You can use its Send/End button to make and disconnect calls, or use the automatic redial function for calls that don't go through. You can even control call volume directly from the headset. The HS-11W boasts up to six hours of talk time on a single charge and you'll get up to 160 hours of standby time. The headset's rechargeable lithium-ion battery charges in just three hours with the included charger.

Comfortable, sound not great.......2007-05-14

This is an extremely comfortable headset, and very light. It doesn't come off, even if you jump around a lot.

You can hear the other party OK, but they don't hear you well. It sounds like you're in a box, and there's no higher-frequency sound.

I also have Plantronics M3000, which sounds much better, but falls off if you move too much, is heavy, and has a brittle external casing.

Lousy and unreliable.......2007-03-03

I bought the HS-11W a year ago at a duty-free shop and opted for Nokia because I also have a Nokia phone. The sound reception is feeble. Same thing about sound transmission. Three times out of five, people ask me to speak louder. Once in a while it disconects from the phone on its own. Two months ago the ear attachement atarted going to pieces. I found out three things: a) other people had the same problem, b) The Nokia dealler does not have spares in stock, and c) the waranty was for six months only.

I love this item. Most bluetooths are staticy or you hear echoes. That is not the case with this product. It works well, it is comfortable and reliable. I do not have to charge it for several days.

HS-11w good as long as the battery lasts.......2006-11-10

I have everything good to say about using this bluetooth headset. It pairs easy, long standby and long talk time. Conversations are clear, and as full of fedelity available from a telephone. It is small enough to fit in a shirt pocket, but take good care not to lose it. For talk quality, you will be pleased.

What you need to know is this headset and many others have batteries that cannot be replaced. I purchased October 5, 2005, and November 9, 2006 gave me a dead battery. It made a year and 4 weeks. To compare, 2 Motorola H500 made 3 years. I was disappointed to trash a good functioning headset since it too cannot replace the battery. I intentionally went to the higher priced Nokia, only to learn a year later it was a poor choice.

First Headset.......2006-08-23

This is the first blue tooth headset that I have ever purchased. I found it easy to use - it clips to the ear easily and does not slide around. The sound quality is also very good. I am happy with the purchase.

I hate it...short battery life........2005-12-22

I have the Nokia 6620, and when I charge the headset fully, and use it for 20 minutes, it conks out...I can't use it. It's totally worthless to me.

Even if I leave it off until I use it for those 20 minutes, I still get the low battery beep, and then it dies. No standby life, no "talk time"...it also gets rather warm to the touch during that 20 minutes...

I bought the Nokia HS-11W last week to replace my Jabra HS250 headset of the past year and a half; and I nust admit that this headset is about as awesome as they come. Lightweight, long battery life, easy pairing with my Nokia 6620, and the sound quality is excellent! Did i Mention it's the most comfortable Bluetooth headset I've worn? Bottom line, buy this headset and you will not regret it!

Of all the Nokia bluetooth headsets, this is the best. it is light, durable, and I sometimes forget it is even on my ear. Sound quality is good. I recomend this one highly.
