I bought one of these chips for my 800 Mhz G3 iBook, and it works great! It is listed for PowerBooks, but it is the right memory chip. Because of the restricted space in the laptop, I had to jimmy it around a bit to get it in, but after it was seated, it worked perfectly, and I'm very happy with it. If you have a white G3 iBook (not the old clamshell model), this RAM is a great deal, and it boosts your speed and ability to run large programs.

Kingston is the OEM provider of Toshiba for all their Laptops, so the quality and compatibility is no question. But it is wondering that the price of Kingston is lower than Viking and Simpletech.
Anyway, because of the high memory requirement of Windows XP, it is worthy to install additional memory for your laptop, more memory means faster performance.
