Worst Headset EVER!.......2007-12-12

I bought this when I gave my Plantronics headset to my husband. It was cheaper, so I thought, why not? BAD IDEA! I'll never go cheap with bluetooth again. This thing pokes off your head like some kind of growth, and no, it's not adjustable. It just always falls off, and is just plain annoying. I'll never buy anything like this again. Plantronics all the way from now on. If I could give less than one star I would.

Great unit and the replacement was even better!.......2007-12-06

I had this headset for about 2 1/2 months and then it would not hold a charge anymore. However, it worked great and had a decent range. The volume could have been a bit louder but overall, it was sufficient. I'm giving it five stars because LOGITECH CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH AND YES, I AM YELLING! Logitech honored the warranty, although it was not registered and they sent me the Logitech Traveler as a replacement at NO CHARGE! When the earclip snapped on the Traveler, I called Logitech and they sent out a replacement earclip for you guessed it, NO CHARGE!. Even if I had to buy a replacement ear clip, it only would have cost $2.95. I highly recommend any Logitech product based on their customer service alone.

It works as advertised. The charger emits a high pitched noise even when not charging. That is a pain. Also, I wish the battery would last longer and held the charge longer as well.
I had trouble connecting a PC USB BT dongle with this, but I think the BT dongle was at fault - crappy XP drivers!

I used this headset for several years until I finally broke off the ear hook. It was my stupidity (dragging it out of a bag and didn't notice it was hooked on something). I used this headset nonstop at work, walking around the city, and in the house. The sound quality and noise reduction are superb and I never had any problems with it. It's not as sleek as some of the others but the increased size makes it more comfortable since the ear hook is far more adjustable than other brands. My only complaint is that the on-off button is too accessible. It would turn on in my bag and when I went to answer my phone, I couldn't hear because the call would be routed through the headset in my bag! While this made for some funny moments, it was in general a pain. Nonetheless, I loved it and highly recommend it.

Wow! If your looking for a headset with no background noise, then this is for you. I work outside and no one can hear wind noise when I'm talking to them. This headset sounds no different then when I'm talking on my cell phone. The one draw back I see with this headset is it's size. It looks rather big on the side of your head compared to some of the other headsets out their. But for quality sound I give it a A+
