Excellent headset.......2007-12-18
After reading all the negative reviews about this product I decided to suck it up and give it a try. I've been using this headset for about 1-2 months now and I have no complaints so far. The microphone works great, the headset fits comfortably on head, and it has a sturdy frame. I mostly use it to play online games, but it's also good for listening to music, watching movies, etc. The only things that bothers me though is that sometimes when adjusting the volume it almost feels like I'm losing sound in one part of the headset, but it's not a big problem or it could be just me. Overall 5/5.
Good Product!.......2007-12-13
The headset has a good sound quality along with a good microphone quality, I tried it with many people on the net, it worked just fine! and by the way, its price is good too!
Keep Moving.......2007-12-12
So perhaps I got the bad seed in the bunch, but I really did not enjoy this product. The volume from the microphone is very very very low, even when it is set to high. Also, when it arrived, one of the ears of the headphones did not work. I would have shipped it back for exchange, but the cost of shipping was close to the price of the object, so why bother? Luckily, it wasn't that expensive. That being said, I guess you get what you pay for!
Ok at first, broke after extended use. Mic not great. Look elsewhere..........2007-12-09
I am online searching for a new gaming headset now as these broke, right on the side where they adjust into the plastic, so now they are trash. You get what you pay for. I usually love Logitech products, but this is not one I love. The mic was never great, people constantly having trouble hearing me even after lots of tweaking. I have a high-end sound card on my PC and this set just didn't do anything great with it.
Going to spend a bit more after I read review and get something nicer since I use it so much.
Look elsewhere.
Microphone sends noisy distracting sound when moved.......2007-11-27
There is some comfort, BUT when the microphone is adjusted, there is a static sound that interupts conversation. Logitec needs to do further engineering on the product.

Customer Reviews:
Very nice for the price.......2007-12-23
I saw these and ordered to use with a portable DVD player I use in marketing a product I sell. They are light weight and comfortable and are far superior to the internal speakers on the unit. Now my clients can watch and listen to the DVD while in a crowded coffe shop or other venue and not disturb anyone around them by turning the volume up in order to hear.
Great for the price.
Are you old fashioned?.......2007-12-20
I think the biggest selling point for this product is the comfort it offers to consumers. The headphones weigh no more than a standard women's headband. The speaker foam material does not feel scratchy. The speakers themselves sit comfortably on top of the ear rather than in or around it.
The sound is focused into the ear canal rather than dispersed randomly into the environment, increasing the quality of the sound you hear and decreasing the amount of sound those around you hear. It also seems to cancel out white noise and soft static, further increasing the quality of sound experiences.
The speaker foam is sturdy and secured to the speaker it surrounds. Having been used constantly and dropped and packed in luggage lots of times, the speakers continue to perform excellently and the plastic bits are still mostly intact. The headband can adjust to fit most head size, but the morbidly obese with large heads should probably look for headphone bands made of sturdier material.
I think these headphones are one of best thing on the market today for those people who have no interest in keeping up with the Joneses. Although the price for this level of quality can't be beat, watch out for the high shipping costs they slap on the price if you are purchasing a pair online. City pedestrians and city inhabitants that use bikes or subways to get town around might want to purchase this product at an electronics store near them.
OK for the Price.......2007-12-13
I recently bought these headphones as for a low cost replacement set for the office. Although they were very low priced at $5, I find them to be dissapointing all the way around. They feel brittle when adjusting, grab your hair, feel itchy and uncomfortable and the cord is very thin. The worst aspect is that the volume control only allows you to adjust it a small amount. So if you're on a PC you still have to use the computer to adjust or mute the sound.
ear phones.......2007-10-11
I bought these for my class, they loved them. Some of the teachers want to buy some from me. Referred this website to them.
cheap.......2007-05-07
these particular headphones were very very cheap. the sound went out of one ear. wouldnt reccommend

Good bluetooth headphones...with some issues.......2007-12-19
I had this headset for about 6 months now and i use it with a Motorola phone. The construction is pretty good. It got a nice weight to it, but could be lighter. The controls are easy and very useful. The sound is mediocre, wired would be the best for sound quality at the moment, but if wires get in the way, this is a good choice. The ear cups tend to fall off a lot and if your not careful you could lose them. Motorola DOES NOT SELL REPLACEMENT EAR PIECES (stupid i know), if its under warranty they will exchange them, but you pay to ship it, then 2-4 weeks you should be sent new ones. So i recommend putting just a dab of super glue on each notch and put the ear cups on, that will keep them on, and avoid the hassles. They do hurt your ears after 4 hours or so, but its more of a slight soreness, it does not last long after you take them off.
I am not exactly sure how the microphone quality is, but the callers can hear me and don't notice a difference when i switch from handset to headset. Pairing is really easy, sometimes either through interference it will cut out for about 1 second every 10 minutes or so. Sometimes not at all. In high traffic area or just a bad connection it cuts out every minute. Most of the time its fine. I like motorola because they use usb as 1 standard interface. My phone and headset use them for charging.
Overall it's a nice product, especially if you have a motorola phone. Bluetooth headsets are just now getting popular. But no ear cup replacements, the ear soreness after extended use reduces my rating.
Disc-on-tin-uous voice (if distance > few meters apart).......2007-12-17
Works great when in front of computer, connects to both the blue tooth and computer with no problem, but continuity is disturbed when we move a 3 to 5 meters from the source. If we stay at that particular distance for a while, it gets signal at random, and there is some direction/height combination to get it work. I have not gone through the documentation to find out the max range it covers.
Bluetooth headset.......2007-12-14
I bought the Motorola head set to use with my Motorola phone, it was very easy to pear them but I noticed some times the volume buttons did not work properly, I would have to reconnect the headset. Also after about an hour or two of listening they would become painful behind the ear. Other than that the sound quality was great and the ease of the button lay-out is awesome.
This is a good buy for whats on the market right now.
too heavy, not loud.......2007-12-10
these things were too heavy for my ears and not very loud. not that i blast my music all day everyday, but there are times when i'm in a noisy area that my music needs to be turned up in order to hear. i like the fact that they automatically switch to phone calls, but that's about it.
Decent Sound - Not without Connection Issues.......2007-12-09
I use the HT820 headphones mostly with a 2003 Toshiba laptop. When the laptop and headphones connect successfully, the sound is fairly decent. The connection, however, is quirky to initiate and once initiated is interrupted with intermittent sound breaks occurring every 15 to 25 minutes. This is a bit annoying. Admittedly, this could be caused by the laptop as it is quite dated and did not come with bluetooth capabilities. I installed a USB bluetooth adatper and software (includes A2DP profile) from Targus (Model ACB10US). Perhaps an OEM bluetooth-enabled laptop would establish a better connection with the headphones.

Customer Reviews:
Nice fit, but poor sound quality.......2007-12-24
The lanyard style works well, length of the cords is great, but the sound quality is not nearly as clean and crisp as the default iPhone headphones.
Excellent Quality for the Price.......2007-12-21
These headsets are much more comfortable to wear than the stock iPhone headsets. They fit inside of your ear much better, and they don't fall out of your ears. The lanyard design is excellent. You don't have to worry about the cables getting caught nearly as much as you do with the stock headset. Also, as has been mentioned before, you can take the earbuds out of your ears, and they will hang from the lanyard within easy reach.
Don't listen to people complaining about the length of the cable, or about the location of the microphone. It is not difficult to figure out how to wear this headset properly. When worn properly, the mic is just below your collar bone, easily accessible. And the earbuds are always within easy reach.
As for sound quality, I am no audiophile, but they sound just as good as the Apple headset. Maybe a little better, since the rubber helps to seal your ear canal.
I would love to try out some more expensive headsets, just to see if the audio quality is really that much better. But, I couldn't pass up the price of these Rivets. I lost my originally iPhone headset, and I'll probably lose these at some point. I would much rather replace a $20 headset than a $100 headset.
Do Not Buy.......2007-12-21
I bought these headphones after reading several positive reviews here on Amazon. I heard tale of their revolutionary lanyard design and superior sound quality. I was wooed by the promise of a superior fit and a more comfortable listening experience. I was lulled into a false sense of well being by the built-in track-skip/call-answer button.
I rushed to my office's mail distribution center daily. With baited breath I searched through the newly delivered parcels, hoping upon hope that my name would be among the chosen few destined to receive UPS's good graces. Even after the tracking results page said "lost by carrier" I didn't loose hope. My 3 day shipping turned to 5 but I stood resolute in my belief that one day if I had faith I would finally receive my headphones.
Here I sit, at a bus stop blocks from my house on my Trusty MacBook listening to my old worn-out beat-up original iPhone headphones. My hopes and dreams shattered. My excitement have become my contempt.
I hate you Rivet Stereo Headset (iPhone Compatible) headphones, I hate you so much. I cannot possibly fathom how so many people could write so many positive things about a product that fails to meet even my most basic expectations. I have lost faith in my fellow human beings. First professional wrestling, now this.
Without further pontification allow me to attempt enumerate just the very most upsetting facets of these headphones (if you can call them headphones, I am not sure they qualify).
1. The sound quality is terrible. Anyone that says otherwise doesn't have ears. The treble is flat and the bass response is nonexistent. I'm reminded of trying to make a telephone call on a tennis shoe.
2. The revolutionary lanyard design would be great if my neck was 36 inches around. I lack a neck proportionate to a bullflog and have to fish into the folds of my jacket to retrieve the microphone/track-skip/call-answer pod. I haven't tried making a call yet but I imagine I'd get some pretty interesting looks yelling into my jacket.
3. They stopped working almost immediately. There appears to be an electrical short in the microphone/track-skip/call-answer pod and the left channel cuts out intermittently.
I would return these headphones, but it's not worth my time. I implore you, do not make the same mistake I did. Go spend 100 bux on some real headphones. At least if they suck they'll be worth sending back.
OK for the price.......2007-12-18
I bought this headset for around $10. For that price I must admit that they are decent. I would have felt cheated if I had bought them when they were $30+ though. Bass is very muddy, mids and highs are ok. Noise isolation isn't very good and noise from the lanyard/cord is quite annoying unless sitting very still. Results are a little better when used as a phone headset. Callers don't complain about not being able to hear me, and I hear them well.
These quickly became my secondary headset as I was gifted the V-Moda Vibe Duos recently. They are on the pricy side, but I highly recommend them if you can swing the $100 price tag. I'd have waited to buy them myself if the Rivets hadn't been so cheap. (and if I didn't get them as a gift!)
Iphone Headphones.......2007-12-14
I purchased these headphones for my iPhone mainly because it had the microphone and the answer-call button similar to the Apple headphones. These headphones are comfortable and have good sound for an economical price. I am giving it only 4 stars because the first set a received had a faulty answer-call button. Amazon quickly sent me a replacement pair and the new pair has worked great! I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a economical set of headphones that are more comfortable then the ones that came with the phone. The lanyard style is also nice to use when working out.

good headset.......2007-11-13
I bought a pair for my girlfriend and one for myself, the sound can be slightly tinny, otherwise I'd have given it a 5. Otherwise great headset.
Cheap headset.......2007-10-25
This is a basic headset that started to have problems after a couple of months of heavy usage. The microphone ratchets up and down. That quickly became stripped and would not hold its position.
The sound quality was OK and the cord is nice and long. However, the jacks were not well labeled and color coded, which makes it a guessing game when plugging-in with low light conditions.
good sound.......2007-10-11
This set works pretty well. the sound quality is decent by any standards and the headphones fit comfortably on those who even wear glasses. The cord is very long so distance from the source isnt much of a problem and the microphone picks up clearly.
Top quality.......2007-09-22
This product is far byond what I expected in quality. The headest is comfortable and the sound is awesome.
Altec Lansing AHS322 - Pretty Good For The Price.......2007-08-11
Reasonable cost, good sound, very acceptable headset. A little snug around the ears, but have not used for extended lengths. A couple of months now and it's still working ok.

Simply Amazing!!.......2007-12-25
I recently upgraded to this product from the highly overrated Motorola S9 attempt at BT headphones. Two totally different products!! If you actually like to hear good quality music without skipping (i'm a recording industry major) go ahead and spend a few extra dollars for these headphones. I saw them at the Sony store for over $200... I've had zero problems with these. I can even leave my phone in the kitchen while i take the dog for a walk in the back yard with NO interuption. And i live in a city with lots of interruptions, or so the salesman that i returned the S9's to said. I read some of the other reveiws of other products and no matter what they say; these really do have long range, long battery life, both ear phone setting, and the other caller can hear clearly. Plus i got them with FREE shipping!! You cant lose. Did i mention the comfort is like cool pillows on your head.
Very good for what its good for.......2007-12-22
This is the second pair of bluetooth headphones I have owned - the first being a set of HP headphones made for PocketPC - actually made by Logitech and purchaseable under that brand. The Logitechs had good sound and worked well, but unfortunately had some problems in their construction. I had three sets (replaced under warranty) over the course of a year and a half due to the band breaking.
I purchased these Sony DR-BT50 headphones to get a higher-quality and more durable set for use with my laptop, pocket PC, and home theatre PC. Having tested these cans for a while now, I can say that they are VERY good at what they're meant for - casual, comfortable, and fairly good quality listening.
These aren't any Grados, or Sennheisers, or even Sony's MDR-series audiophile-quality headphones, unfortuantely. The mid- and high-range is quite good, for the most part. The lows are surprisingly well-reproduced; perhaps a bit over-stressed. You can hear the headphone's heritage of the MDR-series in the frequency response range of the low end, however - they have been able to hit around 25-30Hz fairly strongly from what I can tell (very good for bluetooth phones especially). Imaging is very good. Sound staging once again isn't to the level of Grados, for example, but still very decent.
I'd say these headphones are very comparable to a $100 set of wired sennheisers (for example). What they do, they do very well. The bluetooth aspect of the phones is almost transparent (no noticable glitches, connection issues, etc.) Range is excellent.
If you aren't terribly concerned with a completely flat frequency response or looking for an incredible sound stage... but DO want an excellent set of blueooth wireless headphones - these come HIGHLY recommended.
Comfort, Quality, Bluetooth........2007-12-19
This is my first bluetooth headphones set, and they work wonderfully! I am not an audiophile by any means, so for me comfort and usability were the primary driving forces. I was pleasantly surprised at how easily these headphones connected to my MacBook Pro, and my Motorola RAZR. Sound quality is good, and comfort is great!
I have since gone and purchased the Sony Bluetooth Wireless Transmitter for the iPod and it works seamlessly with my headphones! No more earbuds for me!
All in all, this was a good purchase for me.
Headset good sound quality BAD!.......2007-12-01
This product has DEFINITE downfalls.....
BLUETOOTH is an excellent technology, but it hasn't caught up with audio.
frankly the audio sounds like COMPLETE CRAP... so if you want to listen to music FORGET IT!
however if you NEED a headset that connects to bluetooth it is great... very comfrotable and easy to use
also there are no signed windows drivers for bluetooth yet so unless you're on a mac or a cell phone i wouldn't recommend wasting your time
Good sound,comfortable headphones, difficult controls.......2007-12-01
I found these headphones to be very comfortable on the ears. They are well padded, and I could wear them for two hours before any discomfort set it. The sound is good, but not great. Highs are a bit muted, and bass is good but not great. Still, compared to the typical earbuds found in an ipod or other $30.00 phones, they are wonderful. The bluetooth feature works well for me, with no static, and it easily handles phone calls as well as music. I could hear the caller well, and they could hear me.
The only real difficulty was with the controls. With the phones on my head, it is difficult to locate the volume up and down buttons. They are recessed, and hard to press. It is easy to accidentally hit the next track and previous track by mistake. After using them often enough, you can finally get comfortable with the location of the controls.

Sit close to your Computer.......2007-11-03
Headphones work great, comfortable, good sound quality, but wish the phone leads just came out of one side, another drawback, depending on whether you're are right on top of your PC or not, the overall cord length is too short, only 40" long. There are better choices out there. I have similarly priced headphones that have a 98" cord, and it comes out of only one side of the phones. I would recommend shopping around if this cord length may be an issue for you. Extension leads may be purchased, but cost almost as much as the headphones themselves! Luckily I had an old extension lead. Sorry SONY. A die hard SONY fan nevertheless.
Eep.......2007-09-23
They work, but that is about the best I can say for it. They are a poor fit to the ear and worse of all, the cord is very, very short. This is not suitable unless you can have the source very close to you, and useless if your audio jack is in the back of your computer as it won't reach.
Great for the price........2007-09-08
Some inexpensive headphones were needed for a children's computer lab. These fit the bill perfectly. The sound quality is decent and they appear to be fairly sturdy (none broken after six weeks of kid use). For an adult, the over the head piece is a bit snug, but with a child's smaller head, they work fine.
Sony Bargain Headphones.......2007-05-18
I understand the concept of "you get what you pay for," and I also thought that the Sony brand stood for at least a reasonable expectation of quality no matter the price. So I was very disappointed to discover that these $9.99 headphones are inferior to the ones that came with the Magnavox JogProof CD player that I purchased from Kragen Auto Parts for $15.99.
Quite satisfactory - full bass - good clarity.......2007-04-20
Back in the 1980's I purchased an Awia portable stereo cassette player (walkman) based on it's superior sound (at least compared to others that were offered at the time). I was still using the headset that came with that stereo until a couple days ago when the left side quit. I was very satisfied with the sound as I thought it was well balanced and natural. For a replacement I wanted something that sounded similar to what I was used to hearing. Having been out of the market for 20 years, I had no idea what the new headsets were like. I tried an in the canal type headset and was disappointed in the lack of bass response (comapred to what I was used to). So I decided to try a headphone that was more like the Awia with the open speakers. Sony kept appearing as a highly regarded brand. I wasn't looking for audiophile quality - I probably can't hear that well any more anyway - I just wanted good and cheap. This Sony headset should fit the bill for me. It is a little fuller in the bass than I am used to, but the clarity is considerably better. I described my old Awia headset as being balanced and natural - like a concert hall - and not in need of an equalizer. In comparison I think I would describe this Sony headphone as full and clear, like a studio - more like listening through an enclosed headphone than an open headphone. It's not quite like my old headphones, but quite satisfactory. I think if you like a full bass response you will like this headphone set.
I don't feel as though these are going to fall off my head - actually they are quite tight and I am going to see if I can relax the headband a bit.

Sony Headset.......2007-12-23
Good product. Good fidelity and comfortable. Only downside is a problem with Bluetooth itself -- audio is delayed enough to be noticeable when when viewing a video or TV. If speakers are on at the same time it is very annoying.
three stars is about right.......2007-12-20
three to almost four stars and is about right for this product. i am using it with a Samsung Bluetooth MP3 player and the audio is ok for listening to those MP3's in the gym: I have updated this review because it turns out the Samsung (P2) player was actually turning off the sound enhancement over bluetooth and that was part of the reason the audio quality was not as good as expected. I was able to tweek the audio on my IPAQ (see below) and achieve better results but still get hiccups when it is played on the IPAQ. The fit is good and after an hour of excercise they are not uncomfortable. the range is very good and it connects line of sight out to ten meters without a problem. the down side is the charger is 110 volts only and if you travel overseas then you will need a converter. hard to believe when all the other chargers are universal this one is 110 volts the other thing which is annoying is that most of the new products are going to USB charging so you can carry one charger and it is not the case here. means if you travel you have to lug around yet another charger. the instruction manual says there is a red charging light, mine is grey/white and took me a while to figure out there really is no red charging light. so far syncing bluetooth is not automatic (IPAQ often requires a reboot, Samsung easier with one botton) but i am still working on it. also when i used this headset on my hp ipaq companion and coreplayer i would get occasional hiccups in the audio and this has not been the case with the samsung. bottom line is it is worth three stars and perhaps perhaps a little short of four is about right, does the job but not perfect.
So far so good.......2007-12-18
Having gone through 2 pairs of Motorola S9 (which failed due to their touch controls defect that is fairly well documented in their comments section) and 2 pairs of Nokia BH-501s (one had a bad battery and the other one snapped near the ear), these headphones have been amazing, so far. Easy to use controls, reliable performance, long battery life.
They are not 5 star worthy though, because although they fold nicely, they don't fold into something that you can throw in your briefcase/backpack and not worry about. They could still be pressed and snapped. Also, after 2 hours of snowshoeing with them, my ears started to hurt.
Good headphones but too much ambient noise!.......2007-11-30
Pros:
Good construction
pairing
battery life
Cons:
even though the volume can be set to loud, you still hear too much ambient noise while listening to music.
Conclusion:
If you don't mind hearing everything else while you are listening to music, these are excellent headphones.
Still a compromise, but getting better.......2007-11-29
I have had these for about a month.
Things I like:
-Comfortable, at least much more so than the Moto S9's and the Bluetrek ST1
-Decent sound quality with a fairly flat response, but can still be EQ'd to your taste. IE, the low end doesn't distort or whimp out if you boost it with an EQ.
-Phone calls come through in stereo
-Caller can hear me fine in a normal speaking voice
-Better battery life than most competitors
-Nice that they fold, but I pretty much keep them at work
-They block out most, but not all sound so I can still hear people come up behind me, the phone ring, etc
-Buttons are easy to use and have a good tactile response and "seperate" feel. The motos have this touch snsitive thing going on, and it is hard to tell when your htting the right button. The Sony's have a different type of rocker for volume vs track advance/pause, so it is easy to tell which one you are touching.
Things I don't like:
-A bit finicky when pairing, especially when using it with more than 1 source. For instance, if I use it with my laptop then go to use it with my PDA Phone, I have to "trick" it into reconnecting by first calling a phone number. This may not be true for all phones though.
-Not snug enough to wear while running / working out.
-Take longer to charge than most.. more then 2 hours, although it is rare they run out mid day and I can usually time it so I charge them over night.
So I am stuck with the problem :) of having to use my Moto S9s for workouts and these for work. Actually this winds up working out quite well because while the Moto's are better at fitting snugly for work outs and block out more noise (like the huffer on the treadmill next to you), they make my ears sore after more than an hour or so.
However, while these are the best I've tried yet and the downsides are not all that much of an annoyance, they are still not a "top of the line" set of headphones such as the high end corded phones. I find this to be a bit like a good quality TV though. When you look at a better one side by side with an inferior one, you'll notice the difference but if the inferior one is equal to or better then what you were previously used to (like upgrading to HDTV from standard), you probably won't be disappointed with what an expert would consider inferior.
On a final note, these are susceptible to radio interference like any other wireless device and I do get occasional skips. Again, this is no more frequent than any other BT model I've tried and seems to be much less of a problem with the newer BT 2.0 transmitters.

Great value.......2007-12-21
These headphones are comfortable, the sound is crystal clear and the in-line volume control is a convenient extra. At less than $30, this product is a great value.
Excellent Product & Prompt Delivery.......2007-09-15
This item was exactly as described in the item description. It was in the original packaging and is in excellent condition. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend this product to everyone. This is an excellent product that works very well!
Ok, but not great.......2007-08-17
I got these hoping to use them for speech recognition, but as I type this using speech recognition, I'm actually using an old clip on microphone that I bought with a Sony Walkman years ago, because it works just as well, and is more comfortable to wear. I find the ear pads too tight to be comfortable to wear, and I did not notice any appreciable improvement in the speech recognition using this headset.
fair product.......2007-05-19
It was ok at the first time, after a month it started to give some problem
Headphone works Microphone SUCKS.......2007-05-14
I am not happy about the quality of this headphone, I can not use it on messemger, yahoo, or skype, the connection breaks up, appearantly I cannot be heared by the other party I am talking to. But I do hear through the headphone, only the microphone does not work. So I am a very unpleased and un-happy user of this Cyber Acoustics USB Head and Micro-phone

Customer Reviews:
Good isolating earbuds for the price.......2007-12-08
For reference, I also own Grado SR-60s and Koss KSC-75s, both of which I highly recommend.
I bought this pair of headphones for my MP3 player, as I wanted better isolation than my KSC-75s, which hardly isolate at all. The Creative EP-630s do this admirably, sealing out almost all external noise. Like almost all earbuds or in ears of this type though, they still suffer from the "stethoscope effect", where things like breathing and footsteps sound louder. Perhaps not the best for going running with.
Sound quality wise, I found them lacking compared to the KSC-75 in all aspects. The bass is a bit slow and thumpy, the treble is a bit thin, but the mids are decent. This makes them fine for the pop/rock/rap that most people listen to.
Not to bash these too much, they are likely the best earbuds in this price range, and a better choice than the KSC-75 for portable use as they actually isolate and are much smaller. Of course, they blow the horrid iBuds out of the water.
Pros:
-Cheap
-Isolate well
-Small size
-Much better than bundled headphones
Cons:
-Middling audio quality
An upgrade worth buying.......2007-10-20
I own a set of Sony earphones that have decent sound quality, but it is very painful to wear. These Creative Earphones, however, are so comfortable! They slip right into your ears and stay there without constant readjustments like with the Sony pair. The sound quality is very good as well. The snug fit in your ears is what separates the Creative Earphones from the cheaper stuff. The price is quite reasonable, which is all the more reason to upgrade your old earphones to this "Superior" pair of buds. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to listen to their music painlessly.
Asymmetric?.......2007-10-13
Can Amazon please include in the description of your earbud headphones whether they are symmetrical or asymmetrical?
I won't use the asymmetric kind. If they come with my mp3 I throw them away. I don't understand the design and don't want to...
I would think this info would be a critical part of the description. If you want to sell me earbud headphones please include this info in the description.
I love Amazon. You are the greatest!!!

Great Earbuds.......2007-10-11
After doing a lot of searching for headphones in this price range, I settled down on the EP630. They are relatively cheap, while they offer very good sound quality.
Pros:
* Good sound isolation: You cant hear a person talking from across the room, with music at 1/3rd volume.
* Very deep bass, but not always clear on higher volumes
* Comfortable: Come with three plug sizes, and almost unnoticeable
* Do not fall out of ear
* Overall great frequency response, and sound quality
* Durable: my player has fallen many times only to stop several inches off the floor, held by the ear buds, and they still work. Also they have stood up to rain, and snow, and sometimes ice.
Cons:
* If you touch the cord, or the cord is rubbing against something, you hear a VERY loud scratching noise. The sound of the wind is also really amplified when biking at higher speeds (20-40mph).
* Sometimes the rubber slides up onto the ear bud, and it is annoying to put it back
Overall great ear buds. Would recommend to a buyer on a budget. After 1 year, they still work great.
Man, for the price............2007-10-02
And the title says it all. For the price these things freakin ROCK! I thought they would just be a good pair of headphones to upgrade from the Sonys I was using. What I received was a pair of wonderious speakers that are comfortable and tough. I hear alot of people downing the rubber cord but I say "whatever". I have gotten them caught on things with no damage. They don't cause noise from rubbing up against clothes like I read about before buying them. They don't knot anymore than a plastic covering. They're great. If you're looking for quality sound on a budget don't spend twice as much to receive the same thing. I use these with a 20 GB Zen Touch MP3 player.
