Who's fault is it ?.......2007-08-05

Easy to use and very compact. Interchangeable size of batteries. Case can hold your credit cards and cash. Much more durable than other PDA phones. Mine has fallen several times and still works like the day I got it.

Why did Sprint give up on this great phone? The Treo screen breaks and the QWERTY keyboard is horrible. Please bring the clamshell back.

I really like this phone, although sometimes I wish more of its functions could be operated without the stylus, for when I am trying to one-hand it in the car or something. The quick buttons are great because you can assign them different destinations if you chose and the interent capabilities are much better than my last phone. I do wish though that it had a camera. The battery life is also very good.

I like my phone! And it's ok that I can't text message out...I do wish I could use the browser instead of having to download a now one.

PDA and phone in a compact package.......2006-03-15

No text messaging? I could not begin to care less. It is a PDA, better yet, it is a Palm OS PDA. I can link my Lotus Notes information to my Palm, including all of my addresses, phone numbers, notes, to-do lists, etc. I can write notes, transport documents from the office to home and make phone calls all in one very neat little package. I can surf the web, pick-up email and do a search on Google. Why would I need the kiddie feature of text messaging?

The biggest drawback is the less than stellar phone reception in fringe areas. This may be more a problem for Sprint than the phone but it is important to note that the purpose of a cell phone is to make phone calls. The fact I can carry my PDA along inside the phone is the big plus.

With its claim of superior service, the phone has very little actual capability. Spend your money on the Motorola Razr or pebl with T-Mobile or a blackberry
