Great little camera.......2008-01-01
It's a great little camera. Takes clear pictures and the zoom works well. Seems sturdy.
Fantastic Camera!.......2007-12-31
I've been using a $750 Sony digital for the past six years and really wanted a new camera. The shutter lag on the Sony was driving me crazy, but it did take excellent pics. After reading a lot of reviews and talking with camera people I decided on the Canon SD800. I LOVE it!
It easily fits in a jacket pocket, has fairly easy to navigate menus without spending a lot of time buried in the instruction manual, Starts up virtually instantly, has zero shutter lag when not using the flash and in auto mode (how most of my pics are taken)..... AND.... has a view finder, something I find very important if you take a lot of pics outside and try to keep the sun behind you. Ive been using this camera off and on for about two months, turning it on in play mode just long enough to download the pics to my pc and erase the memory and I still haven't had to put a second charge on the battery that came with it.
If you're looking for a decent point and shoot that easily takes quality pics for websites and emails and the printable quality of your old 3.2 pixel camera was good enough for you, plus like the advantage of a wideangle when up close, PLUS like to save a few bucks by buying last year's model..... this is the camera for you.
Really good camera.......2007-12-31
I am really satisfied with this camera and I would recommend it to everyone. It takes nice pictures, and it's everything I expected it to be and more.
SD800 "Present" from Canon.......2007-12-31
My SD110 (bought from Amazon) conked out after less than two years of service. An offer from the Canon Service Center was to replace the faulty CCD at no cost, even being over the warranty period.
To my big surprise a brand new SD 800 IS arrived instead, free of charge, and with the compliments of Canon, USA. My hat off to Canon and its customer service!
The camera itself does not have the "square" look any more - nowadays everything has to be Colaninized even if a square box is the best solution. The finish has improved and does not tend to wear off - see my report on the SD110.
The camera itself looks cheaper than the SD110, but lies good in the hand.
The larger screen is very helpful for setting up shots.
The little door which gives access to the USB port is made out of flimsy plastic. I use a card reader instead of connecting the camera directly to the port, because I am afraid of breaking it sooner or later.
The pictures are GREAT! The image stabilizer works perfectly and the special settings allow me (at last) to take decent night-snapshots.
Tried out the digital zoom. The images are a bit grainier, but still give decent results.
The camera menu now is simpler to operate/understand.
If it weren't for the flimsy port cover I'd give it five stars.
Great camera suited for social occasions.......2007-12-30
I had a camera from Canon's A series, which was a great little thing, however, it did not fit in pockets very well. This camera has no problem mixing with your cellphone in your pocket. As for the important information about this camera, the wide angle lens does make it better for group shots, and I have not really noticed much barrel distortion. The best photos are taken with this camera when the flash is off, I think the flash completely over saturates the image usually with this camera. The image stabilization is noticeable, took a picture in a pretty dark room( think just Christmas tree and tv on) without the stabilization, the dominoes box 5 feet from me was unreadable, with it on I could make out the text. I am impressed.

Customer Reviews:
Exactly what it claims to be.......2008-01-01
I searched for a long time to find the right earphones to buy before considering these. I wanted the best quality headphones, but still in a reasonable price range. I was looking at the major name brands, but none seemed to be without some major flaws. I stumbled upon the er6i's and decided to give them a shot. It turns our they were exactly as specified. These small earphones produce an extremely clear, sharp, crisp sound allowing you to hear almost every detail in the music. The bass is not tweaked like most headphones to produce a huge thump, but rather is an accurate representation of the amount of bass the songs originally intended to have. At first this was a little discouraging, but the more I listened the more I came to enjoy the music in its pure form rather than all muttled together with bass.
The chord is very thin and thinly coated, which could cause a problem for some people demanding a lot physically from them, but as long as you are careful not to pull on the chord, they will hold up fine. They form a very deep seal in the ear, and do an excellent job of noise isolation. Overall, these headphones are exactly what they claim to be, no hidden downsides, and very high quality. For their price, they are amazing.
Great value in sound isolation earphones.......2007-12-31
If you fly on an airplane and what to listen to your Ipod without distraction these are the earphones for you. This is my second set only because my dog chewed up the first set. In my research I found these to be the best value for the quality. You will not be disappointed. The only thing I don't like is the gangly wires that many times have to be untangled when I get ready to use them.
The most comfortable earbuds ever.......2007-12-30
This is the third pair I have purchased because I now give them as gifts. They are small, amazingly comfortable for anyone with a sensitive ear, and very effective for noise reduction. You can put them in loosely and listen to whatever or, when there is plane noise, a baby crying, a dog barking, etc., fit them in more snugly and the noise is significantly diminished. I love the little zip pouch and they come with extra fuses in the event one blows. I once had a problem with my first pair (after owning them over a year) and called Etymotic. After determining that I could not fix them with a fuse, they instructed me to return them to the company (I had bought mine on Amazon) and sent them back to me in a timely manner. Service is everything on a good product.
Noise reduction plus clear sound equals the perfect travel ear buds.......2007-12-29
As a musician in loud rock bands, I've use Etymotic's ear plugs (ER-10's) for years and love them. I'll admit that the process of inserting things deep in my ear canals and the feeling of having them there takes a little getting used to, but the results are worth it! For listening to music (or watching a movie or whatever) in a noisy environment, Etymotic's ER6i's are perfect. The design is basically a combination of an ear plug (to keep outside noise out) and an ear phone (to deliver sound to your ears). It's a wonderful combination: all but the loudest outside noises are kept out and clear, beautiful, detailed sound is delivered right where you want it. The result is that you can hear what you want to hear clearly without a lot of volume. Some reviewers have said that the ER6i's don't relay bass frequencies well, but I haven't found that at all. My experience is that they relay a very clear and balanced sound that is very true to the original sound source. Normal ear buds, by contrast, pump up bass frequencies, creating a muddy sound that results in ear fatigue pretty quickly. These are perfect for travelers! You can listen to music (or the movie) on your flight (or in a noisy airport or train or bus) without pumping the volume to sky-high levels and they fit easily in a shirt or pants pocket (I recommend the Sumajin Smartwraps Earphone Cord Manager). Also, the price can't be beat! For much less than the cost of a decent pair of noise-canceling headphones, you get a product that is much more compact, that delivers much better sound, and that radically reduces (instead of just "filtering") outside noise.
Great flat sound, some issues with the build........2007-12-27
I used to have a pair of Ultimate Ears Super.fi 3's but they broke a few months ago. I probably should have sent those in for repair, but I tried doing it myself and just totally destroyed them. I bought these as a replacement, and will compare the two here.
Soundwise, the er6i's are very clear and very flat, which is pretty much exactly as promised. I'm no audiophile but I would say that the sound from these is definitely as good and possibly better than the 3's (though my friend's Superfi 5 Pros sound even better, but they also cost much more).
The build materials of these is where I find the real fault. The main issue for me is that the plastic for the earbuds is poor. It seems weak and flimsy compared to that of the 3's, even compared to some old Sony buds I had, and, much worse, the plastic is a magnet for earwax. Part of this is because they insert further into your ears, even using the shorter 2 flange tips it's an issue. The plastic simply sticks more to earwax.
With the Superfis, I'd get a few flakes of wax occasionally but it would just flick right off. These things come out coated pretty much every time, which is a little nasty. You've got to rub them hard with your fingers or wash them to get it off. This stickiness also makes them harder to remove as they stick to the inside of your ears more, and it doesn't provide any more noise isolation (at least that I could notice).
My other issue with the build is that they don't have any over the ear attachment. The Superfis had a bendable piece of wire so you could pop the bud out and leave it hanging on your ear if you needed to have a quick conversation. With the er6i's you either have to have a bud or two dangling on your shirt or held in your hand (both kind of disgusting options because of the earwax holding plastic). I guess you could hang the earphone wire over your ear, but it seems a little flimsy for this use, and looks ridiculous.
All in all these are very good headphones with a few minor issues. Still, minor issues like these would have made up my mind to stick with Superfi so maybe they will help you.

Customer Reviews:
TVMAN.......2007-12-30
This mount is great. It does exactly what you need it to do. One tip that I would have would be to swap the hex screws that go in from the bottom to secure the bars to the frame with other screws that are included. This woud be for any mount. There is a special hex wrench that you need to use to attach the origional screws. If you set the TV low on the mount the wrench is too short to tighten the screws.(Mostly my fault for mounting the TV low. The only way you would ever have this problem is if you are trying to mount a center channel speaker directly below the TV. I would buy this mount again in a heartbeat.
Have yet receive the item I ordered.......2007-12-28
I can not give any review as I have not yet receive the item I ordered. I will when I have achance to use it. Thank you.
Almost great TV mount.......2007-12-26
First, let me start by saying I am blown away by how quickly Amazon filled this order. I placed the order on a Sunday, taking advantage of the standard (free) shipping, and was quite surprised when I received the order the following Wednesday.
The TV mount worked exactly as described, and came with an assortment of screws and other mounting hardware to do the trick. No extra trips to the hardware store - almost. Much to my chagrin, I discovered that when trying to hang my LG flat panel on the wall, this mount didn't extend out enough to allow the AC power cord to plug into the outlet I had located behind the TV. The TV plug projected from the wall about an 1 1/2", requiring me to go to the Depot to purchase a recessed wall outlet, like the ones used for hanging clocks.
My only other comment is that the set screws used to secure the TV to the mount are accessed using a very long allen wrench, and in order to turn them, you must crouch down below the hanging TV and carefully turn the wrench. This isn't terrible, but when the mount is flush against the wall, like this one is designed to fit, you are only able to get 3/4 of a turn of the wrench before you must take it out, and carefully reposition it in the allen screw. The whole process of securing the TV took about 5 minutes.
Have to say, all in all - this mount cost about half what a comparable mount at Best Buy would have cost - and does the trick nicely.
Excellent Wall Mount for the Money.......2007-12-18
I'm using this wall mount with a 37" Olevia LCD TV. It was very easy to install, and the TV is easy to mount and dismount (when needed). Just make sure you screw into wall studs, and not just drywall.
Great stand for the price.......2007-12-11
Seems very well built, and it comes with a ton of extra screws. The only problem is that I can't reach the "safety" screws on the bottom. I am not really concerned because even without those screws it would be just about impossible to knock the TV off the wall. It's working great with our Sharp Aquos 46" LCD.
There is an application guide on Peerless's website if you want to make sure it will fit your TV.

Customer Reviews:
Magellan Crossover 3.5-Inch Portable GPS Road and Trail Navigator .......2008-01-01
Good product does a ton... easy to use after a learning the ins and outs a little big but still very handy... good instructions does have trouble in tall buildings (NYC) Overall a good investment.
Magellqn hates their customers.......2007-12-28
I got a Magellan Roadmate 360 product as a very nice gift 2 years ago, this Christmas the power port got wonky so I emailed Magellan for information on where to take it for repair. I got an email back saying they no longer support this "older model" and that the best I can do is to try to trade it in for a refurb at a price. I called Customer service to see what the deal was, and I was on hold/transferred/on hold etc....after 20 min I decided I have no wish to provide this company with any more of my money. I realize that technology changes swiftly, but this is a minor repair and the thing was over $500 and is only 2 years old. I can get a computer repaired after 2years. They Really dislike to have to deal with customers and I would recommend you not purchase any products due to complete lack of support/customer care!
I Love It, But It Isn't Perfect.......2007-12-25
I keep learning new things this little box can do. I love it! I don't know how I ever got along without it.
BUT it cannot "find" my house - just my street. If I try to plug in my address, it doesn't even take me to my street, but the nest one over.
I live in the country and go to people's homes to fix their computers. It is "wrong" about 10 percent of the time, but usually can at least get me close.
There are streets that were built in the last 3-4 years it doesn't have. We all know fast food places change hands all the time. You can't update this information. And some things are just plain wrong. I could accept the problems if we could occasionally get upgrades to fix them, but if we can, I haven't discovered this yet.
The attachment kit for the car is ugly and cumbersome. I went to a fabric shop and got some velcro tape. Put the hooked strip (actually two, one for the driver, one for the passenger) in the car and put the soft side strip on the back of the unit and it has been great. Easy to get in and out so I don't have it in the car to get stolen. Now I can do this to other cars as well.
It isn't as intuitive as I would like, and it does hang up from time to time for no reason. I guess they are still really refining these things.
It needs a one click volume button.
We have used it for hiking, geocaching, bringing pictures to family, listening to music in the car, and finding alternate ways on long trips. When using long non-interstate trips, it is often grossly off in its time estimates and maps out ridiculous routes. When I trusted it to take me on a 90 minute trip I take all the time, it took three hours to get there. Another time it said it would take three hours for a trip that took less than two.
The voice (we call her Gladys) is sometimes difficult to understand because she doesn't pause in the right place and often mispronounces things.
So it isn't as smart as it thinks it is! The 90% of the time she does work is well worth it. All in all, a great little machine as long as you don't expect perfection.
Does an OK Job.......2007-12-12
Seems to work OK but has some minor problems. In my opinion, the POI editor is horrible but I don't operate by Lat/Long - I use addresses. The supplied POI list is very skimpy. It also does not seem to convert CSV format POI lists seem to be able to the Magellan proprietary format either, though it claims it will. I also haven't been able to get an update for the 2006 map that does not shows roads I know have been there for over two years. Hopefully I can get Magellan to correct those deficiencies. It also disagrees with what I know about getting around town but for all that I'm glad I bought it. I like being able to add Way-points that are based on Lat/Long It helps for walking tours finding your way back next time. The Vehicle Nav system can also find them. That is it's real selling point. You don't need a separate GPS system to walk and ride. I'd like to see a 30 or 60 Gig upgrade with an Aircraft Nav system added to the box but this one does fine and I do recommend it within it's limits.
Missing important information.......2007-12-10
Although this item has some nice features, I returned it because it does not read out speed or elevation, two basic items I want to know, especially when driving my motorhome in the mountains. My Garmin Streetpilot 2610 can display these all the time on the main screen, which is the map, and also displays distance to next turn, distance to destination, and ETA at destination. Unfortunately, the Streetpilot does not hold map data for the entire US (requires downloads from PC for different regions), is too large to carry in a pocket, and does not have internal batteries, otherwise I would not even be considering a replacement. What I am looking for is something with the readouts, commands logic and screens of the Streetpilot, but with the size and self-contained power of the Crossover. And I don't need all the other items now in many GPS units, such as Bluetooth, MP3, pictures, etc. All I am after is a navigational instrument.

It is waterproof, though.......2007-11-16
thats about all i can say about this product thats positive. its very hard to change the songs inside the box. sound sucks too. all in all its ok if you have nothing else.
This is in the top 5 coolest things I own.........2007-10-30
I am a freaken ROCK STAR when I strap this baby to my kayak. There is not much that comes close to paddling Lake Chelan on a cloudy, windy day with the Scorpions or Disturbed blaring in your face. My Otter Boxes for my iPods are really neat, but the headphones are very uncomfortable. THIS IS A MUST HAVE!!
Nice, but no access to earphone jack.......2007-10-13
EGO 25906033 Waterproof Sound Case with Speakers for iPod
Yes, if you do not intend to use ear phones with your IPOD or plug in headphones, this case is super. However, if you want to use this to protect your IPOD and you do use headphones you will find yourself removing the IPOD each time. I suppose it would be difficult to make a waterproof case with access to the earphone jack. Other than that, this is a very handy item so that you can protect your IPOD and have speakers as well. Not sure it is worth the asking price though. Given that I do use headphones and am constantly putting the ipod in and taking it out for headphone use, I would have been better off getting a protective case with access, and having quite a bit more money in my pocket.
Good for personal use.......2007-10-05
This product really is waterproof, no problem there at all. It comes with inserts to accomodate different size ipods or mp3 players. One down fall is that it doesn't play the music very loud. It is good if you are in your pool by yourself or with a friend and want to have the ipod player near you in the pool. It is not ideal for a party, it is not loud enough. Unique toy though!
Awesome Beach speakers for the ipod.......2007-09-26
These speakers are great for the beach, pool, boat, or just using at home. The sound is great and I didn't have any problems with my iPod getting wet or the click wheel not working when it was damp. I was very impressed and would highly recommend.

very impressive.......2007-12-09
My husband is very pleased with this product because he does geneology for his church and has thousands of names and it holds it all.
Handy Item.......2007-12-09
The Lexar 4 GB Jump Drive is very handy to use full of plenty of space for those of us who carry lots of data. The light is a good addition although the Lexar is so quick you can almost miss it light up when transferring data. The connection, however, is not always good the first try. You may have to reseat it. All in all I am extremely happy with it.
Great product.......2007-10-24
This is a good product both in size and performance.
The only problem is that the PowerToGo software that comes preinstalled is not quite "Vista Ready" yet. However, the Lexar and Ceedo web sites have upgrades that can fix that. I've been using it now for over a month and have not had any problems with it.
4GB is a perfect size for maintaining all my work available for use on multiple computers. I'd definitely recommend this product.
Good performer.......2007-07-18
The 4 GB jump drive is a terrific assistance for those who want to be able to store files in a portable medium.
To this point, the unit fits nicely into its "holder"; I lost the end to my 256 MB Lexar jump drive--most annoying. This system, to this point, seems to work better.
The capacity of the jump drive is a major positive factor. Once one begins to store files that take up space, smaller capacity jump drives can get overwhelmed. 4 GB is more than enough space for my uses.
It takes longer to transfer files than for my old 256 MB Lexar jump drive. On the other hand, that's a small price to pay for the much larger space available.
All in all, I'm a satisfied customer.
Fast USB Flash Drive.......2007-07-16
There are lots of USB flash drives on the market and many brands market multiple models in multiple sizes. Performance differences can be huge (factor of 10) between brands and between different models within one brand and yet most companies don't publish performance information except possibly for their highest end model. This makes for a very confusing and frustrating market for users. With smaller drives performance is less of an issue, but if you're shopping for a 4 GB drive and really plan to use that space, performance is key. Imagine the difference between 3 minutes and 30 minutes for a transfer. Lexar Jumpdrive Lightning drives actually improve the performance of their larger drives. The performance listed on Amazon is actually the performance for the smaller 2 GB drive; the 4 GB drive is rated at 30MB/s read and 21MB/s write. This makes it one of the fastest drives available. Though performance can depend on the type of test you run, in very limited testing for me, it lived up to its performance claim.
I haven't used the included software, so can't comment on that.
A blue LED on the drive is a nice touch, but it ends up on the down side of the drive in my 3 yr old Dell mini tower and so doesn't show.
The end cap is potential losable, but so far seems to stick on well enough.
The drive may be a little on the thick side and could potentially block usage of an adjacent USB port depending on the connector to the adjacent port, but so far this hasn't been a problem for me.
Overall a great product for my usage.

Customer Reviews:
Great TV - extremely happy.......2007-12-30
I bought this TV almost a month ago. I got it via Amazon from Crutchfield for about $1575 including tax (in VA) and with free shipping.
The TV is beautiful. Easy to set up, gorgeous picture, and the unit is excellently finished. I have it connected to an Onkyo receiver via the HDMI port. DVDs look great when played on an inexpensive Sony player that up-converts the signal to 1080i - almost not worth bothering with Blu-Ray, at least until the players and discs drop in price.
I'm fairly picky but not a hard-core videophile. Perhaps there are other LCD TVs out there that look better, but I'll bet they cost significantly more. I rate this TV a definite "Buy".
Great first LCD!.......2007-12-23
I picked up this TV on black Friday for very cheap and I have been loving it ever since. Let me tell you how much research I did based on value and quality. Also, I was torn between the cost effective Samsung DLPs or this. I decided I wanted a slick thin TV with a superb picture and viewing angle. I hooked this up to my HD satellite and HD DVD player via HDMI. I messed around with different picture settings that I found on various forums and the picture looks great at 1920x1080p60. One thing to mention, if you purchase a Toshiba HD player, don't bother getting one that supports 1080p24 because this TV doesn't support the format. However, that isn't much of an issue because the processing on this TV is one of the best on the market. It will take a 1080i picture and make it look ALOMST every bit as good as 1080p24 but you need a really good eye to see the difference. Lastly, get a good 5.1 surround sound system and you will have a theater at home.
Great!.......2007-12-23
This is my 1st 46" lcd hdtv. I love it! it's a great tv. amazon delivered it within 1 wk. It was awesome service @ a great price. So far so good with the tv. The only 1 drawback it has is the volume. for an updated highly publisized aquos tv. The volume leaves alot to be desired. I have to go out & spend great money to get a speaker system to attach. Other than that. It's worth every penny.
Very Happy...........2007-12-22
Purchased this tv @ 6th Ave last night. Origonally targeted the samsung 4665 but a friend alerted me to the Sharp price reduction. Talked to a bunch of verizon service techs and the general concensus was Sharp, Sony or Panasonic are worth the money. The others are iffy, and by reading all the reviews on the latest LCD's, they're right. Stayed up til 2am hooking it up, big difference from the old Pioneer rear proj I had. MAKE SURE your cable box is sending the 1080i signal out to tv or you will not get the picture you are looking for. Check the cable box manual for instructions, OR try this. (after you have hooked up your tv to cable box) Still in 480 mode? leave tv on, turn off cable box, push and hold menu button on cable box and the menu to change the res. should pop up. Do yourself a favor, go to Costco and get the fiber optic cables package for $75. Much cheaper than getting overpriced ones along with tv purchase. DEFINITELY purchase the longest extended warrantee with this, not a big fan of ext. warr's but its a major purchase. Remote control takes time to get used to. PICTURE IS AWESOME!!! Purchase was worth it in the long run. Wanted to get last years model for $1388 but for $300 more I got a better tv all around. You can prob find it a bit cheaper but I had the money now and got the "itch" so.... Thinner, smaller bezel, lighter, blacks are black, no trailing or shadowing on fast action, side inputs for gaming, 1 more HDMI input (3) and a PC input, 4 ms response are the upgrades from last years model. I cant walk away from it. Worst part is, Im leaving for Fla. for Christmas tomorrow and my house sitter is going to have all the fun with my new tv. Its only been a day so take my review for what its worth. If probs occur, I will re-post. Merry Christmas....
Won't work with many home theaters, data band across top.......2007-12-22
I actually do like this set and it has some great performance and wonderful features, but there two flaws I've found. Had I known about them before my purchase I probably would have gotten a different set, but after waiting weeks for this TV on backorder, I've decided to stick with it (for now). What also stuns me is, after reading dozens of reviews, scarcely anyone has mentioned these issues, but a Sharp service rep admitted these flaws himself by phone yesterday, and said no fix could be expected.
First, the set lacks a coaxial digital audio input and does not output home theater sound from DVDs. What this basically means is if you want to watch DVDs using the best cables for video (HDMI cables which also output sound to the TV from your DVD player), this set will not be able to run that surround sound audio signal to many home theaters. So this required me to sacrifice something - true 5 channel surround sound, or HDMI video. I opted to sacrifice the sound, but I'm not happy about it. I now have to set my Sony home theater to a mode that basically does a pale imitation of surround sound, but it's not the real thing.
Bottom line - high end TVs should not require trade offs in creating a home theater.
Second, if you are using over the air HD from an antenna, Sharp admits you will see in some broadcasts a strip of data noise a few millimeters thick at the top and/or bottom of the screen. To compound the matter, the set will not allow you to adjust the horizontal or vertical position when watching an over the air broadcast. Theoretically, this might have allowed one to move the data noise off of the screen. The only workaround is to set the view mode to 'stretch' or 'zoom' or just live with the noise. Do people really want stretched or zoomed pictures all the time?
Sorry Sharp, high end TVs should not make you do 'workarounds' that lessen the quality of the picture.
All this said, the set looks beautiful, on or off, and the picture is fantastic. Their customer service has been good, and that is also a plus. Because I got such a great price on this set over 'Black Friday' and had to wait weeks for it, I've decided to accept the annoyances in trade off for all of the pluses many of the other reviewers here have already discussed.

Customer Reviews:
Not always quiet..........2007-11-27
This laptop cooler does what it is supposed to do...keep the unit cool. About 80 percent of the time it's virtually silent, however for some reason it occasionally begins to buzz as if the fan motors have bad bearings but then it goes quiet again. It's a little irritating when it happens and I was considering returning it but I've gotten used to it and will probably just see where it goes. I use it with a 15" laptop so it's not a weight issue or at least I don't think it is. Also it has no provision to tilt so the laptop is raised off the desk surface by about an inch but I'm not a touch typist so it's not a problem for me however you may want to keep this in mind if you are.
Does the job.......2007-11-25
Considering the price and size, this is a great gadget. The only power source you need for it is a USB hookup to your laptop, so make sure you have a USB port to spare. My Toshiba laptop was constantly freezing due to overheating (apparently a common problem in Toshibas), and my friend suggested I get this. I've only had the freezing problem once since using this product.
Cheap wire connection...otherwise good........2007-11-05
The cooling pad works fine and is very silent. However, the USB power cord supplied is cheap and the internal contacts failed, rendering the pad useless. I replaced the USB power supply cable with another brand and now its working fine.
notebook/laptop cooler.......2007-10-28
ordered a laptop cooler and was not the one I ordered. I ordered a 15" and got 11". I did not send it back because of all the trouble sending it back.
Works well for the price.......2007-10-25
I recently bought a 17" Gateway laptop and realized that it got way too hot to use on my lap. This cooling pad works well for the price, but there is one flaw. I guess because my laptop is 17" the weight of it causes it to hit the fans every now and then. It doen't cause any damage and still works perfectly fine, it's just annoying to have to reposition the laptop so it doesn't make noise from hitting the fans. Other than that it works well and is very quite. If I had a 14" or 15" laptop I would definately recommend this cooling pad. 17" laptop I would look around a little bit, but if you can't find anything thats close in cost this cooling pad works fine.
