Sound is good, but the earpieces themselves are large and bulky. Not great for running. Also, the clip is made of a clear thin plastic spindle with a soft plastic curve attached at the end. The soft plastic immediately broke off from the spindle. All I did was store them in a separate compartment of my gym bag and they broke. The clip will still rest on my ear but not comfortably and they won't stay on unless I wrap a bandana around my ears. Also, even before they broke, these earphones did not stay on during sit ups or push ups so they are not great for the gym. If you are a walker who treats them very carefully, they will work fine for you.

Bought this for my mp3 player. I was really disappointed when I took this out of the box. Only one side of the headphones is retractable. It did not state in the description if both sides were retractable. I could not tell from the picture either. Whenever I put my mp3 player, with the headphones plugged into the player, into my purse the cord would sometimes get tangled whenever I took it out. My old headphones were retractable on both sides.

I have a real problem with earbuds staying in my ears and this headset works really well for me. The retractable wires are great.

Complete waste of money.......2007-08-17
First let us explore the sound quality. Well I can best describe the quality as that of AM radio. There is no bass, just the shrill upper scale of sound. Second, that "retractable" cord. Well I used it for the first time yesterday and I got stuck at work with sad sound and a cord that will NOT retract. This is a piece of junk.

These are great headphones which are super comfortable. I hardly notice they are on, and I wear glasses with them. The retractable cord is great since they make it very portable and it never gets tangled up. The music is good for a pair of headphones I say it's about medium quality. The bass isn't as good as with my earbuds, but I know I can't expect as much from cheaper headphones. Anyways try these out I got a few of these as spares.
