PDA 12 Volt adapter for a vehicle.......2007-08-23

This auto adapter works as you would expect. Normally I use the 115vac charger but at rest stops I use it while on the internet with my HP PDA. Since battery drain is high when on the internet this helps to keep it charged up. I do recommend it for vehicle use and I am totaly satisfied with it.

Deceptive Advertising.......2007-04-03

The product delivered does not match the picture. The travel adapter shown in the picture and mentioned in the description are not included. You get only a USB car charger, that's it. No travel adapter. Showing the travel adapter in the picture and mentioning it in the description when it has nothing to do with what is delivered is nothing but an attempt to deceive the buyer into thinking he will also get a travel adapter. In hindsight, the grammar used in the description is both poor and ambiguous. But the picture is inarguably false and deceptive. I would be very careful in buying anything from desirepro.

USB type charger. Can be used with IPOD.......2007-03-14

Works great charging the IPOD independently of a computer. The IPOD standalone charger by Apple costs $30 and can only charge from household current. This setup costs half as much and works for AC household plus a seperate item that uses a car cigarette lighter.

Does not work.......2007-01-17

I purchased the black set of wall and car usb power adapters for my IPod Nano 2g and as far as I can tell they do not work. I plug them in, and then plug my IPod into them, and the charging symbol flashes for a few seconds, however about 4 seconds later the charging symbol goes away.

Guess I'll have to end up purchasing the more expensive version anyways...

If you need to charge your iPAQ but do not want to worry about a cradle or sync cable then this adaptor connects the IPaq charger directly to the iPAQ.

Simple and convenient. Just be careful to plug it into the iPAQ the right way round. Some iPAQ modles take the adaptor one way round and some the other.
