Stopped working after two days.......2008-01-02
Bought a mic to use with Karaoke Revolution Party (which only comes with one mic), but after two days one of the two mics broke.
Will not work with Singstar.......2007-12-28
I bought this microphone for my daughter for Christmas, and it will not work with Singstar on Playstation 2.
It was a recommended product when I bought Singstar, but it is not compatible.
Play station microphone.......2007-12-28
We purchased this product after reading the positive reviews to use with our Sing Star Pop game.IT DOES NOT WORK WITH IT!!!! The game will not recognize the microphone. Now we are stuck with a microphone and game, neither of which will work. No separate microphones are available for purchase with the singstar game. Don't waste your money on purchasing this product!
Not compatible with Rock Band.......2007-12-27
This mic is not recognized by the Rock Band game. The description doesn't claim that it is, but it's not obvious either that it won't work with Rock Band.
Worked like it should.......2007-11-01
I purchased 2 of these mics to be used with Karaoke Revolution series. I have KR 1, 3, Country. I bought these because of other reviewers comments and because of the Logitech name. I was not dissappointed. I have only used them with the Playstation 2 so I can only comment on it. It is very simple to use. Just plug the mic up (preferably before turning on the ps2, works better) and then set it up during the game.

Excellent Hub.......2007-12-27
I have been using this hub for the last five months with no problems. I needed this hub because the only 2.0 USB port I had was on the back of my computer, the front ports are 1.1. Now I have 2.0 ports accessible and have had no speed problems nor the other problems in the negative reviews that have been posted. Great product and I would recommend this hub to anyone that is in need of increasing their conectivity with 7 2.0 ports easily accessible.
Good USB Hub!.......2007-12-26
It is a very good usb hub, not only the 7 ports, but also it's good quality, it is D-Link! It works great, plug and play, no problem at all. The price was the best you can find from the internet, very pleased.
I bought this before I read the reviews!.......2007-12-22
And I'm glad I did! I read the reviews while it was still in transit, and I was all prepared to return it. But it worked great! I bought to hook up a mouse and a webcam for an old computer (running Windows XP) that only has one USB port. It worked perfectly right out of the box, and setup took 1 minute.
D-Link DUB-H7.......2007-12-22
This USB device is an extention of the USB ports on the back of your computer and it has the added convienience of more ports where you want them. The DUB-H7 is very easy to install so anyone can do it and works very well, I would definately recommend this product to any one interested in connecting an additional high speed USB port to thier computer
Good USB 2.0 Hub.......2007-12-11
I now have three of these, one for each of my computers. I have had the first one for about a year. What can i say? You plug them in and they work immediately w/o any problems.

Customer Reviews:
Great price, great product........2008-01-01
This is a great USB 2.0 seven port hub. I really like the slimness of the hub. The best feature is the base that screws into a desk and keeps the hub in place on a desk.
Simply the best.......2007-12-30
Absolutely, positively the best hub I've ever seen or purchased. It looks and feels sturdy. Works well. Looks great.
I haven't fastened it down yet. It is currently on top of the base of my flat panel monitor. Worth every penny.
stopped working.......2007-12-30
Worked fine for about a week. Then some of the ports starting to fail intermittently. I returned it and got something else.
Perhaps I got a bad one..........2007-12-30
...as every other review glows positively about this, but I've experienced 'iffy' ports(live at one moment, dead other times, replugging the cord sometimes helps, other times not), and sub-USB 1.0 transfer speeds with this hub. I've tried different cables and the fault seems to lie with the hub itself.
Pity, because on the plus side, it IS a nice sturdy metal package that seems well built.
Great Hub.......2007-12-26
A great hub that takes up little desk top space, and looks great too. Also doubles as a night lite(HAHA)

Customer Reviews:
need external power.......2007-12-13
Without external power (not come with the package), this unit does not work too well. Sorry I bought two for my laptop, I do not want to carry another external power adopter.
Good Product.......2007-12-07
It is a good stuff, but it's too short and I'll need to buy a cable extension.
Excellent product for any lap top owner........2007-11-28
I have a "lesser expensive" HP that runs windows XP. This hub will run my printer, my scanner, and both my work and personal flash drives (both are 2gb) AT THE SAME TIME. There is no power issue and everything runs fast. Plug and play works in seconds. What more could you ask for - it works - and excellent at that!
plug in and go.......2007-11-25
great little product!! works very well
*******dont listen to any other reviews********* this works very well if you own win 98 and higher!! if you have XP works in seconds. just plug it in and your ready. only takes few second to configure then its good to go.
you'll be happy that you can plug in any usb and go like a keyboard/mp3 player what ever you need. just ready **************
Good, Easy to use USB Hub.......2007-11-21
As expected, it works fine.
What is unusual is that it always triggers a warning that it could be run at a higher speed.
Leads me to believe it's actually wired as a USB 1.1 device, not a USB 2.

Overheating laptops are a bigger problem than most people realize, as heat reduces system stability and harms the lifespan of your electronics. To combat this problem, you need the Antec Notebook Cooler! Increasing the cooling your laptop gets can help it last longer, and may reduce or even eliminate system crashes.
Customer Reviews:
Cooler.......2008-01-01
Works well. Could have bought it cheaper on Christmas special locally, but at least I got it before Christmas.
RK.......2007-12-28
I had this 5yr old Gateway notebook with celeron, that can hardly run for one hr without shutting off. Once I bought this things are never same. Very simple just plug in the USB cable to computer USB.
Works/cools well, but don't expect too much.......2007-12-23
Well, I'm not entirely sold that a laptop cooler is the end all to laptop heat problems.... That being said, I'm very happy with my purchase of this. I have a Dell E1505 and it runs pretty hot (50-65'C), without any forced temperature control. I however began using I8kfanGUI a while ago (progam specific to dell to control the interal fan speeds) and forced my CPU temp to stay around 35'C. This meant my computer fan was on slow most of the time. Since buying the Antec cooler my internal fan rarely comes on and goes off rather quickly.
The cooler lowered my hard drive, memory, and gpu temperature all between 5-10'C because they still ran hot just with internal fan control. Now everything (except the GPU which is normally hotter) holds a little below 40'C with normal usage (browsing, word, etc.) and goes up to a little less tan 50'C if I'm playing a newer game or something graphically intense. Since I bought the cooler the bottom of my laptop has never been warm to the touch (used to feel like it could singe my leg hairs off if I left it on my lap for too long), actually it always is a bit cool now. The pass-through usb is nice as you don't lose a port as well.
The main thing I don't like is they put the usb-cord on the left side of the cooler and on my computer the usb ports are back right and the right side. So I have to turn it around and get a breeze of air on me instead of away from me. I read a few reviews about it being too loud or not having automatic temperature control. Overall it's pretty quiet and if you have any other ambient noise around you it's hardly noticable. My internal fan is louder by itself than this is. As for automatic control, it wouldn't work well if it was only on for brief periods of time. Although, it would be nice to have the option. My final complaint is that since it is USB powered (which most of these are... still confuses me) it draws power through the motherboard and in turn creates heat inside. When I leave it on high, the temp actually increases!!! Thankfully low speed is more than adequate and does not draw much power. Don't expect dramatic results from this, but definately worth the buy if your laptop runs a bit too warm. Really is a 3 1/2 star, but it's closer to 4 than 3.
Silent and keeps my computer cool .......2007-12-06
For the money, I think this is a great fan to have. It's completely SILENT, and I really notice a difference in the temperature of my computer since I got it. It shuts off when you shut your computer off and turns on when you turn your computer on. It has a hi/low switch which is good. All and all. a great fan at a great price.
Works well until it dies!.......2007-12-06
I had this product for about a year, and it worked really well. It kept my laptop cool, and I really enjoyed using it. Then it developed an odd whirring noise that was quite annoying but intermittent. Then it died completely. Now I have a plastic laptop stand sitting on my desk just to add to the decor.

Customer Reviews:
My Cyber Power hub is great!.......2008-01-01
I had been having a problem with the powered hub I was using with my computer, so I purchased this 7 port hub from Cyber Power. Not only does it work great but when I thought I had a problem, their customer service responded immediately. Turned out the only problem was with the owner not the product. So far it has worked great and is connecting a scanner, a printer, a camera and an external hard drive to my mac with lots of room for more. It also makes a convenient place to quickly plug in my flash drive.
Works as Advertized and Expected.......2007-12-11
I've been using the USB hub for about a month. It's working exactly as I expected. The lights probably are a bit bright if you're sleeping in the same room, so you'll want to turn it off in that case (or cover the lights somehow - some electrical tape might work).
Good Device-LED's dont shut off.......2007-12-09
This shouldn't be a big problem for everybody, but its a bit of a problem for me because i live in a dorm and the light could be a bit annoying at times. it would be nice if it had an automatic shut off, but thats just me.
Did not work with cool max hd 360.......2007-12-05
Installed easily. Connected my Coolmax 360 HD external drive to the hub and started a backup. Backup hung in less then 500megabytes. Re-tried 3 times with the hub each try was a no go. Tried 3 times without the hub backup completed without a problem. I returned the hub. Will try the Belkin next.
More Ports - Less Desk Space - Mikey Likes It!.......2007-12-05
Problem:
It seems there's always something else to plug in to a USB port on my laptop, but I've long since run out of ports for plugging. In desperation, I bought a 4-port hub (working just fine, thank you), but I still did not have enough ports to do the job. And the idea of daisy-chaining was not practical because my desk is already overloaded.
Solution:
Enter the CyberPower 7-port hub. Space-saving solution to running out of ports. And, with its own power supply, it's not draining power from my laptop. Works like a charm!
I did find the glow light annoying, but it's easy enough to unplug the hub when I finish working in the evening, so it's not a big issue for me.
I'm a happy camper now, and I whole-heartedly recommend this hub for those who need more ports in a small space. I should also commend Amazon for super-fast delivery. Problem solved!
P.S. Mikey is my cat. He likes this hub and shows it by periodically knocking it off my desk.
I would prefer that Mikey didn't like it!

Customer Reviews:
Good - works..........2007-12-22
I was wary given some reviews, but didn't really want to spend a ton of money on something that should be so simple.
I use this for a laptop that has only 1 usb port on the docking hub. All the peripherals are linked to it, and everything works fine about 2-3 months in.
Cheap and so far it works just fine.
USB hub.......2007-09-19
It seems good. The only problem was its very short cable, which meant I had to spend more money to get a USB extension cable. It wouldn't necessarily be a problem for a laptop, but for a desktop it raised the cost of the hub.
Works well - no problems.......2007-08-30
Worked right out of the box. No set up. No problems at all. Great item. Would buy another if I needed extra USB ports.
Works great.......2007-08-27
I plugged it in and it ran 4 USB items. Just like it is supposed to.
Light and compact.......2007-08-25
Pros: very small space required, lightweight, very compact to travel (you can attach the male USB end to the hub itself)
Cons: the male end cable is too short: if you use it in a laptop which stands in a frame, or a docking station, the hub stays 'hanging' in the air because the cable is too short; also, there's only one connection led, so if one of your USB devices malfunction, you don't know right away if it's a connection problem.
Although, specially by the price, I think it's a great purchase. Also the embedded AC adapater makes a great difference to competitors.

Customer Reviews:
Unreliable product.......2007-12-12
I got one of these at work about 2 months ago.
2 weeks ago it started dropping the keyboard connection randomly. Reconnecting all USB ports seemed to bring it back. This happened daily until last week, when it just died.
After a long hold time Tech support walked me through all the same steps (after protracted hold waits) I used before and it seemed to work. They insisted I would need to call back again with the same problem to get any escalation of my issue (re: replacement) even though I told them it had already happened multiple times.
The keyboard died again minutes after I hung up. I called back and waited about an hour for tech support again. This time they made me switch keyboards and reboot. Since it still didn't work they issued me an RMA.
I have no confidence in the replacement one working. The tech support told me that if I have problems with the replacement "it means that there is something wrong with your system that makes the switch not work."
A system consisting of 2 new dells and a Microsoft ERgo 4000 keyboard. Yeah right - my bad.
I have several of these working fine.......2007-11-25
This switch has been working fine for us. We do not use the audio at all though, which appears to be the biggest complaint.
I've been using the PS2 version of this for a while now. The new systems I have been buying don't have PS2 ports so I had to find some new KVM's. I currently have about six of these in production and haven't received any complaints from the users.
That's good enough for me to buy some more when the need arises.
Right USB Port Dies.......2007-11-21
Like some others, I found this device unreliable. The right-hand USB port ceased to work after about a week. Off to purchase something a little more "industrial".
This is a great product.......2007-11-15
I really like Iogear products. I have this switch connected up on a MAC and PC and have no problems with it. In addition, Amazon gives a better price than the brick and mortar stores. I would recommend this item to anyone who needs to connect two computers to a single monitor, keyboard and mouse.
Buggy, crappy, reboot-craving piece of junk.......2007-11-09
Works for a limited amount of time then starts acting up. I've had two of these for two different computers and they experience the same problems. Sometimes when you switch over, the mouse simply hangs. It's not a wireless mouse...just a standard USB laser mouse. However, many times I have to unplug the mouse from the KVM and plug it into the computer to get it to recognize. The keyboard always switches over and I haven't had a problem with it. However, the sound sometimes gets splices...instead of switching the audio it will combine them. Stay away from this product! It will cause you no end of headaches!

USB Hub does the job for laptop expansion.......2007-12-26
I have not put this product to any extensive tests. I use it when my laptop is on my desk so that I only have one USB plug to plug in and out. My printer, trackball, and camera are all plugged into the Hub. I can plug the Hub into the laptop, and all the devices auto connect up just fine.
Works Every Time.......2007-12-12
I have 3 of these and they work just fine. We have homes in NH and FL and use laptop PCs. The D-Link units are used so the laptops can be moved with the fewest cable connects and disconnects.
USB hub keeps you upright.......2007-10-17
This is a good thing.
Nobody has to rummage around behind the computer to plug in an iPod or camera.
Works transparently.
I like it.
D-Link DUB-H4 High Speed USB 2.0 4-Port Hub.......2007-10-17
I've been using this USB Port Hub for the last six months. It works just like it's supposed to. The only minor problem is that the device is not recognized by the system until I power down the hub totally. Then it's recognized and works fine. For the low cost investment, I think it's a good value and I would buy another one and recommend this one to anyone.
High Speed Hub.......2007-08-26
As advertised, easy to connect, takes little space, and works like a charm. It pays to double check that the equipment attached will work on a 2.0 hub. For example, my Epson C62 printer will not work with a USB 2.0 port so that is not connected to the new hub. My camera, iPod etc. work great with the new hub.

Awesome.......2007-10-25
I've been using this usb hub for about a month, and everything works great.
It's very smal, and portable can fit into your pocket. If you're looking for a notebook usb hub, this one is a right choice
Excellent Hub with 1 Major Problem.......2007-10-09
This is an excellent hub, doesnt overheat, love the lightup usb displays.
The only problem is that it is advertised as a powered usb hub, and even says on the phamphlet you get in the box to look on the logitech site for its compatable usb/ac wall adapter, however after looking and calling logitech THEY DONT MAKE IT YET.
big let down. logitech reps told me they will be making one, its just not available yet.
Great hub if you just need the slots, but hold off if you need the AC/USB adapter.
Sleek and typical Logitech.......2007-09-30
First, it's a multi-plug connector for USB. Pretty mundane. But beautiful and functional.
Now past the ordinary. It is a sleekly designed 4-port hub with a light indicator for each live connection. Helpful to ensure the plug is properly seated. It is very compact which means it can fit in your shirt pocket -- snugly perhaps. While there are cheaper ones, the build quality, as well as the cosmetic appearance, are traditional high quality that we've come to expect from Logitech.
I have used mine with G4, G5, and MacBook Pro computers, and it functions flawlessly.
One small performance variation, when left plugged in a few days, a new plug was inserted and it wasn't active. I unplugged the hub and re-plugged it in, and everything was fine. I think it was due to the vagaries of the USB interface, since it hasn't happened again since.
I would quickly buy another if I needed one.
sleek lookin, works nicely.......2007-08-02
im one who wont buy something if i dont like the look of it and the reason why i bought this over others is the look along with the basic 4-port function i need. i trust logitech also as theyve never done me wrong. when i got it in the mail today it turned out smaller than i thought. comes with the usb cable which is about 1ft and isnt one of the cheap ones, it feels very durable. the small size is great since i will be carrying it with my laptop, but i cant plug in 2 of my thumb drives side by side because the ports are so close together. and one of them wont even plug in a certain port. i dont know what thats all about because it fits in every other port and my other thumb drive fits in it, its just that one drive in that one port. it works great and is perfect for travelling with! usb powered so no external power adapter neccesary, even though it has a plug in for it...
