Customer Reviews:
Working great with Linux laptop (Ubuntu 7.10).......2007-12-28
Plugged it into my Ubuntu 7.10 laptop and it works with no problems at all.
You'll love this mouse...Very Comfortable!.......2007-12-28
I bought this for my husband...and he's had both Microsoft and Logitech before. Microsoft is his favorite, and it's a comfortable size and width for his wide hand (even though the mouse is fairly small.)
This mouse is aweasome !.......2007-12-26
I had this mouse for a year, and then it broke
Sensetivity is perfect !
Its pretty compact, its very hard to get use to another mouse after having this on for a long time :D
Microsoft Wireless Notebook Mouse 3000.......2007-12-24
This mouse in theory is a good mouse, problem is the shipper/vendot ships NO software with it to indicate which version of Microsoft it will work with. Mine is very sporadic, I got frustrated after doing all the downloads needed and just gave the laptop to my wife who doesn't use a mouse.
Disappointing.......2007-12-17
I've had a few other optical mice and this is the worst. Every time I use it, I need to press the re-set button at least once. The cost was cheap but it wasn't worth it. Next time I'll spend a little more for a good one.

Im still using it till this second.......2007-12-16
this mouse is a must for anyone... people think that wireless is taking batteries,, not really i use my computer all the time and its my baby now.. i change batteries every 6 months Double AA... Great microsoft mouse great price amazon rocks
Nice but software bug.......2007-10-27
I bought two of these. They're good to handle, nice to use and look at, and a real step up from the wheel mice that we had before. They really do increase my productivity (i.e. my willingness to click), and it was good to throw out the mousepads. The BAD PART is a warning comes on the computers evey couple of days. It says something like "Warning -- Low SIgnal.: It happens on both the PCs, so it is obviously a glitch in the mouse software. I think it might have to do with dust or something in the mice.....no idea. It is disconceting.
VERY PLEASED.......2007-09-13
I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE PRODUCT I BOUGHT AND THE QUICKNESS THAT AMAZON GOT IT SHIPPED OUT. WOULD I USE AMAZON AGAIN? YES, THEY PROVIDE A GOOD SERVICE. BREEZY
Great mouse.......2007-09-10
I have been using the Microsoft wireless mouse for a few months and it is simply the best mouse I have ever used. It is very smooth and precise for my use (I don't play any games). I like it so much that I purchased the Microsoft wireless notebook mouse for my Sony notebook. It is important to buy the proper mouse for a desktop or a notebook because the desktop has a fairly large receiver that plugs into the USB port, while the notebook has a small receiver that plugs into the USB port.
Good stuff.......2007-08-12
I've had mine for about 3 years now and it's finally crapping out on me. That doesn't mean I don't like this product; far from it. In fact, for 3 years I have not had a single issue with this product except for when the batteries were low and needed to be replaced (every 6 months for me.) Using it daily, I would have to say you get your money's worth with this one.

Excellent Mouse.......2007-11-26
I like this Mouse because it is small and it is work in Bluetooth not in wireless so, you do not need any extra device to connect it to your PC unlike wireless Mouse. Also, You can save battery power because you can turn the Mouse on or off. The laser's light in this Mouse without any color unlike other laser mouse which its laser has red light.
I hope that I gave you a good review, so if you want Thank me, Thank the God and I will be happy.
Note: I use this Mouse with vaio laptop.
Excellent Bluetooth Mouse.......2007-10-17
This is an excellent bluetooth mouse. I have had my Dell laptop with Bluetooth built in for some time now. I finally realized that I could eliminate "dongles" and cords and get one of these. Since there really isn't a huge selection available yet for Bluetooth mice, this was the clear cut winner. And it has not disappointed. Set up was quick and easy. Now I don't have to do anything and everytime I turn my computer on the mouse is already connected. The only problem is battery life. It seems to have only lasted a couple weeks. I think that I am supposed to actually turn the mouse off when I am done using it. This is definitely a 4.5 out of 5 stars.
No Issues.......2007-08-13
Connected first try and works well. I prefer the look and feel of the slimmer and flatter form, compared to other pointing devices I have used. Bluetooth connection eliminates "the accident waiting to happen" USB wireless mouse dongle. My favorite mouse now.
Works like a champ.......2007-08-02
I don't review very often, but wanted to post to offset the only review I see thus far on Amazon. The one I have works great: pretty good battery life.
Looks AWESOME with my Sony laptop: matches perfect, and you don't need the USB dongle (Lost a previous one and had to chuck the mouse.)
BUY IT! I have had it for more than a year now and had no problems.

Customer Reviews:
Stunning!.......2007-12-05
I never really thought the mouse made a difference--in fact I was quite satisfied with my Microsoft Trackball--until I got a Copperhead. This time around, without question I bought a Lachesis.
Good refinements in shape here: the head tapers perfectly to make accessing the side buttons easier while providing a good-sized spread for my largish hands to rest on the buttons. Sensitivity can be adjusted with dpi buttons in the middle, which make for a nice touch when you're on-the-fly switching from an FPS to an MMO, or just going from gun to scope to grappling hook, as I've recently done in Lost Planet. Razer mice are a bit pricey, but if you have the means, it's certainly worth the luxury. Go on--spoil yourself! :)
Fingertip control.......2007-12-01
Ultra precise, this mouse has a lite feel to it when using, but being a fingertip control mouse that is a good thing. I was used to an older MS intellimouse explorer which is a palm mouse, took a little adjusting, like using a wrist pad for support. But it glides so smoothly that just using your fingertips is easy and feels right.
Like how you can change the cursor's up and down speed separate from the sideways speed. Setup profiles for each game and the mouse will change to that profile when that game starts.
Has more buttons than I have fingers...6 extra, 2 on each side and 2 right behind the wheel.
Being able to change the speed of the cursor on the fly in game is a great feature...
For the price: The quality is fine, software has every adjustment known to man. Windows Vista Ultimate had no problems installing it. But for the price, I'd expect it to last 3-5 years...of daily use. So at this point after one month, I'd give it two thumbs up.
Good mouse.......2007-11-29
This mouse feels like a combination of the Razer Diamondback and the Microsoft Habu. It has the design of the Diamondback but the button and wheel style of the habu. For a medium sized hand, your fingertips rest right in the middle of the mouse buttons so it would be a very good mouse for an oversized hands.
One of the big problems with the Diamondback, despite its ambidextrous design was the two side buttons. It was too small for the ring finger to reach. This mouse with its Habu style buttons eliminates that problem. Eventhough it still takes alot of practice to use the 2 side buttons with your ring fingers, its alot less awkward than the Diamondback. I think that the smaller your hand is, the easier it is to use the side buttons with your ring finger and pinky.
The 4k dpi design seems really figidity. Now I don't know if its a bad eye or driver but sometimes my cursor will slide when trying to click on a mouse button and it happens spontaneously. (I thought it was dust at first but I cleaned it out thoroughly). Even at 2k dpi its definitely not as precise as the Diamondback.
Personally, I prefer the feel of the Habu. If you can do without the extra 2 mouse buttons and you are right handed I would try out the Habu before this. If it was as precise as the Diamondback, this would easily be my favorite mouse. I don't know if it is defective or not.

Microsoft IntelliEye Optical Mouse for Windows PC and Macintosh Computer - The already popular IntelliEye mouse seems to have added a whimsical sense of flair and a touch of humor. Precise optical technology No Mousepad Required No maintenance required Round PS2 compatible and USB connectors are included Works with Windows98 or later for use with PC Works with OS8.6 or later for use with a Macintosh computer system
Amazon.com Review
The Microsoft Optical Mouse Blue is a well-designed, stylish, and efficient mouse that makes a worthy addition to any desktop. This mouse is shaped for ambidextrous use, fitting comfortably in either hand. It features two buttons and a central scroll wheel, and its silver and blue two-tone finish is complemented by the signature red glow characteristic of the Microsoft optical family.
The mouse connects via USB, though a PS/2 converter is also supplied. The package comes with IntelliPoint 4.1 software, which is straightforward to install. It works with Windows 98 and all later versions of Windows, and is also compatible with Mac OS 8.6, 9x, and 10.1. Unlike traditional mice, the Microsoft Optical Mouse Blue doesn't contain a ball, but instead uses a high-intensity LED and optical sensor to detect movement. This negates the need for regular cleaning, as with a mouse ball, and also provides greater precision.
During testing, the Microsoft Optical Mouse Blue performed well. It's comfortable to use, and precise. The buttons and wheel are responsive and accurate. Combine this with its durable construction, and you have a mouse that is well worth the investment. --Jason Weston, Amazon.co.uk

all good.......2007-12-28
works like its supposed to and it's fairly cheap. Just plug it in and go.
Microsoft Optical Mouse Blue - Avoid.......2007-12-23
I have owned a Microsoft Optical Mouse Blue for over two years. The mouse eats batteries and is very prone to freezes and is not precise. My recommendation is do not buy this product, or if you have one, put it in the garbage and upgrade. Anything else will likely be better than this mouse, at any price! I am happy I got rid of mine and you will too. If you own one, you will know what I am saying.
Sure beats mouse balls..........2007-11-17
No more cleaning those tiny things...plugged it in, been working ever since. Might just go out and get a couple more...even for stocking stuffers and gifts for friends we know with the old balls.
i like it, i like it..........2007-10-30
it is a cool mouse to have as your main mouse or as a backup...compatable with windows xp and vista...
This Mouse is good but has no balls.......2007-10-20
I like the Microsoft Optical Blue Mouse. The only negative is that the mouse buttons make an audible click. Took me a couple of days to get used to that. Overall a very nice mouse.

Customer Reviews:
The Logitech LX3: a great mouse.......2007-12-26
It does what it's supposed to do. That's all I wanted. My main concern was to replace my Mighty Moue, which had horizontal scrolling. I love Apple computers, but the Mighty Mouse has a problem. The scrolling mechanism gets dirty and stops working. it can be cleaned, but eventually, may stop working, regardless. The Logitech is the answer. it was a relief going back to the more familiar scroll wheel. Gently push it sideways for horizontal scrolling. The only thing missing is the expose side buttons, but I don't mind hitting F9 instead - an insignificant trade-off for a superior product. Thanks, Logitech, for the best mouse I've ever used!
I don't like it.......2007-12-25
it's work fine with my laptop and desktop
and window xp and vista also
the other thing is good
grip is also good
but when I use wheel click, (rigth click and left click are perfectily fine, but only wheel click)
mouse sometimes ignore my wheel click.
it may means you need to click harder this mouse than average wheel mouse
the other thing is perfect, but the problem is I'm using wheel click
continuously only one problem is very big problem for me..
but some people do not use wheel click, so if you do not use wheel
it will be fine for you. and whee scroll sound is bad
Perfect for me, comfy - price is right!!.......2007-06-10
I bought this mouse from another page on Amazon for the same model LX3, black. When it arrived it was pleasingly blue. Had I seen it in blue first I would have ordered here. I reviewed it on the other page so altho I responded to some negatives (big handers) will just copy same review here.
After reading all these reviews I wonder why somebody doesn't come up with a new product where one could make a mold of our hand and a custom mouse that fits an individual, or one that comes in sizes, length and width like shoes. I just had a mold made for my bite for a new tooth that fits me perfectly. Why not a mouse that fits like an old pair of shoes? Features are secondary to comfort for me. But back to very limited income budget outlay...
This mouse, my third replacement in 3 weeks, was made for me. I have small narrow lady's hands with long piano fingers and nails, so width and length is just right. I spend way too much time on my pc I know, but disabled, age 70, not much else to do laying here but become a shameless gamer. My long loved small cordless Gyration (gone thru 2) quit holding a charge more than 2 hours, conking out on timed games argg, recharging the other battery pack like an addict needing my fix, battery recharger always cooking something. Cordless and games don't mix. So, I decided to get wired for dependency and cut the stress. Those only last 2 years, $125 with keyboard. When not on games I also spend hours reading news sites, typing a lot, message boards, forums, email, most my shopping, ebay, maybe 16 hours with 8 hours off to sleep if I'm good, altho known to fall asleep with mouse in hand tsk tsk.
This soft comfort smooth sided model with a gentle slope is nice for sensitive skin, bony knuckles. My last Logitech corded MX310 optical was a good 3/4 inch wider, the sharp hard top edge hitting inside my fourth finger and knuckle, very sore in an hour. Wide spread from thumb to pinky tiresome. Big handers here may find that model comfortable. A week was enough for me. Had to sacrifice extra features like side buttons for Back, Fwd surfing and button for menu of open tasks for the simple soft feel of this LX3 I bought used off this page. Price was right without having to wait for mfg rebate.
I thought I had to partially load the software for the zoom but maybe I wasn't doing the button right at first with just the USB plug and play. I just limped out of a week in HP hell with printer drivers and had to buy a new printer to resolve that mess. Held my breath but the install hasn't messed anything up, simple for just the mouse settings. Uncheck all else.
Added bonus for me, I always use the font size changes on IEx toolbar from Accessibility Options for reading from my bed. Messes up some web pages but this zoom doesn't, turns off and on with a click without pointing at the toolbar icon. Now I can bump up fonts easily and to bold right on the mouse controls when reading text. Love that!! Plus, this one is blue and silver, another bonus, not black. I see now it is LX3 Opt Special Edition also on another Amazon page.
I've had Logitech cordless keyboard and mouse, a pain keeping them going, frequency interference changes, batteries. No more!! This LX3 feels familiar, most like the Gyration set I held hands with for years. I bought a brand new pc HP Pavillion Media Edition, couldn't believe a ball mouse came with it! What cheapos!! I don't use a mouse pad, ergonomic needs I use the optical on my bed, elbows close to my body keeps pressure off neck and shoulder arthritis. This moves fast and smooth on soft cotton surface.
Now that I had time to play some games, surf, write some email and message boards, I'm thrilled I took another chance and got what is perfect for me this time. Hope it lasts and not just another in the dead mouse coffin we probably all have. But with this price, easy to toss and buy again. Maybe I should buy a spare in case it is discontinued?

Very nice mouse!.......2007-11-16
I just received the mouse today. It plugged right in to my computer. I am very pleased with how responsive it is. Smooth as silk! It is also very slick looking. My previous mouse was considerably more expensive and did not perform as quickly and easily as this Superman mouse. It is much more fun and more acurate than my old mouse and super good looking to boot. I'm happy!

Great mouse.......2007-10-08
This is my home mouse.
I like it because it has 2 buttons you can click on (thumb side and finger side), as well as a nice comfortable feel in your hands.
It's bright blue, so you can't lose it, and is relatively inexpensive.
Great product. Its one of the 4 mouses I use to rotate as treatment for repetitive stress.
(My hand specialist said to use a different mouse, every week/ or day, and to alternate hands)
Cheap 800dpi mouse.......2007-09-12
I needed an upgrade for my 200dpi work mouse as this was it. It's a cheap 800dpi mouse and my coworkers are amused by it. I'm not really a Superman fan. The page forward and backward buttons don't work for me but it's because the IT department keeps me on XP SP1. *grumble grumble* Anyway if the price was higher I would give it 3 stars but it was almost free when I got it.
Excellent Mouse.......2007-09-05
Excellent mouse , especially considering the price .Easy plug and play setup , and if you are a fan of Superman ala Shaq , you will really love it .
not bad.......2007-05-12
very easy to use, no driver installation needed; feels comfortable to hold; but, blue color starts to wear off after a few weeks

Blues-free Bluetooth Mouse.......2007-05-15
I have had this mouse for about 2 months now and still use the same battery I put in the first day I received it. I have to say I am quite pleased with it overall.
First of all, this mouse does not come with software CD or download to fuss with. It is straightforward as long as your PC or Mac is bluetooth enabled. Secondly, as I alluded just now, it works like a champ on both PC and Mac. To be exact, I used it with a Fujitsu PC laptop and an Imac. This Sony mouse actually is better than the Apple Mighty mouse I had due to its left and right buttons function differently whereas the Apple mouse can only be used with either the left or right button. What I like most about it is the crisp clicking, the accurate pointing and of course, the sleek style(It looks better than the picture by the way). It also does not need a mini receiver like some of those other mice do. Its signal is stable and has not dropped once so far. Why do I only rate it 4 stars? Well, I am a tough grader and I do wish it had a forward/backward button like one of those Logitech mice does. It would make browsing so much easier. I have now 4 different cordless mice for 4 computers in the household and this Sony Laser Cordless mouse is a keeper.

Adesso Optical "Blue-Ice" 3-bin glows in the dark 800 dpi mouse white (mi-333u).......2007-09-28
The mouse works really great. I love it. Nothing has gone wrong with it. It also looks really great.
a usable mouse.......2007-01-10
I got this mouse to replace my sony one that lights up blue and red, but aside from the light factor the Adesso mouse really sucks. My old sony mouse worked on my desk without a mouse pad, but for the Adesso the cursor will slide across the computer screen on it's own if there is no mousepad under it on the table. It sometimes moves on it's own even with a mousepad. The cursor also seems to be a lot less accurate.
It is still a usable mouse, but now my desk is cluttered with a mouse pad(which came with the mouse) and a ghostly cursor that sometimes has a mind of it's own.
Good product for the price.......2006-03-15
The product is a pretty good deal for it's price. Although the buttons were a little sticky at first and the fact (at least on my pc) the blue led light doesn't turn off when i shut off my computer unless i disconnect the mouse from the usb port. Other than that it works fine (no defects or operational problems.)
Product Description
It looks great, it works like a dream, and it fits just about any hand like it was made especially for it. It's the Logitech Cordless Click!, the optical mouse that delivers style, substance, and value. Featuring Fast RF cordless technology, it gives you the performance of a corded device but without the cord. So you won't have to deal with tangles and clutter anymore. And because it's optical, you'll actually enjoy working as you glide the Cordless Click! smoothly across almost any flat surface.
Customer Reviews:
Pretty good mouse.......2007-08-22
This is a pretty nice cordless mouse. I always trust the Logitech brand. However the one gripe I have is the fact that there is no on/off switch. It eats batteries like crazy. I recommend you buy rechargable batteries because you will need it. Other than that, there have been no problems in regards to working the mouse or failures.
Cat-N-Mouse.......2007-01-10
USB total cordless... Plug in the usb..put battery in the mouse. Best for laptop and desktop applications that I have found. Works excellent. I have bought 4 now with no problems, as Logitech products are excellent as a rule. Good luck! Would buy again
Yeah no more cord........2006-03-24
Cordless Mouse works great. A bit large for use with a laptop but can be used with any computer. I love it.
WHAT MORE COULD YOU NEED FROM A MOUSE........2005-10-30
This cordless/optical mouse is a sweet buy. I was originally just going to get an wired optical but the cordless was not much more. Logitech makes a good product for the most part and this is no exception. The mouse never screws up like my old one. It has the same feel as a wired mouse once you set the sensitivity to your liking. The mouse is a great buy along with modern style. Upgrade to this one.
A pretty good mouse, with one exception..........2005-10-24
I like this mouse it does what a mouse should do, but I noticed when I started playing games again that things assigned to the scroll wheel don't work. It will zoom in and out like it's supposed to but anything that involves clicking the wheel doesn't work. At first I thought maybe I got a faulty one, but it works outside of video games.
So if you play games on your computer I'd say maybe this mouse is not for you. But if not, I see nothing else wrong with it!
