Customer Reviews:
Good Wireless Mouse.......2007-12-31
Installation was a snap. No problem there. Mouse response is very good. Comfortable to use (even for my big hands). Very precise. I do a lot of graphic design with a pen/tablet, and this mouse rivals that for precision. Very happy so far.
Perfect.......2007-12-31
I bought this mouse along with a cleaning kit off of Amazon for my brother for Christmas.
I was very afraid of paying good money for a mouse that may be too small, and I risked it. It is definately worth the buy. The battery life is fantastic and the size isn't too small, even for man hands. The fact that the USB thing attaches to the bottom while traveling is wonderful.
All in all worth the buy.
Very Iffy.......2007-12-30
After all the hype of the wireless mouse, I decided to figure I'd go for the best known brand. Microsoft. Come to find out, their product, which I paid about thirty dollars for, is cheap. The USB receiver broke and I found myself trying to fiddle with it to get it to work. It's really a waste of time and definitely not a good investment.
What can I say? It works!.......2007-12-29
I've used this plug and play mouse on Windows and Mac machines without fail. The use is as simple as it looks. Without reading the manual, I was able to pop open the top of the mouse, put in a battery, and then plug in the USB dongle. No software needed. I love that the USB dongle clicks into the bottom of the mouse for travel too. Been running on the same battery for 3 months now without fail.
I also have to commend the form factor. Usually, when a mouse isn't designed well it feels strange to hold. This one had it right, with a right-side indentation that allows the ring and pinkie finger (for right-handed users) to fall a little.
I'd highly suggest this product to anyone looking for a simple, easy mouse replacement.
Great mouse for Notebooks!.......2007-12-28
I love the compact size and that you can store the usb dongle in the bottom of the mouse. The only complaint that i have is that i was told that this mouse had the 4-way scrolling option and it DOES NOT! But otherwise I like the mouse a lot. I would recommend this mouse to everyone that has laptop!

grerat purchase.......2007-12-28
This mouse was a wonderful purchase! It is easy to use, small, and very responsive. I love it!!
Cordless Mouse.......2007-12-21
I've been using it for about a month. It installed instantly and has been working flawlessley. The batteries that came with it are still working and I have yet to shut the mouse off by placing the receiver on the bottom of it. Highly recommended.
Cordless mouse.......2007-12-21
The mouse works fine but makes a tinny click that is annoying. My wife now uses it.
Best mouse ever.......2007-12-20
I hope Logitech has the sense to never remove this product. I've been using this mouse for about 3 years now. I've tried many Cord and cordless mouses and this has by far been the best ever. It has the perfect balance between weight and size for me and many hands. Even my colleagues agree, that this model is the best. Smaller gets uncomfortable, lighter gives an uneasy grip etc.
I'll likely keep on bying this model for as long as it is on the market
A fine mouse.......2007-12-18
It works prefectly on my computer; I didn't detect any interference with my very nearby wireless router. But I do keep the mouse close to the USB receiver. A mouse pad is a must; on shiny or not too dull surfaces the mouse doesn't work properly.

Customer Reviews:
Working great with Linux laptop (Ubuntu 7.10).......2007-12-28
Plugged it into my Ubuntu 7.10 laptop and it works with no problems at all.
You'll love this mouse...Very Comfortable!.......2007-12-28
I bought this for my husband...and he's had both Microsoft and Logitech before. Microsoft is his favorite, and it's a comfortable size and width for his wide hand (even though the mouse is fairly small.)
This mouse is aweasome !.......2007-12-26
I had this mouse for a year, and then it broke
Sensetivity is perfect !
Its pretty compact, its very hard to get use to another mouse after having this on for a long time :D
Microsoft Wireless Notebook Mouse 3000.......2007-12-24
This mouse in theory is a good mouse, problem is the shipper/vendot ships NO software with it to indicate which version of Microsoft it will work with. Mine is very sporadic, I got frustrated after doing all the downloads needed and just gave the laptop to my wife who doesn't use a mouse.
Disappointing.......2007-12-17
I've had a few other optical mice and this is the worst. Every time I use it, I need to press the re-set button at least once. The cost was cheap but it wasn't worth it. Next time I'll spend a little more for a good one.

Good choise.......2007-10-22
It is really effective that the batteries can be recharged inside the mouse. It has an ideal size for me and it has a nice design.
Just what I was looking for.......2007-08-17
I tried several versions from cheaper clearance stores and none worked. Paying a couple of extra dollars was well worth it.
the best ever.......2007-04-14
the best mouse i ever had, i works fine, and i love the recharge option, it works as a wired mouse while charges, so you never need to put it away and wait until charged.
Small enough to fit on a pocket but big enough no to be inconfortable to use it.
Its a true traveler mouse. Buy it, you dont be disappointed.
Travel Mouse.......2007-03-23
I really like this little mouse. It's been very handy to have. The "release" for the Storeaway is a little too sensitive. I'm always finding the storeaway released and the mouse is on while in my bag! :(
Bad scroll botton.......2006-02-24
It is a bad copy of the BenQ mouse. The unique good feature is that it is rechargable with any USB port of your PC. But the scroll allways is scrolling bad.

Customer Reviews:
Works Great........2007-12-29
This mouse works great. I have had no problems at all. Best mouse I have had.
not good.......2007-11-30
I tried the product twice. The first time it worked briefly. The second it wouldn't work on my laptop or desktop either one. The only thing good about it was Amazon's return policy.
Great Mouse!!!.......2007-07-12
Thi's a great mouse, it works perfectly,in Windows and Linux Ubuntu too. I realy recomend to buy it.
great mouse highly recommended.......2007-05-11
never need to worry about batteries, after each charge it lasts pretty long, cute design, easy charging method. very convenient.
CONS:
the feel and texture of the mouse is bad, like holding a piece of plastic, cheap parts probably. you'll need a mouse pad, or it'll scrap your desk.
ALSO, mouse does not work when charging as advertised.
Overall a good mouse.......2007-04-25
If you have clutter on your desktop and a bunch of wires everywhere, then going wireless isnt a bad idea.
you do have to recharge the mouse with a wire, but its got this nifty retractable usb charger
i do experience a problem on my viao laptop. it seems to be malfunctioning when connected to it. I think its a driver interference issue. you have disable the mouse finger pad on your laptop before you use it.

Customer Reviews:
A disaster.......2007-10-26
The Micro Innovations wireless mouse did little more than eat batteries at a blazing fast rate. After a much too long wait, I got an RMA number from Ritz Camera from whom it was shipped. So far, they deny receiving my return shipment despite the fact that I covered most of the front of the package with clear shipping tape so as to prevent any chance of obliterating the address information. I placed the RMA number at two locations on the package, also covered with clear shipping tape.
Micro Innovations Wireless Mouse...great product.......2006-01-30
The mouse is great. Fits right in the palm of the hand. Not to big but not tiny either. Works wonderfully with the laptop and not bulky to pack up.
Right-hand button never worked........2006-01-15
The subject header says it all. No amount of work with the software helped. I'm confident it was just a bad piece of hardware. I should've taken it back, but I'd thrown away the package.
Problems.......2006-01-13
I first came across this mouse while staying with my cousin, he had only owned his for a week, it was already in bad shape, the mouse wheel wouldn't press in or move. I thought that it might not actually be an inferior product, after watching my cousin act like an angry monkey and beat the brand new wireless mouse he had bought to replace this one.
So when it came time for me to buy a new mouse I remembered this one and decided to give it a shot. First problem I noticed was that the batteries wouldn't last more then 24 hours of use. Second problem was that after a week I couldn't left click on anything.
I do not abuse my computer equipment, nor accesories, atleast not physically, verbal abuse is another matter altogether however. Heh, so I expect them to function properly for longer then a week after I buy them, and returning products is kind of a hassle.
Unless your not intending to use this mouse more then, ten minutes a day, I would suggest you pass it over and buy something more reliable.
Works well with my Mac, but a few criticisms.......2005-06-26
This mouse has a decent response and feel, but I have a few small complaints. In its favor, it is compact yet comfortable and reasonably responsive. Also, it worked just fine with most of my Macintosh computers running OS X. Specifically, it worked out of the box with a G4 iBook running Panther 10.3.9 and a G4 PowerBook running Tiger 10.4.1 Server. It did not work with a Blue and White G3 tower running Jaguar 10.2.8, but I will retry after I update the OS.
In terms of complaints, nearly everyone mentions the battery cover. I almost went crazy over this one, partially because the instructions did not include a diagram of the mouse and where the magic battery release button would be. I guessed (correctly) that it would be the grey button in the center, but could not get the cover to come off. Searching online, I found that Micro Innovations has a PDF of the instructions containing a diagram ( http://www.mic-innovations.com/documents/PD910P-20030909.pdf page 8). Reassured that I was on the right path, I pushed the button down and toward the back of the mouse while pulling on the cover and viola, I had access to insert the batteries. I think that the instructions could have been more clear.
Another criticism of this mouse is that the "off" switch on the mouse is difficult to use. Not only is the switch difficult to reach, it is a bit stubborn to move and feels more likely to break than budge.
Overall, this isn't a bad mouse for the money. If you don't want to spend too much on a premium wireless unit, then I suggest you take a look at this one.

Mouse.......2007-03-29
It is easy to use, once you figure out that you have to activate the mouse and shut it off with the little button on the bottom. It is smaller than I expected, but does what I want it to do.
works well.......2007-03-21
I find this little mouse works very well overall. My only difficulty is that it does tend to need frequent reprogramming (only a few moments to do; not a big deal). Being so small it is not ergonomically designed, but is quite easy to transport!
Wonderful little mouse.......2007-01-08
This mouse is a wonderful accessory to any computer. Very small and perfect for travel with a laptop. I love it because as a woman my hands are naturally smaller and I don't feel like I have to move the mouse around to much to get it to go where I want it. I love it.
The best mouse with a small glitch.......2007-01-05
This is the nicest small wireless mouse that I have got. It works seamlessly with the OS. I am currently using the windows xp.
And the features that comes along with this is also cool. The five button features that you can have it turned on or off at convenience by removing mouse settings options located in your task bar.
I am using this mouse with the rechargeable batteries with spares too. So I have no problem with the battery life of the mouse and it comes for a long time too. If you switch off the mouse when you are not connected to the system.
It also has a nice power saver mode. If you stop using the mouse the for some time it goes to a standby mode and you can activate it by clicking on any of the buttons.
The glitch side of it is.
I believe the on and off button is in the best position for the mouse. So that you don't accidentally switch it on or off. But it is not in a convenient position for the user. You either need a pen or a sharp device like that to switch on the mouse. And there is no battery life indicator. You have to understand that the battery is done when the mouse cursor doesn't move at the same phase that you move the mouse. Then you have to change the batteries.
verbatim travel mouse.......2006-06-29
Decent mini mouse with programable buttons, but do not buy from restockit.com. They do not stand behind their products.

Almost Perfect.......2006-10-11
I was looking for a remote PowerPoint presentation controller but all the dedicated ones I found had too little power and their built-in laser pointer drained the batteries much too quickly. If I was going to use a separate laser pointer anyway, I may as well get a controller to use for other things as well - like a small RF mouse! This one looked great because it was small and had good range. However, if you look at the USB cable you'll see it only has two conductors - Power and Ground. It is used for charging ONLY. You cannot use this mouse as a normal USB mouse. It ONLY works through the RF dongle. Yes you can use the mouse while charging, but the RF dongle needs to be plugged in. On a long plane trip, this just adds to the battery drain. This seems like a silly design limitation to me. I give it only 4 stars because an RF mouse with a USB cable should be operational as a USB mouse when plugged in.
