This is a great product at a great price. There is no better way to upgrade your computer's performance than getting more memory. On my PC this was the max that the motherboard could hold. Of course I don't know why the previous Kingston memory went bad in the first place. Hmmmm... Anyways, this stick went in easy and gave me more memory. Yeah!

This is a high quality 512 MB RAM upgrade which I can recommend without qualification. I purchased two to replace two 128MB modules and upgrade my readily accessible memory from 256MB to 1 gig--which today's applications seem quickly to be rendering as the default minimum standard. As with any other DIMM RAM Module, the Kingston is literally a snap to install. Even if you've never been inside your computer chassis previously, you should not hesitate to do your own memory upgrade. Just be sure to know your system requirements, since these are available in different sizes and speeds to match different mother board standards and requirements.

I installed this into a pc that already had 512 RAM so now I have 1GB RAM. This memory stick is pretty good quality. Now I can play intense games like Far Cry with quick loading times and better graphics.

I installed 2 512 ram on my Dell Inspirion 5100 Laptop. It works well and I do not need to upgrade my BIOS version A06. It ran a lot faster. Glad that I spent very little $$$ to extend my laptop life and save tons of time to install software & transfer data to a new one.

Works great in Sony Vaio PCV-RX650.......2007-12-12
I replaced my original Sony Vaio PCV-RX650 memory sticks with two of these. I wanted to upgrate my 512 RAM to 1G (the max an RX650 will take). I initially thought I would only have to buy one stick to get there, until I realized that my RX650 had two 256 sticks -- so had to replace both in order to get 1G. The added memory really did a lot to improve my 7 year old system!

Terrible service and outcome.......2007-05-12
I am not rating the product, because I never got it to operate in my computer. It was the wrong part and did not fit.
My biggest problem was with the distributor, who after recommending the product refused to accept return, because I had opened the product to install it and therefore harmed the original packaging which made it "unsaleable".
My e-mail inquires were ignored.

Good product, but I returend it after I found a cheaper price elswhere. I found the whole experience returning it very difficult. Too many emails, they finally returned it. But I put in a gift check (of 10 dollars) for the purchase, which they never returned. Dont know how to get this back either.
