pros:great value, fast, rieliable, heatspreaders do work
compatibility issues: From the reviews (and my setup) it looks like it works the best or works with AMD proccecors, so make sure, or if you have intel, really, try these babys out, it'll be worth your time.
cons: ? dont know, i mean there has to be at least some, BUT, only had these for a couple weeks or so, i'll update this later, for now, BUY THIS, you wont regret it!!!

Beware, you must manually set the memory voltage to 1.9v........2007-12-10
Many people who have issues with this memory fail to realize that these are 1.9v parts. After manually setting the voltage to 1.9v I've had no issues getting the correct performance. However some motherboards (generally those in prebuilt consumer systems like Compaq/HP, Dell, etc...) do not allow for this setting to be changed.

Does not run on motherboards with only 1.8 volt support for memory.......2007-11-05
I bought 4 GB of this memory for my new Intel DP35DP mainboard, together with an Intel Core 2 quad processor Q6600. As I thought my new board supports 800 Mhz memory I did not investigate further. That was not a good idea as I noticed after installing the new 4 GB of OCZ memory. My PC ran for about 3 hours and then it shut down and never came up again. I could not even enter into the BIOS setup, I was pretty scared that something burned out.
After doing some research in the Internet I found out that my Intel board does support only 1.8 volt memory but the OCZ memory requires at least 1.9 volt (but it is specified for 2.1 Volt, so if the mainboard supplies 2.1 Volt would be better).
I removed the memory and tested it with an ASUS A5K Deluxe board, with this board the memory runs just fine.
Resuming it's a good memory but not for all motherboards. It seems that Intel boards in general do not support voltages over 1.8 (at least as what I found out). If you own an Intel board, don't buy this memory.

I bought this product from ANTonline and learned that only one of the module worked. Tried to return to ANTonline but they did not allow returning defective product. ANTonline is the worst vendor I have ever worked with. There is no real person to talk to and every email exchanges take 1+ day. Buyers beware! Read ANTonline return policy before buying stuff from them.
Anyway So I have to contact OCZ for RMA and amazingly within a week I got a replacement. Awesome!
On the product performance-wise, it has been working great so far.

stable, very fast, very compatible with anything... rock solid on Maximus formula SE. The only bad thing is the OC... they only can be pushed to 900mhz. they dont use the Micron D9 chip. just the 1066 version.

I really don't think people should give bad reviews on good products because of their foolish mistakes. It's obivously no ones fault that you didnt know what memory your motherboard supports. This memory actually works very good, as the product details say... FLAWLESS. I have 2 gigs of this and will be buying 2 more. Just remember to check you motherboard compatibility people.
