fact that you just have to plug right into a UBS port, a great feature. The sound quality is great.

At the time when I bought this product, it was a great deal for what you got. However, since then more players have come out when more functionality and good prices. So, I have been happy with this product but now it is time to upgrade.

First of all, this player sounds very, very good. No player can sound as good as this I5.
It does support multi codec's, has a lot of audio enhancements, FM tuner and is able to record from FM, VOICE an LINE-IN, encoding to mp3.
It's very easy to use.
The cons are: poor battery life and crap bundled earphones.
I could not understand why it was U$129,00 and now it's U$179,00
Too expensive in my opinion.

I bought my iAudio about 6 months ago and it's a great product. I use it not only for music but also for voice recording which can be set to record @ 128 kbps to an mp3 file, pretty good!
About a month ago, the time and date of my iAudio reset to deault every time I turned it off. I tried calling and emailing for a week and I couldn't get a hold of tech support from COWON America so I emailed COWON Korea and they forwarded my request to COWON America. Next day I got an email from COWON America with a link to their website for an RMA request. As soon as I got my RMA number things went pretty smoothly. I fedex my iAudio and they shipped a replacement the very next day.
So, product is great, contacting tech support can be a pain but things got really easy for me as soon as I got my RMA number.

Pretty happy with the player overall. Sounds great and is easy to use. The 2 scroll buttons are very cheap quality, though, and frequently tend to stick when pressed and feel very clunky.
